Muy sabroso, fresco y saludable. Ambiente acogedor, personal impresionante, precios razonables. He probado bastantes de sus platos hasta ahora y todos son muy agradables.

It's never open at the advertised times

Very cute cafe in Queen’s Wood. Pastries and coffee were great but not worth the wait. Waited for an hour in line for 3 coffees and 2 pastries. Might’ve been busy because it was a sunny Sunday, would recommend going but on a less busy day!

I certainly will never go to the place again. I am a vegetarian and my girlfriend has an allergy which means she can't eat ham or it will make her ill. I ordered 2 mushroom and 3 cheese ciabattas and they served us with ham and cheese ones. There was no question about what I ordered and I complained and I was accused of lying and I had to push to get my money back. The staff were very rude and the man behind the counter was extremely rude and aggressive. I would warn off anyone going there. It was absolutely horrible.

La quiche estaba bien, pero el cuscús era atroz. Peor que cualquier comida de hospital que haya tenido. Era soso, ni siquiera un toque de sal o sabor, las verduras estaban viejas y marchitas, o congeladas. El baño estaba lo suficientemente limpio, pero gritaba descuido: el dispensador de toallas de mano contenía un rollo de cocina, y el dispensador de jabón estaba vacío, en su lugar había una bomba de jabón Asda en el fregadero. En resumen, tengo la sensación de que Highgate Pantry no hace ningún esfuerzo para demostrar que se preocupa por dar a sus clientes una experiencia positiva. Si hubiera leído las reseñas de antemano, probablemente me habría quedado con una opción de pastel, o simplemente habría ido a Gail's al otro lado de la calle. No volvería, no recomendaría.

We went around 10am and asked for tea, coffee and two cooked breakfasts to eat in. We were given the drinks to take to our table but my tea came in a cardboard cup. I pointed out that I was eating in and could I please have a real cup but was told that he didn't have any. When I pointed out the row of cups on the shelf behind him he then told me that people stole the real cups, and they cost a fortune to replace (he took out a box of new cups and showed them to me to prove his point) so no I would have to have a cardboard one. When I then noted that everyone drinking coffee had a real cup, he dug his heels in and insisted that I couldn't have a cup. I probably should have left then but we had paid, so I went to our table spilling hot tea on to my hand as the flimsy cardboard cup buckled. I was then given the wrong breakfast, along with one other woman on another table. When I eventually got my correct order (my tea - what remained of it was cold by now), the food was actually very good and the portions were generous. Just give your paying customer an actual cup to drink from please!! Don't argue, lie or start lecturing on how much cups cost!!!!

El servicio era genial cuando abrió la tienda, pero ahora se ha vuelto inconsistente. Entró a tomar un helado y fue servido por alguien que era, en el mejor de los casos, indiferente. Manejó el cono con las manos desnudas y procedió a proporcionar el cono más pequeño que recuerdo haber tenido. Mal servicio. Mala higiene. Mal valor.
