Starbucks in Hounslow

Not only we’re the staff very disinterested in any of the customers, the toilet was an utter state I’d give this place zero stars if that had been an option

Rat in chiswick high road Starbucks. Informed manager but the lady was too busy serving customers. Ive managed to film the rat, disgusting ..

I ordered a couple of Matt black cold cups on the Starbucks App for collection at the Chiswick branch, however I was told there were none in stock. I spoke to a gentleman called Antoine who was very helpful and said he would order me some, I called about 5 days later and spoke to the Manager Lewis who advised that there are none in stock and they are sold out everywhere. I was offered a refund and Lewis gave me 2 vouchers for a free beverage. I am disappointed that the App allowed me to pay for 2 of the cups when they were out of stock in most stores and that I can still order the cups on the App but when I call the store I am told that they are out of stock. Lewis at the Chiswick branch was so helpful and it’s because of him I have given this branch a. 3 star otherwise Starbucks in general would have got a 1 star due to the malfunction of the App.

All evening after 5pm local school kids descend on the shop and treat it like a youth club. They don’t buy anything and make it impossible to achieve any work. Try Nero next door.

First time to visit the Is new starbucks. Clean, spacious and ample seating. Only improvement needed is additional toilet! After going in with my toddler which always takes longer a man was banging on the door to be let in and was equally as rude as we exited!

Lovely location on the High Street. Very under staffed and service was very slow. Wouldn't recommend it.
