Stopped by to pick up some carb sustenance on a long hike and, my, what a delight. Pecan-almond-slice and a flap jack, both the perfect balance between crumbly and moist - absolutely superb. We'll definitely pop over again to sample the savoury delights and more of the cake. Highly recommended!

Friendly, welcoming staff. Cosy atmosphere with great food and drinks. Try the London Fog!

Excellent coffee. Nice decor etc and obvious haunt of locals. However, I like dogs but am horrified that dogs are allowed to sit at the table like humans on the upholstered seating. (There were two separate tables with dogs like this on our visit.) This is neither hygienic nor fair to people with allergies.

Best ice-cream in town, with helpful staff and good sense of being a proper ice cream shop of yesteryear.

We went to the Regal today. The first time as a family. 2 adults 2 kids. I have been several times over the years but since moving away and becoming a wife and mother. We all had a great time. Arriving at dinner time for a fews games of pool with our children and a drink. Staff were found to be warm, pleasant and friendly. Just as I remembered from 15 years ago. Love this pub. Enjoyed telling my family my past memories of days and nights out here

Called in for a drink whilst on holiday in the area one evening - unable to order a taxi as no one about (no Uber either) and buses had stopped running - big thank you to Clare - (hope I spelt name correctly ), behind the bar for helping us find someone to take us back to our campsite- another big thank you Riddell Executive Cars for the ride!
