Best ice-cream in town, with helpful staff and good sense of being a proper ice cream shop of yesteryear.

Lovely ice cream parlour and the member of staff serving us was really helpful and friendly. Good selection of flavours and other items available to buy too. Great location near the river.

lovely polite employees!!! asked for 1 scoop, and the person serving me gave me 2 scoops (but it counted as one! hope this makes sense- basically they're generous with their portions, which is what other reviews have said.) also it cost just £3.50 which is a steal considering the high prices in the area :) ice cream is lovely !!! oh also the employees are very patient and stood patiently while I deliberated over flavours (if you see this, sorry about that lol). overall there weren't any faults and multiple good things so 5⭐ :)) no photos sorry because I've already gobbled most of it up

Sweet looking little place. Nice service. We bought some homemade fudge here it was awful. It was sloppy soggy and gritty not made well at all. And left a film on the roof of your mouth. It wasn't cheap either. I would not recommend the fudge here.

Lovely local ice cream, served by a really friendly young lady, would highly recommend.

I have lived in the area for 8 yrs but first visit to this ice cream parlour. Service was good. Choice of flavours of ice cream outstanding and a good selection of cones. One scoop was very generous and at £3.35 I thought very fair. Snickers and fruits of the forest were both great. Good little shop!

We especially checked closing times so that we could get ice cream after dinner. We got to Scoop at 5.40 and it was already closed even though Google says closing time is 6pm and Tripadviser says closing time is 7pm. Very disappointed kids!! Thanks a lot!

A friendly welcome. A good range of flavours and cones on offer. We had forest fruit yogurt and a pistachio ice cream. Good, generous scoop in excellent cones.

Amazing ice cream with many different flavours. Very generous scoops for the price and worth a visit. Near to the quay so you can enjoy it by the ducks for added joy

We popped in yesterday for an ice cream, absolutely delicious so we decided on another one today. Unfortunately, my husband had a 'turn' in the shop and the 2 young ladies were so concerned and so lovely, couldn't wish for better staff and service.

Shocking service it was a hot day and the woman picked a cone up with no gloves on we politely asked her if she could get a new cone and pick it up with a servett she threw the ice cream scoop hard into the container and threw the cone we said don't worry we won't bother she screamed at us as we left the shop saying I'm fed up with this I do wash my hands great service not

Would give more stars if I could This is the best ice cream I have ever had, and I've tasted a lot in my time. Creamy and extremely tasty without being sicklt like some ice creams. I wish they wouls open a shop on the Fylde Coast, Lytham to be ecact they would make a fortune, especially as Bonds Ice Cream has closed down. Never enjoyed an ice cream so much in my life. 🥳🥳

Lovely woman serving the ice cream the other day who was very generous with the portions! Never seen someone get so much ice-cream in a pot before, and was delicious too! Would highly recommend if your in Kingsbridge.

Not the cheapest but a great selection of cones, ice creams and toppings. We also tried the newly added hot chocolate which went down a treat.

If you like ice cream and you like a proper portion please don't bother with anywhere else !

Always stop for fudge and ice cream whenever we come to Kingsbridge. The owner is lovely as well as the ice cream!

Our 11 yo boys were blown away by the friendly service and asked me to write this review to say thank you for the lovely service and great ice cream. Salted caramel and mint choc chip were lovely.

Staff were lovely and polite. The expectation was that it would have a strong Snickers flavour - however it was just a sugary tasting vanilla ice cream.

Returned here again after visiting last year, just as good if not better new flavours clearly the best ice cream in the local area.Staff are very friendly and helpful, staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell.I will certainly be trying a few more of these ice creams this week.Well done scoops excellent customer service and fab icecream, even picked up a crab line bucket and spade and a toy for the little one very good prices.

Good ice-cream, good service, but expensive for what you get. Not a bad place to go if you want a good ice-cream.

Fantastic staff good service, icecream is very tasty. The homemade fudge is gorgeous and they do the best sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and all reasonably priced.

We've been here twice this week for holiday ice-cream. Served by different people each time, both nice and polite. Good range of flavours and a good price. Husband had a delicious banana milkshake made with the banana ice-cream. I've tried the Snickers ice-cream (amazing), strawberry, vanilla, and mint-choc-chip. All smashing.

Great idea, great location, great ice cream but when we called in it was not what you would call welcoming! No greeting, acknowledgment or can I help you. The staff were teenage lads, one wearing his hood up on his hoody! No problem with teenage staff, I was one once but they need training. Could be so much better.

I don't eat lots of sweet foods except ice cream, and have tried lots of ice cream in lots of places, and this was really good.We had (between the four of us); honeycomb, banana, mango sorbet and oreo.Out of all of them, the Oreo was a little plain, but the other three were really tasty and full of flavour but without tasting fake.

Firm favourite with my children! Good selection of ice creams and choice of different cones or tubs. Vanilla honeycomb, bubble gum, chocolate and mint choc chip huge favourites of ours. Highly recommend.

Called in on a sunny afternoon to be met with blank expressions and disinterest. The two chaps serving couldn't be less interested. The product is good but a little warmth would go a long way.

Popped in for an ice-cream and was intrigued by 'Devon Cream Tea' ice cream which was delicious - jam, clotted cream and bits of scone woven into vanilla ice cream. Fantastic but thought a flake would be over the top!

Always come in here with my younger cousin, who absolutely loves the ice cream and always opts to come here when she's down from Somerset. Friendly service and I wouldn't say it is expensive.

Icecream great , wide selection of flavours , cones and toppings not to mention the great selection of fudge and luxury chocolates defiantly a place to visit if you have a sweet tooth or just have children.

This is an ice cream and sweet shop, not an eat-in venue, even so, if you have a sweet tooth and a thing for delicious ice cream then look no further. This place and the idea of it feels almost European and suits the whole cafe culture upmarket ultimate in consumerism. Its the sort of thing that would work well in places like Paris, Palma, Milan... And welcome new entry to Kingsbridge. Give it a try. It won't be just the kids that love it :-)
