The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Mevagissey Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The fish was cooked to perfection and the flavours of the masala gurnard meal were absolutely delicious. Also first rate service from the waiting staff. Thank you, we will definitely be returning.

I can't put into words how bad this meal was and how extremely disappointed we all were. For many a year we as a family revisit Mevagissy as this was our parents favourite part of Cornwall. It's bad enough that all of their favourite haunts are closing or changing hands, their favourite fish and chip shop is rock bottom of the list. We have never been so disappointed with any food but this Wednesday I wanted to refuse payment but my brother wouldn't let me. The batter was burnt the fish inside was dry, my sisters plaice tasted funny but that was probably down to the stale fat it was cooked in, all the chip tasted like they had been over cooked, they were dry and crisp. My brother ordered ham egg and chips, after about 15mins he was told they had run out of ham but he could have an extra egg, when the bill arrived he got charged an extra £4 for one bloody egg, that's disgusting.

Awful! Advertised as *all day breakfast* yet arrived at 15:00 and was told they aren’t serving hot food anymore and can have a sausage roll if I wanted! Staff looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there! Shocking!
