Lovely Kabab very good value for money

Pizza was luke warm, the chips were dry and cold, the boxes were soggy and was late

Can't fault this restaurant very quick delivery and good portions and always hot Can't wait for next meal the chilli sauce just right not overly hot best I've had as some burn your mouth off lol

Great laugh, lovely people that work there and fast food 10/10

Waited over an hour and a half for our food called the take away they said they had delivered it when they had not started shouting at us telling us there is nothing they could do when we had not done anything we asked them for a refund since they had not delivered our food they said no they knocked to try deliver when they didn’t and said they would send it out again and they didn’t what a waste of money for no food over an hour wait £30 wasted and rude costumer response wouldnt advice order ring from here they don’t send the food out shout out you and don’t send anything out or give a refund for out ‘food’ that doesn’t even get sent out. What A Joke

Would never order from here again. Took two hrs to arrive when it did the guy was trying to charge me for garlic sauce when it's meant to come with the kebab. Rang up to ask why I was being charged by this time the driver had taken the food even though I had already paid for it. So waited for 2hrs for food for the driver to walk off with it haha. Shop said he will bring it bk no doubt cold now. Absolute joke.

Collected a chicken wrap, which proceeded to give me food poisoning as this is all I had to eat on that day. The chicken was piping hot so that was no issue so the chicken was 100% off! It caused me to be violently sick for three days after consuming. I have sent the chicken to get tested by the local council. Save yourself never ever order from here! Ordered a To Toscana 12 ins pizza. It arrived on time but was barely Luke warm 😞, even though I just live down the road. Had to put the pizza in the microwave. 🥴Maybe the delivery driver isn't putting them in a insolated bag ?. The tomato base 🍅 that goes on the pizza first was nearly none existent. It was also suppose to have Bolognese on, none there 🤔. So much competition out there. Come on "To Toscana". Sort out theses problems and be proud of the food you send out...

The food was utter rubbish. rang at 1oclock was informed an hour at most- it came at 3:15. (2hrs later). the chilli sauce was tomato paste with crushed chillies in? More or less watery. the stuffed crust wasn’t even a stuffed crust had barely any cheese in and was lumpy? All the extras we ordered like Pittas and whatnot; didn’t come. Despite the fact we paid for them. Oh and the delivery driver complete knobhead. Made my boyfriends mother fee very uncomfortable as she asked him to wait for a second for the extra pound we needed- he point blank refused and left her stood there without the food for a few mins, (in freezing weather at 3am) We never usually order from here and never will be again. was disgusting for the price we paid- and just altogether wouldn’t ever go here. The man who answers the phone is lovely though, thankyou for your service🤍

Food is bang on, the blokes that work in the shop seem canny. Shame about the he scruffy delivery driver that bumped me of 2 quid by giving me the wrong change.

Really like the food from here i usually order the home made chunky chips + chicken nuggets with Garlic. Always cooked perfectly, never burned, nicest garlic around. Will certainly be back.

Worst pizzas Iv ever tried and cold, chips were cold as if they were from hours ago. Cheese was on plain burgers, they forgot parts of the order. Rang to complain, said they would bring plain burgers and the rest of order. Still nothing. Total waste of money! Avoid!

Ordered a takeaway from here tonight and should have known from the start it was going to abysmal. The girl in the shop asked me several times for the delivery postcode and informed me she couldn’t find the address I had to spell the address out for her and she didn’t even know what town it was in then when the food arrived the order was incomplete so I rang back and I was told the missing item would get redelivered which never came and to top it off the food was cold the bread was like a brick and the chips were soggy. Never again will I order from here total waste of money and terrible customer service.

Customer service provided my Manager was appalling. The shop messed up my order and then expected me to pay over the odds for a redeliver to make up for the missing items. It was going to cost me extra which apparently was easier for them. It's easier for me if I don't go back and I write this review to warn people that any complaints or mess-ups won't be even attempted to be rectified properly. Manager should lose his job with his horrible attitude, must really suck working there.

This use to be a nice pizza shop but it's gone right down hill !!! I ordered online what a mistake that was al not be back for certain garlic bread was that greasy it came through the box Donner wrap that was so greasy it leaked in the bag and the meat tasted disgusting a wouldn't even feed it to a dog ended up in the bin chicken and sweetcorn pizza the chicken bits are so hard i thought they where rocks dont know what happened but al not be back must be the cheapest of cheap ingredients

Had a dismal takeaway from here on Friday night,. It turned up 45 minuets late, so not a good start, the chicken wrap was just cold mush. It had obviously been in the delivery drivers car for some time - most of it ended up in the bin ! Never again...

Toscana never disappoint. Thickly stacked pizzas for generous prices. Their constant special offers make ordering for a party cheap and easy. Almost always arrive early/on time.

Ordered £25 of food tonight. I travel 8miles to get tea To get home to see order was wrong and things missing. Wrap had to go in the bin. Phoned up to be told yes they made mistake they would replace tonight if I travel back there(another 8 miles) to get it changed which was not my fault or pay £3 for driver to deliver it. I said could you not just sort it next week but manager said no. Absolutely disgusting customer service. When tried pizza it was soggy on bottom. Whole order was disgusting. I go here every week but will not be back.

