Would highly recommend this cafe my full English veggie breakfast was the best I have had. My Husband said the same of his breakfast too (full English meat). Very friendly and welcoming service too😊👍

We frequently visit Alex and her team at the Bake House for a quick bite to eat. The bread is lovely and made on the premises. The sandwich fillings are fresh and tasty. Excellent service and top notch food.

Lovely cafe. Staff very friendly. Welsh rarebit was very tasty. The sweet pancakes looked very nice but we couldn't be tempted this time.

Lovley little pub we go to Ruthin twice a year and make this place one of our stops for dinner always really good food and atmosphere. Staff super friendly and helpful. See you in January

We’ve been to this Chatwins many times over the last 18 months, but this weekend has left us knowing we won’t be back. For the last 6 months, my little boy who has a diagnosis of autism has had turkey with gravy served on every visit without an issue. This weekend on two separate occasions, staff made such a fuss at serving a reasonable adjustment for a disabled child. The manner in which we were spoken to has left me shaken. Then to pay over £6 for two pieces of turkey and some gravy, after having to explain that it is for a child with a disability, is just ridiculous. Chatwins have disappointed me greatly and I can now see that your understanding of people with an ‘invisible disability’ is very lacking! Think outside the box and don’t embarrass parents who are simply trying to get some food in their child without being overcharged.

Been here numerous times and it was very good. This visit was awful and we’d recommended it to our friends who we were with. There were only 3 other tables occupied and there were 3 young girls waiting on. They were excellent at avoiding eye contact, we had to ask for menus and then had to ask for our orders to be taken, it was possibly the longest wait for food that we’d ever had. We came a few weeks ago and the staff were 3 ladies who were excellent, very engaging and efficient, what’s happened to them? Our food portions were far smaller than usual and there were things missing from previously eaten meals from the same menu. This place has definitely gone downhill and we would be reluctant to return.

Started Popping into the branch more often recently. Staff are always pleasant and enjoy a bit of banter and conversation with each other Very Popular branch with Locals and passers by. Tidy and well kept. No issues with the layout etc.

CALLED IN FOR LUNCH ONE OF THE BEST BURGER AND CHIPS IVE HAD IN A LONG TIME WELL PRESENTED VERY QUICK SERVICE AND STAFF VERY WELCOMING WILL BE CALLING AGAIN
