Four In One in Falkirk

We were recommended to try a Kebab from the Four in One derful and it actually was !. Under new ownership so any outdated negative reviews should be ignored. Phone order was taken efficiently, order delivery times flexible if not required straight away. Food well presented and nice and hot on arrival. We had a King size Special mixed Kebab, a King size Doner, Chips, and Cheesy Garlic Bread. Having been seriously disappointed with a similar order from another local takeaway we were blown away with the entire meal. Quality ingredients well prepared, cooked, seasoned properly to add flavour, and appetizingly presented. Meats very tender, Cheesy Garlic Bread well cooked not soggy, chips very tasty. We phoned to say how much we enjoyed it and are looking forward to trying other items from the menu.

Would have ended up with food poisoning had I ate the prawns they delivered. Called them to complain, staff tried to force more prawns on me despite me requesting a refund. Also emailed to complain & request a refund but they didn't bother to respond. Will not be back. Not sure that food safety/hygiene certificate is genuine.

I've been waiting about 1 an a half hours now and phone up to see were my delivery was to be told I'll just check if it has left the shop after 1 and a half hours I would hope it has left the shop absolutely ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait for a delivery I wont ever use this place again

Food vile, staff terrible, place looks dirty. Nothing is cooked right, the staff look dirty and they look like they can't be bothered.

Chicken tikka masala £8.99 I was expecting big chucks of fresh chicken in curry and rice included in the price as normally that's what you get for any Indian restaurant/takeaway. Instead I got a cold,small curry with chopped up small peices of chicken ((Not tikka)) which I couldn't eat because of the fat making it hard and chewy. The poppadom I ordered has been left out and went soggy so for my dinner tonight I have a frozen pizza. Called and spoke to a girl who advised I would have to speak to Head office and they would contact me tomorrow...She never took my number so unless she dialled 1471 I doubt very much i will be getting a call. Not normally one for complaining but I feel robbed and will be chasing this. Please save your pennies!
