Not only we’re the staff very disinterested in any of the customers, the toilet was an utter state I’d give this place zero stars if that had been an option

El peor servicio en Londres y el personal es totalmente incompetente. Café y zumos absolutamente asquerosos. Poco profesional y totalmente antipático.

Dos palabras. Quiéralo. Las ofertas de bomba de j ger son increíbles. Ofertas de cócteles increíbles. Pequeño y divertido bar de cócteles.

Robado mi felicidad. Pan seco y decepcionante en general. Normalmente un fanático de la comida, no se molestaría de nuevo. 2/10 no lo recomendaría.

I believe the salad booth had more of a selection a few years back. I recognized a few salads no longer on display. I did also find, the chips were not as hot as they are supposed to be.

Starbucks had a LTO of three quite interesting flavoured lattes so I swallowed my dislike of the chain and decided to try them. Firstly, there is no pricing online so I couldn’t query it but the same drink cost £1 extra on my second visit! I asked about this and was met with sullen, grumpy faces. I visited this Starbucks four times in one week and encountered miserable, unfriendly staff each time. Simply not worth the quite frankly ridiculous cost!

The back of the staffs’ shirts say “Hot drink, warm welcome” but it is far from a warm welcome: There were three staff this morning, one at the till and two running the coffee machines turning out a pretty poor quality espresso, then shouting at you when they had made it because they just read the order from a screen. I ate in, and although the croissant was good enough, it was handed to me in a bag and the espresso coffee had a lid on it, despite trying to ask for it not to have a lid. I wonder when full service restaurants will put lids on hot drinks for “health and safety” reasons? I know an independent cafe in Mayfair that is the about same price (£5.05) where the coffee is truly excellent and the snacks are too, so why have the chains taken over? Of course, croissant + bag = crumbs on table, so a paper plate would be better. The ambience is rubbish, there was piping of poor cover versions of what would otherwise be favourite Christmas songs (presumably to save licence costs), the chairs were uncomfortable. If you want a quick take-away coffee for the train then it is somewhere to get one I suppose (although why you can’t buy a Nespresso machine and frother and make a better cup at home, then stick it in a travel mug and save £2 per day is beyond me), but if you want to sit and enjoy a quick breakfast then I think anywhere else would be better than Pret. For over £5 for an espresso and a croissant, Pret is just not good enough and this was a great eye-opener.

I mean it was fine, but £7.20 for a smoothie, really? It's a lot cheaper for that in most cafés or restaurants when you are benefiting from heating and paying for table service.

La rodaja gruesa de tomate estaba bien! El pan de tipo ciabatta seco y crujiente estaba totalmente equivocado con una fritura. En este lugar hay mejores opciones. Espero detalles de procedencia alimentaria. Quiero salchichas, huevos y setas a la parrilla. Me gusta saber de dónde viene el tocino y, personalmente, prefiero volver tocino. Las gruesas rebanadas gruesas de pan tostado y la elección de harina integral o blanca hubieran sido mejores. El café estaba tranquilo, así que tal vez los locales voten con sus pies. La vitrina de la caja tenía sándwiches abiertos de aspecto seco, con el mismo tocino horrible. ¡Nada parecía tentador! Me decepcionó ver al cocinero vagando por el restaurante con cubiertos limpios de la cocina en sus manos. Ole debe hacerlo mejor si van a sobrevivir.

This a 'take away' service next to the bigger Brew House Cafe at Kenwood , which is a wonderful setting. There is little choice but that is fine as it's a very small place. Today we chose the cream tea - a scone with clotted cream and jam . This was stale . The coffee had no taste . So very disappointing. I'd advise asking if the scones are freshly made before buying.

Fuimos a almorzar y pedimos un par de ensaladas y un par de zumos. El ambiente es genial (podría ser fantástico), con una arriba de estudio de yoga, y el interior/exterior grande fuera del restaurante. Se notaba promesa, con el bar de ensalada fresca, y cocina abierta. Por desgracia, donde la buena noticia termina. Las ensaladas eran caros por lo que son. mal construido, y le faltaba imaginación. Tuve la L!ensalada de fe, que era lo más caro en 7 GBP, y que era en su mayoría hojas de lechuga con mínimos granos, rábanos y zanahoria. Me dejaron que quiera. Mi novia tenía la ensalada a la parrilla de haloumi que había muy pocas piezas de haloumi y un huerto de hojas de cohetes y algunos barrios de tomate. ambos queríamos conseguir sus express fuerte que es una ensalada de la casa y una sopa, quiche o pizza. Al ordenar, nos enteramos de que estaban fuera de quiche y pizza. Los zumos, bien - digamos que no mucho ha pensado mucho en producir deliciosos zumos. El zumo inmune asiento elevador probado bastante corriente como un zumo mal o escapar de vegetales. El servicio era lo que realmente hace que este lugar, ya que, en mi mente, puede cambiar su percepción de la comida que te estás comiendo si se siente bien sobre el lugar. Por desgracia no había tensiones palpable en la cocina/los camareros como se sentía que no podía soportar la mitad completa de comensales en 145 pm. sigo escuchando que decían que estaba loco, y "ha escrito esa" (una y otra vez) y lo lleno que se habían. El personal era obviamente prisa, y desatendido. Los pedidos eran incorrectamente adoptadas (en nuestra orden, tenían que volver a aclarar que las bebidas que habíamos pedido, y luego, cuando las ensaladas, recibimos la ensalada equivocada, y tuvimos que esperar otra). La chica cerca de nosotros tenía su sándwich entregado a la mesa equivocada, que fuimos a comer por error. Otra mesa cercano tenía que pedir dos veces donde su taza de té. He oído que otro grupo ir a pagar y que no estaban pagando por medio de su comida debido a algún otro problema. Pedí 2 cafés y 2 pasteles, después de aproximadamente 10 minutos, necesité usar el inodoro y noté un letrero en la puerta que decía inodoro fuera de orden, y pedir al personal el inodoro más cercano. No había terminado mi bebida, así que no quería salir del restaurante. Le pregunté al personal si podía usar su baño. Afirmaron que no tenían uno, lo que me cuesta creer. Luego les pregunté dónde estaba el baño más cercano y dijeron que no lo sabían. Otra evidencia para mí es que el inodoro no estaba roto o tenía un inodoro de personal, como cómo puede alguien pasar todo el día sin usar un inodoro. ¡Sospecho que muchos empleados pusieron deliberadamente un letrero en el inodoro para evitar limpiarlos! No me impresionó, tuve que irme y buscar un inodoro afuera!

Being going this pub for many years as it has the biggest screen in Hounslow so watch football etc etc. tonight went in with 3 friends to watch international games but managers wife was playing Indian music on big screen. Asked can they put football on was told ( you have football on every night so tonight I want my Indian music on) so walked out with 3 friends ( the only ones in the bar spending money) and went to the Black Horse up the road where we were welcomed. The white bear will go down hill as they do not look after regular customers as for the the food look at previous reviews I will add mine later 👋 avoid 😔😔
