The best restaurants serving Italian food in High Street Maidstone South East

Whenever we fancy Italian this is our go-to. It takes us 20/30 mins as we drive from Medway to Maidstone but we’d drive further if we had to. Service is always great, old school Italian, no rush and nothing is ever a problem. All dishes are great but the pasta and berry panna cotta have my heart (even better when home grown redcurrants are in season) - buonissimo! 🤤

The food was reasonable although when I ordered the pork belly I received pork loin instead and was informed it’s just a different type of pork belly. We were hurried to order when we wanted to relax and enjoy some wine 1st. The wine was as issue for me I ordered a bottle of appessimento then primitivo both of which I see on Tesco shelves at £9 and £11 respectively. I understand a restaurant mark up is generally 200-300 percent so £38 per bottle was excessive.

We went to prezzo yesterday with our 18 month old Grandson. The young man who served us was so nice & nothing was to much trouble. It makes such a change these days to get good service. The young lady sorry I didn’t get either of your names was also lovely. Food was delicious & prompt. Music was fantastic right up our street. We will be back. Thank you.

Went with friends easter Sunday,had a great time celebrating my birthday. Food was lovely and our waitress Sue was great,efficient, friendly and funny

Went on a crowded Saturday and restaurant seemed to be trying to squeeze people in. They put some people close to us that got bumped into every time a waiter went by. The tables were small the service was slow and the food was very average Our main course and our starter arrived at the same time which meant that the main course was not hot by we ate the starter Been to other busy restaurants in the chain that have been far better service and food. Will not be going back

We had meal deal 2 burger and chips would defo buy again really tasty worth every penny young man brought it he was really nice very polite excellent

Been ordering from here for years, even gave them a second chance after trying to steal my money the first time and had to get the bank to refund! Ordered at 8:30pm on a Wednesday evening through their website and it’s now 10:20pm and still no food! Won’t answer calls either! Will never be returning and will tell everyone about their staff being thief’s!! Give me my money back!!!!
