Literally didn't ariive they have basically taken money for nothing absolute joke

food was cold and bacon was extremely fatty. very disappointed on this occasion. usually the best we've had but not this time. sorry granny Mac's.

Desserts didn’t turn up, still waiting on a refund. Food wasn’t great, bread/buns all wet and soggy. We left most of it.

this is one of the best places to get a pancake breakfast so freshly prepared and amazing customer service super friendly and they even gave me some freebies my favourite place on Just Eat

Absolutely the worst breakfast Ive ever had!! Chips were raw, sausage was cheap and nasty, toast was soggy…. and the delivery driver arrived in a Roath auto parts van and was covered in oil

2 hours to deliver was just ludicrous

We ordered food from here through Just Eat - waited over an hour for the food to arrive, but the order disappeared from the app after the money was taken out. In turn, we tried calling up Granny Mac’s and they were rude and hung up immediately. We called them again and they said they had cancelled the order but we were not notified of this nor contacted to be made aware. Horrendous customer service and communication skills.

lasagne was nice a fresh, salmon baguette was lovely and the sticky toffee pudding with custard melts in the mouth absolutely delicious gutted id always gone for the carrot cake will get this in future everything arrived and packed well.

The order arrived 30 minutes early, which would have been great if the food wasn’t practically inedible. The bacon was undercooked and served in soggy rolls, there were no sausage rolls as ordered, the chips were only half-cooked and cold, and to top it off, the smoked salmon panini was served in a partially baked roll that was cold, hard, and flaky, with barely any cream cheese. It was a complete waste of money, time, and appetite. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment!

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but it’s like they’ve gone out of their way to serve awful food. Undercooked chewy bacon in a soggy cheap roll. Although I ordered sausage!! Chips were obviously re cooked from yesterday and although I was starving and aren’t the fussiest of eaters I couldn’t get it down me!! First and last order

Sunday lunch was exceptional with plenty of meat and a huge choice of vegetables. Will be taking a break before tucking in to the apple pie and custard and then faggots and mash this evening. Highly recommended

Ordered via Ubereats... They marked it delivered but it was never delivered. The expected recipient called, they said a neighbor buzzed them in and refused the delivery(mind you, he told her this before she gave him her address)... Anyways 👎🏾👎🏾

Food didn’t arrive for ages. Food was stone cold and when it arrived and was tough from being overcooked. Paid for a litre drink got a 200ml drink. Would not order again.

Today I was very disappointed in the service. The driver Mark and the person I spoke to at the restaurant were lovely and friendly. Then I felt let down by half my order was missing! Firstly the drinks were missing. Mark drove back to get some different drinks, knowing the restaurant was out of our order of Ribenna. He deserves a 5 star rating for all his help and and advice. After he left, I discovered the toast we had ordered was also missing. The food we recieved was still nice and warm.

Had the phone put down on me a few times while speaking isnt my fault yet again they havent put all my order in tried telling me its all there packed themselves then realised no they havent even given it to the driver its in the shop still after it already being an hour late used to be a great place to order from lately never get what you order especially if you use the add on part seems they dont see you added on things and the way they speak to people is horrendous

I've not given these guys a review yet, which is an oversight! Granny Macs understand what makes a good breakfast, fab quality, piping hot and lots of it. Can't recommend highly enough. Best brekkie in the 'diff bar none, delivered with a smile and bang on time.

really dissapointed with the pancakes i usually order my pancakes and i always get wat i ask for but today they are really small and didnt get syrup with it

Poor food quality and No taste. Coffee was wishy washy as well. As for the customer service short changing your customers will not get you far in the world of business. At least try to smile while your doing it ay. By reading the other reviews people have left it makes it clear that this place is a dive. My own fault for not checking this beforehand.

Scams people through Uber Eats and other online market places, would give it 0 if I could but wanted to warn others. 30 minutes into waiting for an order after it had been confirmed Granny Mac’s cancelled and informed Uber Eats that we had called them to cancel it meaning that they kept the £20 from us and we now have to go through an ordeal with Uber Eats - and possibly a charge back through our bank - in order to get our money back. Fair enough to cancel an order if you’re overwhelmed but to steal money from customers is disgusting!!
