Zizzi - Tower Hill is a great spot for Italian food, just a short walk from the Tower of London. They’ve got a solid menu with delicious pizzas, creamy pastas, and tasty risottos. The Rustica Pizzas are a must-try if you like a big, thin crust. For something sweet, the Tiramisu is a favorite. The location makes it a good choice if you’re in the area and craving Italian.

Amazing food for the price, I was very impressed. Our server Danny was super friendly and welcoming.

Very good restaurant, food is very tasty and fresh. I absolutely appreciate that they ask about food allergies right when you walk in and try to think of an alternative for you. I also appreciate the choice of vegan food, which is sufficient. And a vegan dessert 😍 The prices were a bit high, but that's probably standard for London.

The staff clearly take pride in their food and are eager to share her knowledge about the food.We started with the Calamari and Garlic bread.For the main course, had Bruschetta al Pomodoro, and it was an absolute delight,which we shared tbh. I opted for the Sea bass,The fish was fresh, My dining companion had the Margherita Pizza, which had a perfectly crispy crust.For dessert, the Tiramisu was a showstopper—light, creamy, and decadently rich, with just the right amount of coffee flavor. Paired with an espresso, it was the perfect ending to the meal. Drinks and food came on time and the overall experience was superb. The waiter who served us named Jannat was so polite and friendly,loved the experience. Forgot to take pictures though😅

I had the pleasure of celebrating New Year's Eve with friends at Zizzi Tower Hill, and I can confidently say it was the perfect start to our celebrations. The food was absolutely amazing — each dish was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. We truly enjoyed every bite! The prawn skewers and mozarella arancini from their special menu was simply the best. Great pizzas and delicious pastas. The service was equally impressive. Our waiter, Danny, was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, and his recommendations were spot on. Overall, Zizzi Tower Hill provided a wonderful atmosphere for ringing in the new year. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service!

Quite good pizza, like everything in London for what you get but still OK. Afterwards I was still hungry after the pizza alone. Otherwise the service was good and people were polite and helpful.

Awesome location. Visited after spending some time at the Tower of London, which is literally a two minute walk away from this restaurant, which is also walking distance from Tower Hill tube station. Really clean and spacious location, which a great layout and view to the street. Very friendly staff, who came by regularly to check in on us and ask if they could help. Had the Casareccia Pollo Piccante for my main after having the Mozzarella & Garlic Bombe as the starter. Both were great. Especially the Casareccia Pollo Piccante as it was the right temperature, had enough spice to it, tasty and nice presentation. The dessert menu is also very diverse in terms of multiple choices. We had the Tiramisu and Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie. Really had a wonderful time here at this location. And first experience at a Zizzi's overall, while I visit from overseas. Good food. Lots of choice and good taste. Due to the crowds that day, not all drinks were available. Unfortunately cutlery is not complete, had to ask for extra.

It was by luck that we pass by I felt that it was my best days in my vacations.

We had coffee and tea here. Service is poor, tea was cold and the cappuccino was with instant milk

We had such a great afternoon here on Saturday. We booked Zizzi Tower Hill because we always have excellent food and service. The staff were fantastic, we had a large family group with small children, who wanted to get up and wander around a lot and the staff were more than happy to smile and talk to them as we followed our toddlers around! The restaurant is so accessible and perfect when you have several prams/pushchairs to accommodate. I highly recommend Zizzi Tower Hill! Alex

UnCozt and we was not happy. Good thing he took the flower cheese of the tab. Cold and we got placed in the worse table even if there was 40 open tables and cozy places.

We recently visited Zizzi Tower Hill, we have always enjoyed meals out at Zizzi and this was our first visit to the Tower Hill branch. We ordered starters which were delicious and then had ordered their new vegan meatball pizza and looked forward to trying it (along with another vegan pizza and a risotto) when the pizza was brought over by the waitress I noticed the pizza that was brought over had a burrata on the top, I spoke with the waitress and said the order was incorrect and I had in fact ordered a vegan pizza (mistakes happen and its nothing that couldn't have been easily rectified).....her response was oh well i'll just get the cheese taken off and you can eat it!!!! I think not!!!! To say I was shocked by her comment was an understatement!! Would similar statements be made to others with dietary requirements i wonder?? Such as oh ill just pick the pork or beef off of it and then it'll be fine???!! Oh you hsvevsn allergy? Let me just take the allergen off and it'll be OK??!! Luckily this was noted by the manager Tristan, and he quickly approached our table apologising for the mistake and ensured a new pizza would be made. Tristan brought the pizza over himself and was very apologetic and ensured the rest of our visit we felt totally looked after and welcomed. There was a family sitting two tables from us, we hadn't noticed them previously, what caught our attention was the waiter shouting at them 'what do you want me to do about it then?' This obviously caught the attention of close by diners, no idea what had happened but the family seemed calm so everyone was wondering the need for the outburst from the waiter! This waiter then clearly irritated proceeded to stomp Around the restaurant red in the face slamming napkins and cuttlery on empty tables, this made everyone feel really uncomfortable. Tristan was once again over to that family to save the day! We noticed he made them feel just as special as we felt, Tristan seems to be like a great manager just what a shame he doesn't have such good staff and he's having to continually make amends with customers for what is quite frankly poor service from the other staff. If Tristan wouldn't have been there that evening i think we would have had to really complain to Zizzi about the poor service. On the plus side food was really delicious, thankyou to the chefs! And thankyou once again to Tristan the manager for making us feel so looked after.

Zizzi Italian Restaurant is a must-visit! The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. We started with the calamari, garlic bread, and king prawns—all were cooked to perfection. A special tip: try the red sauce with the calamari and prawns. It’s so much more flavorful than the white or tartar sauce and takes the dishes to another level. For our mains, we had the Margherita pizza and the sea bass, and both were outstanding. Pro tip: save a little calamari and put it on top of the pizza—it’s a game-changer! Sprinkle some of the olive oil provided on the table, and you’re in for an unforgettable flavor combination. To wrap up the meal, we went for the choco-banana brownie sundae, and it was easily the most appealing dessert on the menu. Make sure to leave room for it—it’s worth every bite! The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. Zizzi is a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for great Italian food with exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

Great choice of menu, great food. But sadly the hot chocolate was not hot, just Luke warm. Ask for it to be made hotter and it still came back not hot enough.
