Been to this place a few times as a family of 3 but came as part of a larger group today and could not fault this wonderful pub, the staff are all super friendly and helpful the food is 10/10 and plentyful the portion sizes are huge but so delicious.. the adults in our group all had Sunday lunches which we can not recommend enough and the kids had pasta again must have been delicious as they cleared their plates .. If you are looking for good food in a friendly comfortable place this is the place to.go

We stayed here with friends for a short break. The welcome was warm, friendly and professional. The Warkworth suite was spacious, not particularly modern but entirely suitable for us and clean. The toilet flush handle loosened which I sorted easily. A seat for the desk would be good. However, we were entirely comfortable. The managers and staff of the restaurant and bar were exceptional. They were warm, friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Kaitlyn and her colleagues helped us celebrate my birthday and our friends anniversary with cards, balloons etc making the events unforgettable. We will definitely return, hopefully soon. We'll done and thank you all very much.

Stayed in Berwick at the weekend and saw this restaurant nearly next door to the hotel. It was a Saturday evening and we didn't book. Walked in and they said they'd get a table for us so we sat in the bar. It didn't take long to get a table in a cosy corner of the restaurant. The restaurant and bar were lovely, nice vibe to the place. Staff were smiley and pleasant and made the experience enjoyable. Cocktails were amazing and food was nice. Surprised by the bill price, was expecting it to be more expensive. Definitely worth going for anyone staying in Berwick, we'd go again.

The absolute best ice cream that has ever existed. Every time I’m back in Newcastle I have to go get this ice cream because it is just so delicious. Got there as the shop was about to close and the lovely lady behind the till let us get served which I really appreciated. 10/10 shop.

Fantastic smoked pizza’s prepared while you wait, all fresh produce. A bit on the expensive side but well worth the extra cost

A recently opened Italian restaurant in Blyth. Unfortunately, the street and surrounding area is in disarray due to road/ground works and area improvement works, making access difficult at times. Was previously called ‘Tudor Café’. Really, this is now a takeaway establishment with seating. Once established, it may offer regular café style food. Plus points – ground floor access, pizza’s fresh and ‘home made’, close to town centre, cheerful staff, coffee is good, evening deliveries, on phone or ‘Blyth Eats’ app. (‘Just Eat’ app shortly, maybe) Minus points – no high chairs, very limited menu, no children’s options, not licensed, lack of ventilation, so considerable cooking smells,
