The best restaurants serving Italian food in High Street Maidstone South East

Simply the best, the food, the atmosphere was on point! This place is a hidden gem. I wish I came here sooner

Last Saturday we had a great weekend planned. Spend some ££££ at Rochester Christmas Market with a table at a nice restaurant booked for afterwards. Then our plans were ruined by Storm Darrah!!! So to try to salvage something from the weekend we nipped into Maidstone for a little retail therapy and my daughter booked us all a table for 5 at La Villetta. We were so pleased that our plans were ruined - this was a great silver lining on our cloud. Delicious food, great service, very attentive but not overbearing. All the staff were great and even the youngest were very nowledgeable about the menu!!! Highly recommend ❤️

We went to prezzo yesterday with our 18 month old Grandson. The young man who served us was so nice & nothing was to much trouble. It makes such a change these days to get good service. The young lady sorry I didn’t get either of your names was also lovely. Food was delicious & prompt. Music was fantastic right up our street. We will be back. Thank you.

Disappointing Family Meal While the restaurant was clean, our recent visit to Pizza Express in Maidstone was unfortunately underwhelming. The staff were unable to accommodate our young son's simple request for separate pasta and sauce, citing health and safety concerns. This rigid approach was disappointing, especially considering the common practice of serving food in multiple dishes for young children. The food itself was a mixed bag. My pizza was decent, though overpriced for what it was. My wife's vegetarian pizza was marred by the presence of a meat ingredient, which was both unsanitary and unexpected. My son's pasta dish was tasteless and cold, leading to a disappointing meal for him. The Sicilian lemonade was also subpar, tasting more like a diluted lemon squash. Overall, our family meal at Pizza Express was a letdown. The inflexible service, subpar food, and unexpected ingredient in a vegetarian dish left us feeling frustrated and hungry. We ended up buying our son dinner from a food stall in Fremlin Walk, and he had a great time eating a giant Bratwurst as we walked around Maidstone.

Donner kebab was burnt so was the burger but when arrived it was stone cold given me and my partner stomach ache would not recommend

I ordered a thick pizza but as always I get a thin one. She was terrible. It was very dry, there wasn't even a single sauce. For the money I paid, it's not worth it. I will never order from this pizzeria again. The potatoes had no taste either. Terrible.😡

My favourite pizza in Maidstone 💯 Always fresh and tasty. So delicious 😋 I keep coming for more and more and always will be. The staff are always welcoming and very friendly. The place is very clean and nice. Thank you so much!
