We had a fantastic time at the black swan with friends on Saturday night, great service and the best tapas I’ve ever had cant stop thinking about it !!
AWFUL. SERVICE ... CARVERY NOT VERY WARM. OTHER FOOD BURNT... SLOW MOSTLY UNAVAILABLE STAFF... PAYMENT OF MEALS WAS A MESS, NO RECEIPTS GIVEN. LACK OF ANY FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STAFF.
