The best restaurants serving Japanese food in London

Always lovely food, served quickly,so far I’ve introduced 3 group to the restaurant , gutted it’s closed down! Are there any other restaurants in the local area?

Interior has improved since the last visit which looked more like a converted pizza restaurant and now Looks like a restaurant with a large bar. Spacious interior with well spaced tables. Has the Tokyo roll- was good. The duck main was good but has to order an additional portion of rice. Service was good. Gin and tonics was well priced.

Pedí gambas y relleno de aguacate, el crespón estaba completamente equivocado, demasiado espeso y seco, no una salsa Marie Rose para humedecer o juntar el relleno, trozos de zanahorias mal cortados, etc. Escogí cada gambas del crespón (3 gambas) y me lo comí todo, dejé mis 6 crepes completamente para los pájaros. ¡Qué farse de comida! ! ! Yukee! ! ¡Evita este puesto y pasa al siguiente puesto de comida llamado Bull & Ranch, una parrillada deliciosa! !

My mum and I visited Tonkotsu just before Christmas for a catch up dinner. We had a lovely meal, they were able to tailor the dishes for our dietary needs and all of the staff were absolutely lovely. In particular, Shama was so friendly, efficient and warm and was also happy to chat when the restaurant wasn’t busy. She’s great and such an asset to Tonkotsu

Good food, and an alright price for the quality. Relaxing atmosphere. Had a matcha crepe and frappe, friend had a shiratama sundae.

Ordered food to be deliver to participants of a training. Paid, got confirmation email - on the day of delivery I called to triple check when the food is going to be arriving... They could not find it in the system. After a few minutes of searching the person on the other end of phone who did not mute itself said "oh its here.." they told us the food is going to be with us in the next 15 min - cut long story short after a few next phone calls the food arrived 75 min later. In the meantime - the participants went to shops and got themselves food - being very disappointed since we as host promised them lunch. Called once more to resolve me refund but...they cannot find us in the system again and the person on the line was everything - but helpful. first and last time. Very frustrating.

I tried the gyoza miso ramen and it’s defo my fav (gyoza lover🥟😆). The portion was generous. The gyoza was boiled with smooth and slippery skin. The ramen was firm and thick while the broth was full of umami flavour. Katsu Curry Omurice is the most popular item and you can choose from chicken, shrimp or tofu. I chose shrimp which was crispy and tasteful. I especially loved the silky smooth omelette which paired perfectly with the curry sauce. Beautiful and flavourful 😍😍😍

Got the truffle cheeseburger here Friday lunch. That bad boy banged. Had a nice chat while they prepped fresh in 5mins. Truffle gooey-good and nice pickle crunch. Good stuff, boys'n'girls!

Es una joyita de restaurante. La comida es absolutamente deliciosa y el pequeño restaurante es encantador. Dicho esto, ya que solo está dirigido por un equipo de marido y mujer, el servicio puede ser un poco lento. Además, los platos vienen uno tras otro en lugar de todos a la vez. Esto en realidad contribuyó a nuestro disfrute, ya que nos gustó compartir cada plato uno a la vez y queríamos una comida tranquila, pero podría no satisfacer a todos.

Tenía el Tonkotsu, caldo muy rico, casi cremoso. Un poco de hongo de la oreja de madera, y 7 rodajas de cerdo chasu. Fideos firmes. En general, bastante sabroso, pero debería haber pedido más ingredientes. Las bebidas eran un poco "ordinarias". Buen servicio, amable. Entrega muy rápida de comida.

Lovely food and a very nice woman serving. Would come again for sure. They don’t sell alcohol but will let you bring some in if you want

This shop is very well decorated from both the exterior and interior. It has a lovely detailed arty kind of look to it. It has a nice little indoor window seat which you can use for waiting on your food or enjoying your purchases if the shop is not busy. This shop offers a fantastic selection of taiyaki flavours - a great variety of traditional Japanese style flavours, like red bean or black sesame, and more modern flavours too, like nutella and marshmallow or ham and cheese. They do savoury and sweet flavours which is a nice option. The ice cream taiyaki looked great but sadly we were too full to try this. We ordered taiyaki and coffee brown sugar bubble tea. They tasted great and the taiyaki was freshly made - nice and warm with a crispy shell. We liked that this place offered alternative flavours from the many other asian snack shops around this area. The service from the lady in the store was also really good. Next time we'd come here first before going to other taiyaki shops.

Reservamos Moors Bar para una fiesta privada en una noche de sábado, y estuvimos encantados con el evento. Andy fue un gran contacto, y tenía un paquete de fiesta para nosotros. Con unos 30 invitados, el bar era del tamaño adecuado para nosotros, y nos permitieron una total libertad con la música y el entretenimiento de la noche. Muchas gracias por todo, nos lo pasamos genial!

Das Restaurant ist auf 2 Stockwerken. Relativ klein. Im unteren Bereich besteht die Möglichkeit am Tisch zu grillen. Keine außergewöhnliche Speisen aber ok. Preis Leistung für London ebenfalls ok.
