Goose Walthamstow in Waltham Forest

It was rude when the blonde lady just refused to serve me a few mins ago by saying that already had a few drinks. It was discrimination kind of.. I came there after couple hrs sleep on the train If I look not OK it's called discrimination and she was obviously rude🤣also I forgot to tell that my ex colleague has lost the phone inthst pub to cuz security didn't let them back in to collect it were left in the toilet. Also its not fair that this lady said that I look too drunk cuz I wasn't bloody drunk

Very good pub and food was excellent!

The kind of place I like. Somewhere new, great drunks, great bar staff and brilliant atmosphere. All in all a good bar to drinknin. Me and my partner really enjoyed our self.

Great place next to the Walthamstow Central with very friendly staff. They have great deals on food and drinks. I love the small garden where you can go for a cigarette. The food is very good for a pub food, tasty and hot. I recommend the pub for sports lovers. Tv's are on every wall

Rude service, loud smoking area, dirty toilets.... place to just get wasted

I went in to watch football on a Saturday lunch time, My first visit, I liked it , The staff were friendly and polite, had a couple bowls of chips and a couple of pints, The food was nice and the atmosphere was good. I would recommend going here.

Went to the pub yesterday,very very impressed with the food,it was excellent. Very nice friendly atmosphere, will definitely go again,as long as my friend is paying,just kidding, lol,I think. Any great service,a very good experience.

Speaking as a pub GM elsewhere it would’ve been a tough day for the manager with the protesters outside but she was so welcoming and played it perfect. Could have been very negative but was very positive. Fair play from a fellow pub person

amazing Pub to go in, it's so cool, my dad and me used to go here so much, but now we switched to a different pub, but that's okay, we go here sometimes, it's very nice here, it has our own bear garden and everything! I went here with Gracie one day. It's so much fun here, 5 stars definitely? Who won't agree this is a cool pub 🍻

We are regularly in this pub, we rely like this place, all stuff are amazing, very helpful, polite and professional. Aga, one of the bar members,told me about the mixer app and we got a free pint. I recommend to all.

We went to watch the football match and we went to book the table 4hrs before and we spoke with their colleagues and we booked online and we booked a specific table and they said okay and they put down our name and we came back at 8 someone was sitting there and of course they offered to give us another table the girl we spoke she was a very unprofessional, super rude I don’t even know how to explain her we were disappointed and disgusted by her behaviour, this place use to be our place but now we left super upset and unhappy because of the little unprofessional girl, I can’t understand how they hire such unprofessional people they don’t even know hot to talk with the customers!!! Super disappointed with your service!!!

The hours are incorrect, I came at 22:45 and there was no service when it says they close at 00:00. UPDATE YOUR INFO AND STOP PEOPLE FROM WASTING THEIR TIME.

They do not have menu promotions including alcoholic drinks during the week when there are football games

This place got character...the ciders pretty good though Their pizza without seasoning was too good , cheese nuggets was good as well .

I had high hopes of the ales here but tonight and 2 nights ago they had 2 boring unimpressive ales on tap with the same 2 better ales “coming soon”. If soon isn’t within 24 hours don’t mention them. Maybe they’ll be on at Christmas

Really enjoy coming to this pub with my partner. We always retrieve great service. A lady called Rihanna was very sweet and helpful and bubbly. Look forward to coming again.

Went here for a late breakfast today, not very impressed with the food, staff very nice .

Reasonably priced drinks and food, lovely music, friendly staff. Had lots of fun with family.

If you want a bog standard boozer with sport and spoons esc environment. It will tick a box.

The attitude of some of the staff members is made the place not a nice place to go find somewhere else to go

Big old pub. Had Weatherspoons vibes. I was there during the day and was busy with a nice atmosphere but looks like it could get rowdy at night. Lots of shots and drinks promotions

Pub is nice but had a bad experience when I was completely ignored after looking the bartender in the eye and the 2 gentlemen who came after me were served first. Pity because the pub seems well liked and busy.