First time I've ever been disappointed. Ordered garlic bread and home made chips with garlic dip order was missing the garlic bread. I phoned and was told it would be delivered by the next driver. When delivered it was stone cold. Sorry guys wasn't happy tonight.

Tonight I ordered from here 22 pounds worth of food to get it and it was freezing cold & the order was wrong. Then when complained I got told to F***k off, what sort of customer service is this???? Ok advantage pizza parlor . Quick delivery but the topings could have been better the ham didn't taste very nice so although not disappointed enough to send back the food unfortunately not the best of laces either so just 3 stars for this one .

Ordered a garlic bread special wi kebab and chips. .. Because we were in a hurry we did not check. We got home to a garlic bread wi cheese and 4 pots of garlic. No chips and no kebab. Very disappointing.

Get a takeaway from toscana quite often normally nice got one tonight half an hour late it was cold not alot of chips meat & bread was hard not nice at all might try elsewhere next time very dissapointed

First time i ordered from Toscana i did order real late but my order was took and delivered on their way home. i oredered a kebab wrap with garlic mayo, lettuce and onion it was the best wrap i have ever had i was not disapopinted. i would recommend this place for it's kebab meat as other places i've been to for wraps have been tasteless and really horrible but not here 10/10

I have had lunch here on numerous occasions but this time there were a couple of things that made us laugh.....coffee was on a plate instead of the usual saucer, the milk was in a sugar bowl!

Fui a este Sambuca en 28/01/2017, el personal era lo suficientemente amable, la comida era lo suficientemente agradable. Pero cuando recibí la factura, eso cambió mi opinión completa, 7 libras. 95 por una pizza de pollo y maíz dulce. Totalmente estafados, si no era para conseguir una pizza de ajo, sin duda no de pagué el precio de la pizza. No hay incluso una pizza en el menú por ese precio! Scrooches lleno de!

Went for a nice quiet meal on New Year's eve and it was very quiet however the food was excellent. I had the Beef stroganof very tasty I would reccomend it and my husband had the fillet steak which is always cooked to perfection

Been tonight had the fillet steak special 3 courses for £12.95. Couldn't fault it for the prices. Steak was lovely as were the chips. Will be back

Spotted the restaurant from the old station car park and thought I would treat my wife to a nice Sunday lunch. Well, we weren't disappointed. The food was very good and excellent value for money. I had the roast lamb and my wife had the roast chicken. We will definitely be back again soon.

Celebrated my wife's birthday here, with a table of 37! Great value good quality food with friendly service. Staff even helped decorate tables before arriving and helped make the night really special. Good night enjoyed by all.

My suprise 30th birthday celebration at sambucas was the best. 35 guests including 12 children under 12, the staff were excellent, waited hand on foot for every single one of us, the food was hot, very tasty and delivered to us all very quickly, not 1 complaint from any of the guests. All staff made an effort to play with kids and entertain them and made my celebrations extra special. Would highly recommend sambucas to everyone, no matter how big the party they always deliver. Thank u to all those who took part in my birthday you all done an amazing job

Sambuca's are like Best Western Hotels, or McDonalds... you know what you're going to get every time you go, and it doesn't disappoint.For value for money food, they are great. For a quick lunch, or a cheap supper you'll not go far wrong.Atmosphere on a Sunday was a bit lacking, but we weren't expecting much to be honest.Food good, service good and just wanted we wanted - quick and easy lunch.

We stopped for lunch special and it was so cheap I don't know how they do it!!! Food was fine staff were good, and it was quite busy. Would definitely go back. Toilets could perhaps do with some TLC.

I took 8 kids and 5 adults for Birthday teas on Saturday, from walking in the door we were welcomed and felt at ease. All staff were very attentive, but not pushy. Our meals were all delivered to the table altogether through from starts to puds and were delicious.(As well as the free garlic breads they kindly gave us yum!) All staff helped make my daughter and sisters birthday very special we sang happy birthday and drank free Sambuca shots was hilarious Thanks we will be seeing you again!!

just been for a celebratory meal . the serving arrangements were really bad , the meals were served , then there was a long wait for the vegetables and chips . my grandaughter waited nearly an hour for a margarita pizza after everyone had finished their meals . she was given a plate of luke warm chips as a consolation . the staff were freindly and attentive but the organisation was terrible . not a place to come to if in a big party .the pizza i had was not worth the money .a great night with freinds but dissapointed with service

We had a great family meal for four of us, starters, mains and desserts for £35!The pizza base was feather light and the toppings delicious. Our two waitresses were very attentive and friendly. Shame we are not around for lunch as for £3.95 for three full size courses it is a steal. This is the place to go for a lovely meal. Highly recommended.

We came here because we had seen the advertisement for 3 courses for £4.99 and as it's just up the road decided to pay a visit. For the price the meal was lovely, we all had the potato skins with dips, which were really nice and then all had different pizzas and ice cream. You honestly can't fault the food at these prices and it was a really cheap family meal out, my sons loved it. We will definitely return.
