The Brasserie at Cloud Twelve in Kensington and Chelsea

I’ve always loved the atmosphere at Cloud Twelve Brasserie and I have to say their newly revamped menu is amazing! The flavors are exquisite, the presentation is stunning, and I’ve enjoyed every single dish I’ve tried, even of foods that I don’t traditionally enjoy, like mushrooms. Their mushroom entree is delicious, as is their mushroom pate. I also loved their beetroot tapas and cauliflower tapas plates. My mom loved their banana bread so much, she ordered seconds, and their chocolate brownie is cosmic! I’ve been back twice already and can’t wait to visit again.

Era mi primera vez y por error lo descubrimos ya que estaba oculto a pocas cuadras del mercado de Portobello Road. El lugar es muy relajante, ya que es un gran complejo para masajes y salón de damas y parque infantil y tiene una cafetería. Pedimos 2 pasteles y 1 capuchino y probamos el café con leche rosa. El último rosa era dulce y el capuchino estaba bien. El pastel de zanahoria era tan bueno

Went there on a quiet Saturday, wanted to warm up after having to have a blow dry with cold water in salon (no pleasant at all!). There was only myself and another table of two in the restaurant but after waiting a while for one of the 3 staff to take my order, I went to the counter myself to order coffee and food. After waiting 15 minutes for my coffee (and seeing the counter staff chatting and polishing silverware the entire of this time), I had to get up again to remind them I hadn't received my coffee a yet. When my food came 20 minutes after this, it was the wrong meal and I had to wait another 15 minutes for the right one, so all in all I waited around 40 minutes for some simple avocado toast. Can understand mistakes happen but in a place with 3 customers I would have expected better attention/awareness, especially given the price. On a plus note the coffee and avocado toast were both very good but I wouldn't go back again given the service.

¡Hay muchos restaurantes veganos en Londres, pero no son tan buenos como este! La calidad de la comida es increíble y la brasserie es preciosa. Perfecto para quien quiere tomar un café relajado de brunch con amigos pero a la vez muy elegante y sofisticado. Todos en el edificio son increíblemente serviciales y el personal de la Brasserie hace todo lo posible para que vivas una experiencia increíble. Me sentí como en casa.

Tranquilo, hermoso entorno, espacio de trabajo remoto perfecto. El menú es impresionante y los mejores cafés. . No podría recomendarlo más. . También tienen una barra de lavado y secado y Spa en el mismo piso. . .

We visited the club for the lunch with few friends last week as we read about newly opened club in the magazine. Atmosphere was amazing and food was really great. Recommended for the lunches and bussines meetings.

A wonderful experience with everything under one roof. I booked in for a blow dry with little time to spare, but the time I did have was spent totally relaxed. They started with an aromatherapy head massage followed by a treatment mask then the blow dry. Honestly the best blow dry I have ever had. I also grabbed a bite to eat, the food is all plant-based and delicious, so completely guilt free. I had the Sheperdless Pie and Ratatouille and it was full of flavour. Definitely worth popping in, the staff are friendly and it's away from the hustle and bustle of Westbourne Grove for a completely calming escape.

I was having a blow dry at Cloud Twelve and the salon is on the same level as their Brasserie. If you are there, you have to try their smoked eggplants and mushroom risotto. The whole menu is plant-based but even a non-vegetarian like myself was satisfied. Check their teas and the wine list! Yes, they have wine!

I loved the selection of food at the Cloud Twelve Brasserie, the cakes were also amazing, I wanted to have them all! The best thing was that everything was plant-based so I didn’t have to fuss around checking ingredients. Can’t wait to go back!
