I’ve always loved the atmosphere at Cloud Twelve Brasserie and I have to say their newly revamped menu is amazing! The flavors are exquisite, the presentation is stunning, and I’ve enjoyed every single dish I’ve tried, even of foods that I don’t traditionally enjoy, like mushrooms. Their mushroom entree is delicious, as is their mushroom pate. I also loved their beetroot tapas and cauliflower tapas plates. My mom loved their banana bread so much, she ordered seconds, and their chocolate brownie is cosmic! I’ve been back twice already and can’t wait to visit again.

Estuve en Londres todos los días durante siete semanas mientras mi esposa rondaba entre la vida y la muerte en el cercano Hospital Royal Brompton. Gracias a su increíble personal y a la determinación de mi esposa, ahora está en el camino hacia la recuperación, pero fue un momento muy estresante. La Luna del Cazador era un oasis de las pruebas del momento. Solo quería una pinta de cerveza y un bocadillo, pero siempre recibí una bienvenida maravillosamente cálida. Esta es una empresa familiar y claramente se enorgullecen de su panadería y sus productos. No te decepcionarás. Otra cosa es que te entregarán por un cargo muy razonable a menos que esté extremadamente lejos. Siempre que necesitamos algo entregado en Londres, siempre es de Brownie Box. ¡No te pierdas sus rubias!

Absolutamente me encanta este lugar! La calidad de los productos, el café el chocolate caliente es absolutamente increíble! Gran saludo a Joy muy rápidamente resolvió un problema con mi pedido y un regalo sorpresa encantador también, que no deberían haber hecho. ¡Fue un gesto encantador! El servicio de atención al cliente está ahí arriba con Amazon sin duda. ¡Gracias de nuevo!

The owner didn't seem happy to see us when we entered the place. Food was mediocre.

Chose this cafe due to reading positive reviews. The food here looks nice and it’s clearly a popular cafe. Not masses of choice but good enough. We chose the Thai Chicken soup which was very tasty and served with 2 small slices of sourdough bread. However, the soup was served lukewarm, cold at the bottom, and when we took it back to the counter asking for it to be heated up the unprofessional look we got from the dark haired waitress with the pony tail made us feel like we were being a nuisance. She actually rolled her eyes. Would like to see the cakes under clear covers and not left exposed in the open. Two of the inside tables are positioned in the garden centre shop itself which feels a little bit odd. There were 4 members of staff on duty in a relatively small cafe so customer service should have been better. Having said that I probably would go back.

Tog en fika och prövade 56% choklad drycken kall. Riktigt gott. Liten uteservering med 2 bord. Snabb bra service. Mycket gott kommer gå dit igen!!

I felt I was an imposition to the chef and assistant. The croissant wasn't baked enough so it was doughy and the service was dismissive - the price is high in comparison to nearby cafes. Admittedly there were few of us as customers so there was not the incentive but to rest her foot on the seat of the customer chairs was too much so I left.
