Collected pre-ordered cooked 3 Courses X5 for Christmas dinner on Christmas eve all in appropriate containers ready to store in fridge untill reheat the following day absolutely delicious thankyou to all staff for been so accommodating to my request . K.may

Today the staff were being instructed loudly about what to do. Unsettling atmosphere. Not what one wants to hear. 2 tables downstairs.

Hi. We booked afternoon tea for mothers day for my wife and step daughter. Unfortunately a terrible experience, they arrived at 2.50pm and table was booked at 3pm but didn't get a drink until 3.35pm and food was cold, tno processco which usually goes with this but staff said would be an extra £16 for a bottle. The food didn't arrive until 3.50pm even though it was booked for 3pm. Shame to say won't be eating here again and very disappointed.