Food was reasonable and the atmosphere was quite nice. Some of the staff didn't seem very engaged in serving customers and the tables could have been cleaned and tidied quicker. Not a bad place but could be better with just a little effort.

I popped in, on my own, for a soft drink as it was a hot day and I was thirsty. I also needed to use the toilet. The service was quick and friendly. I'll go again.

Great variety of cocktails and gins. Great beer garden great to watch the football. All the staff was helpful and the food was great also

This space has a little bit of everything inside. I do believe it's one of the best pubs in this area.

Good drinking venue. Noisy. Food was a disappointment. Microwave mash and peas dry and leek and chicken pie very average. Nice dish of gravy though. However, I did suffer with indigestion later.

I and My friends Went to the goose on Easter Monday. The staff and The atmosphere into the pub was good And the beer . We had steak and pine chips. But the pie was not very good I had to say it was very poor Food It cost us 7 pounds each For that price it wasn't very good was hardly no meat into the pie. Anything was good was to chips and the beer. I would be back to try the other food and still have that nice Italian beer

Nice pub. Clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and efficient. I didn't give 5 star because of the atmosphere of the pub. Inside is very cold and there are to many TV screen around all the time with some sport on it. Not my cup of tea. But still a nice place :).

We called in here for dinner and a drink one evening during over stay in London and were very pleased with our choice. The quality of the food being delivered to tables around us and the variety in their menu made it difficult to make a choice . The offer of a beef burger was served with possibly the best chips I have ever had . My husband ordered a sampling of the appetisers and everything was served hot and delivered with a smile. Very nice place , great food , good prices and great meal deals . Lovely staff - Patryk , Natalia and Ilona - friendly , polite and professional .

My friends & I met for drinks, and later ordered food. Staff was friendly and we were served quickly. As a vegan, I was happy with the choice of meals available. We ordered sharers and the portions were good size. The atmosphere was nice, good music, so all around a good night! Also, good value for money.

Absolutely cracking place!! Visited London walthamstow from Scotland for a friend's 30th get away and this pub was straight across from where we were staying at the travel lodge. What an amazing place. So lively and friendly and great prices! Cocktails are lovely and food is fab pub grub! The Staff are fantastic! So welcoming and friendly! What a privilege both Rob and Emily are the the stonegate group! Look forward to a visit the next time we are down!

I thoughouly enjoy going to this pub, the service is always great I never wait long for my food, the staff are very kind, the food is very good, I always come out feeling full, the drinks are nice especially the cocktails. Christmas 🎄 Catch Up So we booked a little Christmas catch up for 15 people for Saturday 11th December. I booked online to reserve our able and book our food in advance. What was nice was that Emily also contacted me directly from the Goose just to ensure my food was ordered in advance and if I needed any more information on drinks packages etc. When we arrived we were greeted by Emily (nice touch) and shown to out pre prepared area which was lovely. The tables were set out with Christmas crackers and Santa 🎅 hats and the buffet table was ready with cutlery and sauces. They asked when we wanted the food to ensure it was cooked and brought out when we wanted it and the chief (a lovely Irish lady, didn't catch her name) even popped out to make sure all was OK. For the amount of food we ordered (the silver buffet Christmas package) it was cooked nicely and warm. All the staff were absolutely lovely and really attentive (again special shout out to Emily, also to Robert) When we brought large rounds they brought them over to the table and made sure all was well. Great experience, everyone loved it. We've been visiting the pub for years, especially over the festive period and it was definitely the best experience yet 😀

Went to watch football on Sunday with some friends. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing! We felt welcomed and well treated by staff with table service! Great selection of lagers, crafts and casks. Fully recommend!

Amazing service staff doing table service and looking after us the food was delicious The pub is very cozy and love the decorations feels like I'm at home thanks to ilona for service and Geraldine for cooking the amazing food 😀.
