This was one of the worst restaurants i’ve tired i was so excited to try but had the worst experience when i got it. I ordered a Chicken curry baker and salt and chilli chips. I sat down to eat and the red onion smelt like dog and tasted like did as did the chicken curry which completely put me off the salt and chilli chips however the salt and chilli chips where okay but as of trying the baker it had put me off i got the kinder cheesecake and the kinder piece on told of it was stale was horrible worst experience definitely won’t be back again waste of 25 pound for something that smelt and tasted of dog

Only bad thing was one couldn't see the river! Seriously, though, the first thing that impressed was the friendly and helpful service. Follow this with a very tasty toasted sandwich and a lovely coffee. I have always driven by Omagh, this was the first time I stopped in town. It was well worth it. Thanks.

We stopped by for a coffee before we went home. Lovely wee cafe with friendly staff and beautiful coffee. Serving traybakes, scones, sandwiches etc. Definitely worth calling in if you're in the area...lots of yumminess, you'll be spoilt for choice!

We attended Browns Bonds Hill on 26th Saturday night, the atmosphere was pleasant, a good buzz about the restaurant. Went for the tasting menu with wine. Staff very friendly and attentive. Wine was good but not exceptional, as was the food, but certainly no complaints. only one small downer to the evening was that our daughter had bought us a £50 voucher, unfortunately we had a major fire in our house and the voucher was lost. Even though we had proof of purchase, suddenly Browns turned into a corporate restaurant, and even the suggestion of a discount possibly for a future meal was met with the computer says no reaction. This being our third tasting menu meal at your restaurant, unfortunately I think will be our last. kind Regards Jon Wilson

We came for lunch. Based on the reviews I was expecting something a little more polished. Was sent to sit “upstairs” which had more school cafeteria vibe than full service restaurant. Our server was sweet but on average this was a loud restaurant (many tables under 15 years old ) with a screaming baby and oblivious care givers next to us. I had the steak sandwich. (More anions than steak and 3 mushrooms. ) At least the toast was good - and chips. Partner had the prawn sandwich. (Prawns swimming in a mayo sauce and so much butter it looked like a slice of cheese on the bread) Taste wise these were not bad choices but felt slapped together and could have been easily elevated. 1500 reviews can’t be “wrong” but I clearly was expecting better. More pub grub than foodie forward. Great downtown location.
