We found this place by accident just walking along the Southbank when we spotted their sign directing us down the little lane. This place is definitely worth visiting. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. We were only there for coffee but very impressed with the overall menu. My husband had the pork sausage roll and I had their carrot & pecan cake with orange cream cheese frosting. Both were fresh, homemade and very tasty. If you’re in that neck of the woods and don’t want to resort to using the usual chain coffee houses we highly recommend this place.

cent to this place upon recommendation from a work colleague , Tried the Avocado Chicken and bacon focaccia sandwich and loved it , so today went back for more .. This time i had the Hot salt beef sandwich with mustard and gherkins again in Tomato Focaccia bread , And WOW ! , The beef was so tender and flavorsome , The gherkins gave a nice crunch to the sandwich and the mustard ( Colmans English) added the bite. Id happily eat this everyday. Nice one Munchies

An excellent breakfast of menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs) and great coffee. Loads of delicious breakfast options, cakes sandwiches and hot lunch dishes with friendly service.

I’ve been to Mc & Sons a few times for a pint but this was the first time having some food, I have heard very good things though so was excited to go. I was not disappointed, although the service could have been better but it was quite busy so it was understandable. We had the prawn crackers and vegetable spring rolls which was simple but good. For main we went for prawn Tow Jeow Dum and chicken Pad Thai and honestly everything was delicious. I really recommend this place not only for a good pint of Guinness but also if you enjoy good Thai food!

Visité aquí porque íbamos a visitar Vietnam y quería ver si me gustó la comida. He dejado la crítica hasta que estoy en Vietnam y puedo confirmar que la comida aquí es muy auténtica. Aunque mucho más caro que usted paga en Vietnam, pero es de esperar. Así que si te apetece un poco de auténtica comida vietnamita en Londres, este es sin duda el lugar para usted.

Recientemente organizamos nuestra presentación trimestral de negocios y un divertido concurso de pub en Sama Bankside, ¡y resultó ser uno de nuestros eventos más memorables hasta ahora! Todo el equipo se lo pasó genial, y no podíamos estar más contentos con cómo todo se unió. From the outside this looked like a promising bar for a post-business meeting drink, but unfortunately we left pretty disappointed. Inside the decor is great and it has a sophisticated vibe to it, and there’s a number of outdoor seating options which are all very good. It took a while to get served at the bar, despite it not being busy, and we started to wonder if we were purposely being ignored. Eventually the bar staff took our order though but with no interaction at all - no hello, thank you or anything. He took the time to print and present the receipt before pouring the drinks which showed the addition of a service charge which certainly didn’t feel justified. Sitting outside made for a relaxing drinking experience but certainly not a cheap one, and being made to feel rather unwelcome means I’m unlikely to choose it again.

I had an outstanding experience at Great Guns Social for our 10 year anniversary. The staff, particularly Pepa, demonstrated excellent communication leading up to the event. Beni and the team ensured everything ran smoothly on the night, from well-set tables with name tags to prompt service of delicious starters and mains. The tiramisu was a delightful finale, and overall, guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Decided to book as it was early evening on a Friday and we had seen how busy other places in the area were during the week. Initially thought we may have made a mistake as when we arrived the large restaurant area was empty. But once the food arrived we knew we had definitely made an excellent choice! Between the 3 of us (2 adults, 1 teenager) we ordered quite a selection of dishes, all of them really good, but the standout ones for us were the lentils and the paella. If we stay in the area again we will definitely be going back.

This place has opened again - Really great value tasty food. I always go for a Deniro Burger. Good quality food, big servings. Friendly service and super clean. Highly recommend!! Really good coffee too.

Después de pasear por el animado mercado del condado, nuestro viaje dio un giro inesperado. En nuestro camino para continuar haciendo turismo, nos topamos con una joya escondida: una pequeña y sencilla cafetería ubicada justo en el Puente de Londres. Poco sabíamos, este encuentro casual se convertiría en el pináculo de mi viaje. ¿Qué puedo decir? Esto no fue solo café ordinario, fue una revelación. El mejor café que he tomado, sin duda. Del tipo que permanece en tus pensamientos mucho después del último sorbo. Y ahora, Londres me llama una vez más. Sí, por su historia y sus lugares emblemáticos, pero ante todo: el café de The Gentleman Baristas. Desde entonces he aprendido que envían sus asados, así que puedo intentar recrear esa magia en casa. Pero, seamos reales —como mi novia me recuerda constantemente cuando hablo de esa experiencia, nada se comparará con probarla allí mismo— en el corazón de Londres. Caballeros baristas en el Puente de Londres, esto no es una despedida. Es simplemente, "Hasta que nos encontremos de nuevo".
