The best restaurants serving Italian food in Falkirk Central Scotland

Good food, staff were judging our appearances and what my other half was ordering from there menu felt like we weren't on there level clientele or welcome anyway, don't judge book by it's cover. Moving on Price was reasonable. No parking ,tight for wheelchair users, tight access to bathroom overall if your down near the retail park it's convenient

this is not a good place to bring kids in

Slightly surprised at the recent negative reviews which I hadn't seen before booking and could have put us off. My girlfriend and I were staying at the nearby MacDonald Inchyra Hotel and wanted a nice meal for our final night. We both love Italian food and this seemed like a convenient and highly-rated spot on Google. We arrived for our reservation at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. It's quite a large space but was about 50% full when we got there. It did gradually get quieter and by the time we finished we were the only guests left, which was surprising for a Friday night but then it was early January and perhaps its location isn't ideal for some. Despite being seated quickly, it did take a little while for our order to be taken. Drinks arrived promptly, however, and our starters not long afterwards. These were delicious: I had meatballs on toasted bread with cheese and tomato sauce. It tasted very authentic and was quite filling with three large meatballs. My girlfriend had the arancini which she said was very good. For the mains, we both had pasta with chicken in a mushroom sauce with peas. I had tagliatelle while my girlfriend had the rigatoni. Aside from the dishes arriving with broccoli instead of peas, the food was excellent and again tasted great. We decided against dessert only because neither of us could fit any more food in!

Without a doubt this is the best Indian takeout in falkirk. Highly recommend. Service is great, friends and efficient. Food quality is fantastic best of the best ingredients use in each meal.

Can't believe I hadn't tried this gem of a restaurant before! The surrounding, food and service were outstanding!! Fabulous family restaurant, can't wait to return for more 😀

Wish i had found North Star before now, though my waste line would disagree. Hands down best pizza I've tasted. Been a massive pizza fan my whole life and I'm always on the look out for new ones to try. Don't need to look anymore. Amazing

Barracuda is terrible especially for customer service ordered two kebabs with no salad and a dinner pizza with spicy chicken the kebabs came with salad and the pizza without the chicken and the cheek of the person in store accusing me of not checking the pizza not only was the pizza cooked with donner dropped on top not cooked with the pizza there were 5 tiny little pieces of chicken on a whole 12 inch pizza and was not even spicy just plain and was giving me cheek over the phone at least they said they would send another but ended up hanging up on me after saying I must not have checked the pizza right

Delivery wrong pizza, far too greasy. Delivery time was 30-50 mins. Delivered in 1hr45.

Terrible service took 2.5 hours for food to arrive and order arrived wrong pizza was missing toppings and stuffed crust

We were recommended to try a Kebab from the Four in One derful and it actually was !. Under new ownership so any outdated negative reviews should be ignored. Phone order was taken efficiently, order delivery times flexible if not required straight away. Food well presented and nice and hot on arrival. We had a King size Special mixed Kebab, a King size Doner, Chips, and Cheesy Garlic Bread. Having been seriously disappointed with a similar order from another local takeaway we were blown away with the entire meal. Quality ingredients well prepared, cooked, seasoned properly to add flavour, and appetizingly presented. Meats very tender, Cheesy Garlic Bread well cooked not soggy, chips very tasty. We phoned to say how much we enjoyed it and are looking forward to trying other items from the menu.
