Cuando reservé esto, unas 3 semanas antes de nuestra visita, noté en el formulario de reserva que soy alérgico a la fresa y pregunté si digamos mermelada de frambuesa podría ser proporcionada. Llamé 2 días antes de nuestra llegada y se confirmó que eran conscientes de mi alergia, lo mismo sucedió cuando llegamos en el día. Cuando llegamos a nuestra mesa, la camarera preguntó qué bebidas nos gustaría, mis burbujas amigas llegaron poco después, luego llegó nuestro té y café, pero mi cóctel tardó casi 20 minutos en llegar, a pesar de perseguir. Tuve que recordarle a la camarera sobre mi alergia, ella regresó para decir que no tenían mermelada de frambuesa, pero yo podría tener mermelada o miel! Teniendo en cuenta que este es un hotel, me sorprende que solo ofrezcan mermelada o mermelada de fresa. También el hecho de que he avisado con suficiente antelación, me parece muy pobre. What a find in Westminster. I just had an egg and chorizo wrap plus coffee. I was impressed by the value, and the quality. The adjacent courtyard was clean with a delightful ambiance. Courteous staff, and good toilets. I would heartily recommend it, if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s tranquility is a major asset.

Horrible woman behind bar wearing beanie! Just came in for a drink to watch the footy but got nothing but attitude and such rude service! Honestly never experienced anything like that as soon as you walk into a pub! Atmosphere was decent tho with the footy with lots of tv screens.

Purchased via Too good to go, this was listed as £24 worth of food. It's just not honest.

Great time here, with tasty cocktails! Late night DJ was a great vibe can get a little busy but service at the bar was fast.. recommend for a fun night for drinks in Covent Garden

The staff were very friendly, but it was £34 for two aperol spritz. The furniture was in a poor state and the place felt dated. Nothing about the experience warranted the price. We won’t be going again.

La camarera era miserable, claramente no podía molestarse y tener problemas con el inglés. Cuando mi compañero se quejó de los problemas, el gerente fue grosero y agresivo. Slow service. Waitress took our order but then went on break and forgot to put the order through. Food OK, but not for the price. It wasn't even that busy. You can't order at the counter if you want to sit in, this would have been much quicker

I love a good casino and so when I saw this inside I had to have a look - the staff at the Premier Inn recommended it and I wasn't dissapointed - YUM YUM!!!

Actitud impactante y discriminatoria. Llamé para hacer un pedido para un evento privado solo para ser recibido con burlas para mi acento. Sorprendido, devolví el teléfono solo para que volviera a pasar. La joven claramente no tiene modales ni finura. Estoy perplejo sobre cómo esto es aceptable. Perdió negocios para ellos. No pierdas el tiempo aquí a menos que quieras ser menospreciado e insultado. Estoy tan ofendido que en esta época, alguien puede ser humillado por su acento.
