The best restaurants serving Italian food in London

Unquestionably the best quality pizza in crystal palace and I've tried them all. Staff are friendly and welcoming too.

Expensive no choice panini hot drinks smoothie no other food the odd day maybe pizza but that's it and it very expensive

I highly recommend Pizza Express for the mouthwatering dishes in the menu and most of all for the superb hospitality from the staff. In four days I looked nowhere else to fine except for this restaurant.

Had a lovley experience at Bella Italia in London, staff treated me very well.

Worst dining experience I have ever had in London. I’ll start with the service. They sat the five of us at a crammed four person table. Our server barely approached the table, didn’t check on our drinks, or how the food was. We also had to grab them for the bill. Plenty of attitude as well. Now the food. Very awful. It’s been over an hour and I still have the rotten taste of that eggs benedict in my mouth. Why was there potato in it? My friend had the bagel sandwich and complained that it was microwaved and soggy. Also, they didn’t have milkshakes for breakfast. Never go here. I want a refund as well, so please feel free to contact me Frankie or Benny. This is the first review of several.

After a long day with the Lord Mayor’s Parade, Christmas light and Hamleys where else would you take a family of 8 including 2 young boys? The staff could not have been more attentive. The youngest in our party was entertained with crayons and a sensible sized portion. Whilst the adults enjoyed the choice of drinks and excellent food. We were leaving when our waiter reminded us the children’s menu included a dessert and packed one for our youngest member to takeaway. A delightful addition was an added treat for his slightly elder brother who had eaten from the adult menu. A superb end to a day. Whilst one might say you know what to expect at a Pizza Express the crew here know how to raise the game with a good chef and fabulous service. Stunning location as well

I’ve been coming here for lunch for nearly five years due to its proximity to work and a corporate tie-up, but it’s consistently disappointing. The pasta is mediocre, often just plain boiled with barely any sauce, and the staff almost always gets my order wrong. I’ve paid for extras that never made it to my meal, and takeaways often reveal mistakes too late to fix. Even with self-ordering kiosks to streamline the process, errors persist. My colleagues and I are fed up with the subpar food and service, especially given the high prices.

Went to see music event (Flo Collective which was fantastic) staff service was great, food excellent and I lost my keys called the following day and the person I spoke to was so helpful thank you 🙏

Excellent food and good family service. The atmosphere was perhaps a little formal for a Chelsea lunch but nevertheless very charming. Set price lunch was not cheap, especially when you are charged a lot extra for things you like. However, quality was top notch and portions were about right. Wine was pricey as per most restaurants in London these days. There were, at least, some decent wines on the list which represented relative good value.

Friendly service with great advice. The menu had a good choice and the food was very good indeed.
