Love a wee trip to Brendan's. The food is great, the atmosphere is very relaxed and who doesn't love a wee pint?!

Been going to the busy bee a while , yes it’s nice but it’s not nice when it’s cold and they charge you an arm and a leg. Be nice if it was hot and fresh. I phone ordered the food and when I walked in I did see food packed up but I didn’t think it was mine . Had me waiting 20 minutes before they even realised it was mine. Fill soda and a chicken nugget meal over 20 pound it absolutely freezing . Didn’t get my drinks either, I won’t be back! Robbery without balaclavas.

Paid extra to get extra,absolutely useless 🙈pizza was threw together,think they need more staff training!!!!

Absolutely rubbish ordered takeaway half the food didn't get put in the bag below average food, rang to say half the food wasn't there and they couldn't care less. Not the first time this has happened either, complete shambles and a rip off wont be back

This cafe is an absolute disaster. We went in a large group and some of the group waited over an hour for their meal. It was total chaos. The waitress was also very rude when we pointed out that we’d waited for some time to be served. Her attitude was that it was”wasn’t her fault”. Didn’t offer to check on the order, but instead was rude and very unhelpful. I will never be back here again. Very disappointing.

Although this little bus station cafe is small and always busy because of those who are passing through, I can honestly say some of the best coffee in Downpatrick is served here. Very reasonably priced, and they have specials on regularly to suit the season. Even if you're not making a trip anywhere, stop here for a lovely brew and a fresh baked good or confectionary of your choice to carry you through your day.

Visited here on the 21st December around 4pm along with our New born baby. I have to say the staff went above and beyond to help, bringing our order to the table and asking do we need any water or anything for the baby. I did phone today and speak to the manager to commend the male member of staff. We often take things like this for granted as parents, it wasn’t until we where in another coffee shop (Not Costa) today who where the exact opposite, which made us realise how great the Staff at Costa Coffee Downpatrick where. A big thank and Merry Christmas.
