The best restaurants serving Mediterranean food in Highlands and Islands

Regretably, this wonderful restaurant has now closed as the owners retired. Very best to them for a lovely retirement after many years of fabulous food and unbeatable hosting. Bon chance!

A reservation is recommended. The staff worked very well together and the service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious and they had a great selection of gin and whiskeys.

We had dinner here when visiting Inverness. Definitely a big recommendation. Lovely staff AND food. Very much enjoyed it .

We have been in Oban for a number of days now and tried the food in some of their fanciest restaurant, none can hold a candle to the meal that we had here. if you are looking for great Scottish cooking with good quality ingredients, this is the place to go across the car park. You have the bridge over the Atlantic which was breathtaking, especially at this time of year as it was covered in fairy fox gloves tinging the edge of the bridge pink. I know this place is a little out of the way, but it is well worth the trip.

We arrived late in Inverness and were able to have a very nice dinner here. The staff was super friendly and there was a pub attached to the restaurant, so we could have a drink there afterwards.

the food was so bad and the waiter was all sad and that. they spilt some of the drink of my partner jitney and the food took forever to come ( 2 hours) and it was superposed to be a quick snack and the food was def not kosher. and it was fricking moldey. just like the waiter.
