Always been my go to Chinese as I’m very local & has always been spot on. However my order was 40 minutes late & cold due to the driver taking my order to the wrong town as postcode wasn’t read properly. I phoned up explained I was concerned that my order would be delivered cold but I was told it wouldn’t be…But it was so I was rather disappointed. Mistakes happen and an apology was given but no option for fresh hot food to be delivered or refund was offered unfortunately.

40 quid to feed 3 people, all left hungry! Portion sizes are a joke for what they charge

Hi. We booked afternoon tea for mothers day for my wife and step daughter. Unfortunately a terrible experience, they arrived at 2.50pm and table was booked at 3pm but didn't get a drink until 3.35pm and food was cold, tno processco which usually goes with this but staff said would be an extra £16 for a bottle. The food didn't arrive until 3.50pm even though it was booked for 3pm. Shame to say won't be eating here again and very disappointed.

We always visit here when we go or come back from our home in Windermere to Barrow, reliable quality food good portions good staff in a lovely old pub below the church and a good pint of ale what’s not to like along with reasonable prices compared to Windermere

Great prices, good venue and friendly bar staff. Really made the effort too with all the Halloween decorations. Will definately be returning
