I've been here a couple of times before and everything was great, but not so today. I ordered a Cappuccino and the Three Cheese Toastie. The coffee was great, but the toastie took ages to arrive (despite the cafe being almost empty), and when it did arrive it was burnt to the point of being virtually inedible. Surely a chef / cook can't have made that, looked at it and thought "yep, I think I'll serve that". I'd travelled a fair distance especially to visit Dudley's, but I won't be going back.

This place was recommended by a friend. The food was great and the staff lovely, I would also recommend Dudley’s.

Lovely locally owned family business offering something fresh to the area. Great produce and tasty menu. Always great service too. Always a good vibe and music too!

Whilst the staff were lovely I thought the menu was rather pricey for what it was. The coffee was served in a tiny cup and paying £35 for breakfast for two is a bit steep for what you get. You can see this is aimed at a particular clientaille who would not bulk at the price. I came here because the locals were saying how nice it was. It is not bad but too pricey for what it is.

Lovely coffee but not so lovely 'service' surcharge of £1 on top of the price charged for 2 coffees. Total £6.60! Does a hot drink really need to be so expensive in outer London?

Good local pub in Manor Park, 1 minute walk to station. Has a pool table, friendly staff, locals and regulars. Shows Sky sports, and has a DJ at weekends.

I was staying at the Travelodge next door and Incoming Coffee is situated next door to the hotel. Great coffee!

The bread here is good, the staff, however, really need some training in customer service. I've never seen any of the people who have served me smile or say a friendly word. Today, the bread I usually buy was sold out so I asked for some advice on what to buy instead. I was told, in a rather impatient tone, that all the breads contain 'a mixture' of grains (very helpful, especially to people with food allergies). When I asked about the difference between bread X and bread Y (looked different, had different prices and different, rather uninformative, names), I was told brusquely "They are the same". IGNORANT and RUDE. And this is not my first such experience - to the point that, despite their bread being really tasty, I don't feel like going back.

Nice pub with good atmosphere... but extremely disappointing roast. It's giving microwave meal. Jamie olivers school dinners would not allow this.
