The worst Chinese I've ever ordered. No flavour, awful consistency. Just look at the picture. I ordered crispy noodles... Soft and just look at that bland chicken. Crispy pork king po... Not crispy and basically sweet and sour. It's a no from me. Nice customer service, but it's all about the food unfortunately

Excellent service, people and food too. Very nice and clean food, the best Chinese I have had in years, always steaming hot when delivered too and very polite delivery people too, recommend to anyone. Money well spent

Waste on money, dumplings are fried, egg fried rice are without egg .very disappointed

Food was amazing, everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked amazingly. Wasn't overly oily like some chinese can be. Definitely recommend!

Best Chinese we've had in many years. So sad it's not local as we'd order all the time. They do deliver to my Mother in Law's though. The food was so delicious I forgot to take pics haha and I usually always do. We had spring rolls, tofu Szechuan(best I've had and actually spicy for once, unlike many other places) and tofu black bean. Vegetable rice(so delicious, with seaweed in, massive fan). It reminded me of Chinese I'd have as a child. So hard to find decent Chinese take out nowadays. The fortune cookies were a nice little touch too. My son loved his food too, we all did. So glad we gave them a go. We'll be back again and again.

My new go to Chinese was the best I've had in a long time. The kids even ate the lot which is very unusual. Thank you

I am editing my review in light of 3 recent visits. Before covid there was a really lovely lady who worked here who took orders politely and was very accommodating. I only ever order vegetarian crispy noodles which ALWAYS came with tofu. Every time, you never had to ask. After everything opened back up the lady is gone, and some guy is there who can just about take an order but in the space of 3 months increased the prices twice. Today I've just come back with the noodles and there is no tofu or water chestnuts. He rudely said they don't come with tofu anymore even though he himself did last time, and was actually trying to hang up the phone. This guy has cheaped out and increased the prices. Disgusting behavior and treatment, never going again. Used to be a great place. Good riddance

We have used Luk a few times not even knowing where the takeaway is! Got to say the customer service on the phone is very good, the order gets delivered on time, the food is excellent and always freshly cooked and hot, definitely recommend, give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Just ordered from here today. I have been ordering from here for 2 years now and have never had any issues. Today the chips came very burnt and recooked and very oily, the honey chilli chicken was very dry with no sauce, the honey roast pork came wrong and was also dry. Overall it was disgusting. I rang to complain and was told that the reason for this was that new management have taken over. I wouldn’t advise anybody to order from this place again!

Below average quality food in general, chow mein was very poor in particular. Good service, accommodated my food requests. Food arrived on time/about 10 minutes late, with an hour turnaround.

Without a doubt the worse Chinese I have ever had, it was that bad I couldn't eat it so it all went in the bin!

The only Chinese restaurant in the Romford area that is consistently tasty and fresh. They have great customer service. All requests are listened to and fulfilled. The only takeaway in the area my son eats which is saying a lot as he is fussy!

One of the best take always in the area. Fresh, tasty - full of flavour, excellent service and reasonably priced. A big selection of food on the menu too.

Wouldn't waste your time. Took long for food to come not sure why as it was disgusting, came warm, prawns were black and dry, chow mein was starchy and all stuck together, curry sauce lumpy and over seasoned. Left a vile taste in my mouth couldn't even finish. If you have a Pizza in the freezer stick to that then waste your money on the restaurant.

I used to really like this place (2nd to Kimling), but it has gone really down hill now!...ordered Saturday night, the lady on the phone was quite rude and just seemed disinterested - I'm a PAYING CUSTOMER!...food arrived warm and I ordered the Gourmet special fried rice (duck, chicken and king prawn with peas, sweet pen and carrot) - where were all the ingredients other than the rice!?! - I used to get fully loaded rice and in my order I counted - 2 king prawns, 2 tiny pieces of duck (which actually tasted like pork 🤔), 3 tiny chunks of chicken then a few peas, pieces of sweetcorn and a couple of pieces of carrot...prawn crackers also tasted stale...best bit of the whole meal was the mixed starter, although I note this has even changed now as you used to get 2x full size spring rolls - you now get 2x miniature spring rolls and 2x mini samosa type things 🙄 ...I'm afraid you've now lost a customer, your substandard food is just not worth the price any more (that you've put up again!)!
