Sin embargo, a pesar de tener una ubicación fantástica en una de las zonas comerciales más concurridas de Londres, Knoops casi no tiene espacio para sentarse. Significa que te ves obligado a comprar esta increíble bebida y caminar o ir a sentarte en otro lugar. Con asientos en High Street. Kensington, ¡significa que no hay manera de ir aparte de caminar! Lo recomendaría a cualquiera para probar, pero más asientos sin duda aumentaría la experiencia.

Came here recently again while visiting the area. Service is fast and friendly, and the hot chocolate is amazing! Highly recommend!

I stopped here 3 times which I was in London (and I visited a location in Oxford three times when I was there too.) Their hot chocolate is so good! I tried five different kinds and think the 43% is my favorite. Service was good and fast each time I visited this location.

Although pricey, it was the most delicious almond croissant imaginable! Super helpful and friendly staff too. Thank you.

Hot chocolate is delicious! Staff are always lovely! Wish there was more seating though, very limited inside and the outdoor seating leaves you with pollen all over your clothes!

White iced chocolate is to die for! The best option for the chocolate lovers. Always very busy so there’s a bit of a wait but it’s worth it.

Went here on a really cold day, the kind of day when a hot chocolate is possibly the best kind of salve you can find. I ordered the 28% white chocolate and I was utterly blown away. It was so smooth and luxurious, not to mention this is probably the only hot chocolate I’ve ever had that genuinely tasted like chocolate from start to finish. No doubt in my mind the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. Silky and delicious. Can’t wait for another.

The person called Sky who works at this store is incompetent at best. Avoid being served by her at all costs.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, make you feel at home, low prices, wide range of drinks and beverages. We went as a family in the summer and I ordered one of their hot chocolates. They have a unique and special way of doing it, and it totally works! Best drink ever tried, definitely worth going to if in the area. Gave a tip too for excellent service!

While walking in High Street with a friend who lives local we visited Knoops for a drink and snack. First time we had ever been there and were a bit confused at the start on how it works but after reading the step by step directions up on the wall it was easy. Here you can get a lot of different hot chocolate drinks with many types of chocolate from different countries, you pick which one you want and they make your drink using that chocolate. They range from about 28 % to 100% chocolate. I decided to have a milkshake using white chocolate the other had darker chocolate up to about 75% chocolate. I must say it was probably the best milkshake I have ever had, the white chocolate taste came through thick and strong , beautiful. We all thought it was a marvellous concept and enjoyed the drinks immensely. We also had a cinnamon bun and croissant, and a nice piece of home made marshmallow, all scrumptious Will be back .

Delicious and personalised hot chocolate, iced chocolates or milkshakes with some delicious cakes And pastures available too. This was not like any other hot chocolate that I’ve had before. I will be returning!

This place should get a Michelin star for services to chocolate. We had a white choc for the 6 yr old, a milk chic for the 12 year old, a dark choc for Mummy and Dad had the extra dark 100% choc. Honestly, the best chocs we’ve ever had anywhere. Quick service, lovely staff, nice little building. Make sure you visit. You’ll be very happy you did

Si many tyoes of chocolate! Amazing . I really loved It and they also make a Good idea latte . They are nice and with nice tables outside . Nice cafe in the area now that is hard to find anything in the area !

I randomly found this place while strolling down the high street of Kensington. The smell of chocolate was all over place and flooding it outside the door. Didn’t want stop my hot chocolate craving so I thought I should give it a go. A unique cafe with so many varieties of chocolate beverages, both hot and cold. I wasn’t sure which one I should try as they had many impressive choices so I asked for the recommendation from the gentleman behind the counter and I must say what a great service. I guess I was served by Elisha ans hands down one of the best behind the counter service I have ever received. I also noticed how he maintained the same energy to serve more than 10 customers within the sort time I waited for my drink. He wasn’t rushing anyone, but was very mindful about the customer flow. He was making sure he gave the right information to fulfil customer expectations while enhancing the brand value by adding a great service. Elisha and his colleague are definitely assets for this cafe. I know I will visit this places again and again and hopefully I will try all their flavours. Well done guys! Good luck.

Came here recently after a friend recommended, and I'm so glad I did! Super friendly staff explain how the options work, which was really appreciated! Went for a iced milk chocolate milkshake, and it was simply amazing - was very tempted to a second one as soon as I finished the first. Highly recommend for the great taste and fantastic service - will return soon!

Hot, cold, milk, you name it…the full Willy Wonka experience of chocolate. Name your cocoa percentage and you are on your way. First visit, very friendly staff who explained everything you needed to know and gave recommendations. Will certainly return.

This lovely store front caught my eye and the drinks have caught my heart! I tried the 34% milkshake and it rocked my world to the point where I don't think I can ever have a milkshake from anywhere else again. Brilliant service and a great store layout, I will be back again!
