Emma was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We were 4 adults and a baby, and we needed a baby chair. Emma located us a table, and she cleaned and set up the table for us whereby she could just ask one of her colleagues to do so, but she attended this herself knowing we got a child with us. Interesting venue, poorly described drinks for a microbrewery,kinda cold.

Had not booked but was seated straight away. Covid procedure was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food amazing and such a good price .

Our 1st visit at this lovely pub and it won’t be our last. Our table was booked for 14.30 but we arrived early so we could find a parking spot. We waited in the cozy bar downstairs and it was buzzing. We both ordered the lamb which was plentiful and delicious. It came with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and lovely side dishes. Not sure if boiled potatoes were on the menu as an extra side will look properly next time 😊 the plates were hot and plenty of gravy. All the staff were so friendly and attentive also they all looked happy in their job which is a good reflection on management. Next time I will be ordering dessert to take home as we were too full to eat one after our lunch. Be sure to book a table as it’s very busy and I can see why. Thank you all.

Estuve en la bahía con un amigo ayer y decidimos probar el nuevo café en la Iglesia Noruega, ya que había tenido algunas buenas críticas. Fue un desastre de principio a fin. Decidiendo probar sus característicos Yorkshire Wraps (un surtido de comida picada en un envoltorio hecho de pastelería de pudín Yorkshire) , pedimos una versión vegetariana y otra de carne. Después de haber pedido y sentado, vinieron y dijeron que se habían quedado sin salsa de queso para la coliflor, así que tuvimos que cambiar ese orden. Luego nos las presentaron al revés - diciendo que la verdura era el plato de carne y viceversa. Afortunadamente, yo (el comedor de carne) probé un poco de cada uno antes de que mi amigo vegetariano comenzara a comer. Y no era como si estuvieran ocupados o apresurados. La comida en sí era casi insípida, aunque la salsa (que no había suficiente) lo hizo un poco mejor. Dejé la mitad de la mía y mi amiga dejó parte de la suya. Una estrella es para el café, que era muy bueno.

I’m so sorry that this place has closed down! It’s been my go to for the last nine months after my return to Cardiff and has been by far my favourite spot in the area. Great service, wine and beer and open all day. How this place can be replaced I don’t know
