The wife and I stopped off here for lunch, it was the best sushi we have had. We got the Hanana sushi set and we especially liked the Hanana futomaki which was delicious!

The vibe of the restaurant was just as warm as the staff :) Matsuba offers an authentic Japanese dining experience! The sushi is incredibly fresh, and the other dishes are equally delicious. We booked here for my birthday and the Matsuba team did not disappoint! My and my friends felt so welcome and couldn't help but keep on ordering more dishes that were just as mouth watering. We ate probably more than the average person but we couldn't help ourselves. Notable mentions being the: - Salmon Carpaccio which was torched so nicely that it brought out the subtle smoked flavours without overpowering the quality of the fish. - Geisha Set (33pcs assorted sushi) which was a beautifully presented platter of a variety of fresh fish! - Tempura Mori, the prawns in this were cooked to perfection as the prawns were so juicy and tender. - Matcha Tiramisu (Cake of the day) - although I assume this dish isn't always on the menu, the matcha powder was of high quality and was a harmonious dish to finish our meal on. It was so smooth and creamy and obviously made with a lot of love. Thank you Matsuba Team! Hope to see you again soon <3

I recently visited Itsu in Richmond and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. Not only was I charged for food that I never received, but the staff were exceptionally rude when I brought the issue to their attention. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was astonishing. I won’t be returning and would caution others to be wary of this location.

Had a great time at sushi shop on Saturday. Gotta give a nod to the server, who made some spot-on recommendations, turning our meal into a delightful experience. The food, thanks to her killer suggestions, was next-level delicious. I ordered the spicy tuna hako, rock and roll and Each bite was a surprise, and I left with a happy belly and a new appreciation for the spot. Big shoutout to the kitchen team for making my night good.

Bought a large box of sashimi which is usually really good- when I got home to eat it- I opened the box and was hit by the smell of gone off fish. If salmon smells - it’s off - how you could slice it up and box it up for people to eat and not realise is beyond me! Over £20 now in the bin! Please QC your fish better - it’s dangerous to give people gone off raw salmon!

I recently visited Wagamama in Richmond for dinner with a friend, and it was a delightful experience. The food was fantastic, as always, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. What truly made the evening exceptional was the outstanding service provided by one of the waiters, Harris. From the moment we sat down, Harris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. We were initially struggling to decide what to order, but Harris stepped in with helpful suggestions and patiently guided us through the menu. His recommendations turned out to be spot on! His warm demeanor and excellent customer service really stood out, making our visit memorable. While all the staff were polite and helpful, Harris went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
