Festive afternoon tea is excellent. Mulled cranberry juice, mini yorkshire pudding with beef & delicious parsnip & pear soup. Very different flavours to the usual boring afternoon teas & it was packed on a Friday.

Nice little , friendly place. Staff attentive. Food was good value and extremely tasty. We had an excellent evening for the money. We will be back.

A delicious, wonderful Good Friday lunch. Well worth the couple of hours driving to get here. Look forward to coming back again hopefully very soon!!

The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with essentials. Breakfast was a real highlight. The full English was freshly prepared and delicious, with quality ingredients and generous portions. There were also lighter options like fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereals, catering well to all tastes. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay — attentive without being intrusive, and always happy to help with local recommendations or any requests. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great choice for both solo travelers and couples looking for a peaceful retreat with a personal touch. I’d definitely return and would recommend Steeton Hall Hotel to anyone looking for a charming B&B experience in the Yorkshire area.

First visit to the fleece, fantastic food and service. Would recommend
