Horrible service, ordered the same drink twice and it came differently both times and was disgusting Very cheap quality food and found hair in my dynamite prawns. The shisha had to be made 3 times because of a disposable pipe being reused.

Teniendo en cuenta la ubicación, podría haber perdonado que me cobraran £ 16 + por mi pedido, si la comida hubiera sido excelente. Fue cualquier cosa menos. La quiche estaba bien, pero el cuscús era atroz. Peor que cualquier comida de hospital que haya tenido. Era soso, ni siquiera un toque de sal o sabor, las verduras estaban viejas y marchitas, o congeladas. El baño estaba lo suficientemente limpio, pero gritaba descuido: el dispensador de toallas de mano contenía un rollo de cocina, y el dispensador de jabón estaba vacío, en su lugar había una bomba de jabón Asda en el fregadero. En resumen, tengo la sensación de que Highgate Pantry no hace ningún esfuerzo para demostrar que se preocupa por dar a sus clientes una experiencia positiva. Si hubiera leído las reseñas de antemano, probablemente me habría quedado con una opción de pastel, o simplemente habría ido a Gail's al otro lado de la calle. No volvería, no recomendaría.

Odio escribir una mala crítica sobre un café independiente en un mar de cadenas, pero la experiencia mal decepcionada por un miembro del personal grosero esta mañana - trabajo localmente, pero nunca más van a conseguir mi negocio.

Lovely staff and the food is really good. I’m vegetarian and gluten free so find it quite hard to find decent lunch spots in London but this was ideal! Deffo go for the falafel bagel sandwhixh if ur getting a bagel as the plain avo ones you could easily make at home. Also gave us free cookies and smoothie samples so overall very pleased!!!

Great pub. Friendly down to earth staff. Great service and brilliant food. Will recommend and come again. Staff were very accommodating when we wated a better table even on a busy Sunday.

Typical English pub. Manager was a racist and a fat shammer. Felt sorry for the staff when they had to apologise on behalf of him. Wouldn’t recommend at all

We were turned down from entering the pub as we had a new born baby, stating the ban on the under 21 rule. Pregnancy and maternity leave are protected characteristics, the Bank of Friendship violated our rights and the Equality Act 2010. When questioned on this “rule” we were informed the owner doesn’t like dogs or children. We had a three week old baby. It was discriminatory to turn us away based upon this.

Mi familia y yo hemos sufrido personalmente de ebrio, violentas hooligans que este pub frecuente! departamento de policía y de salud ambiental han sido llamados innumerables veces! Mi hijo es despertado 7 noches a la semana en verano especialmente! Su educación ha sufrido debido a esto y miedo a dormir durante los 8 últimos años! 2 MPs y Conservador del trabajo quieren mantenerlo abierto!! 1000 Y alcohólicos! Ahora ha designado como algún monumento!!
