Awful. The hygiene is disgraceful. We were tormented by tiny black flies, the table was full of crumbs and the toilets were a health hazard.

Steak bake. No filling poor value these used to be value for money. Not any more. £2.00 for a product without a filling.. won't be using Greggs again.

Service was awful. The new machines for ordering are supposed to speed things up but the system just doesn’t work. Ordered a toastie cold drink and cake. Toastie came in about 10mins which was cold. 30 mins later still waiting for drink and cake, when approached desk it wasn’t even on a tray. The organisation really needs to be reviewed.

Very moody staff. Ordered my drink. and stood at the end to wait for it. The woman had obviously messed it up as she put cream on and then scooped it off and poured half the drink away then tried to top it up with something else? then looked around and saw people were watching so started a fresh drink which was still wrong. I ended up with milk sugar and ice? not sure what i ended up with but was too late when i noticed. Not the White chocolate mocha frappuccino i had asked for.

ok as we know unfriendly staff i can live with that but to be charged to sit in drinking out of a plastic or paper cup on a wooden bench freezing cold in the winter is a big insult the place is nearly empty most of the time dont the management want people in there take away only? could this be the final nail in the coffin for this joint, try upstairs in john lewis where you get good friendly service served in real cups for no extra charge.
