Zizzi (Tower Place) in City of London, Westminster

Commodity food. The "pizza" was a paper thin, dry as cardboard crust with a scant amount of toppings. The salad had very little dressing on nothing more than lettuce leaves. The service felt as if they really didn't care what was being served nor if the guests were enjoying the food. Added to this lackluster experience was the fact that it was priced like a premium meal.

A perfect find! So, we chose our favorite restaurant for our stay No waiting. Smiling and very friendly servers. A little word for the cooks, we enjoyed it until the last bite. The desserts are also very good. The menu offers an excellent choice of pastas and other dishes. The restaurant is rather quiet and the view of the small port is very nice after dark. I obviously recommend 😋

I had a great experience at Zizzi Tower Hill! The food was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the King Prawns Linguine and the Casa Pollo Picante. Both dishes were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The calamari was crispy and tender, and the side of chips was surprisingly good ,super tasty and satisfying. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Went as a lone diner as was work related. Server was friendly and checked on me, but not too much. Used the facilities as soon as had ordered, returned to find drink and complimentary nibbles had already arrived. As I poured my drink my food arrived. Fantastic food - would happily return!

I'm giving 1 star because I can't give less. We arrived, the welcome was very good. We got the menus immediately and then we waited 20 minutes and no one took care of us. The tables on the side were welcomed after us and served. We left because our children were hungry. I absolutely do not recommend.

I’ve been to multiple branches of Zizzi now, and the food is always great, with this time being no exception. However the service in this location was something I’ve never seen before. It was shocking. When I arrived with a friend we weren’t told about the set menu option and just given the regular menu. The server who greeted us seemed uninterested and I heard him be much more interactive with another customer. He made a comment about her looks that made us all feel uneasy and just shouldn’t have happened. She looked like she was with her parents and was uncomfortable with what the waiter seemed to perceive as a compliment about her looks. We ended up with a different waiter who seemed to be doing his best with what he was given. He gave us the set menu which we ordered off, and my friend had just finished her starter while I was still eating when her plate was taken and immediately replaced with the main. There was no time to relax or enjoy our drinks. I barely had a chance to finish my starter when my main came and the waiter had to switch the plates at the table. Multiple things on the menu weren’t available. We were told they were out of things like raspberries and cherries and therefore unable to make multiple things we asked about. The waiter didn’t even seem to know until he disappeared into the kitchen only to come back later to tell us. I heard the waiter tell another group of customers that they had no ravioli too. I was told just after our main that they couldn’t make the cheesecake I had ordered so instead I ordered the chocolate melt which looked like they just threw it on the plate last minute when it came out. I heard the same waiter who had made the earlier comment ask a group of teenagers to leave a good review. If he had asked me I would have said sure I’ll leave a review. All in all a disappointment.

We had a pleasant dinner experience at Zizzi. We had an amazing waiter Danny who was well aware of allergies and food intolerances. He advised us well about the choices and options. His well measured use of humor made our experience extra pleasant. He was great with our kids as well. Only minor disappointment was that gluten free pizza was not available.

Food was ok. Staff were rude and unfriendly in the restaurant. The music is too loud.

Dear French-speaking friends, don’t stop at the name 😏 Nor the fact that it is close to a busy street, because the charming room has a modern and warm decoration like the refined terrace. Really charming point: the kitchens are open to the room 😌 As for the meal: a rosé cider to accompany “Les Champignons Brindisi” and the portion of sweet potato fries will satisfy you to the fullest. The mixture of creamy mushroom sauce, cheese, bread, with sweet potatoes, a delicious combo that will make you sigh with delight 🤤 If you have room left, don’t hesitate, the dessert menu is full of delicacies 🫣 The staff in the dining room, as in the kitchen, are welcoming, smiling, competent and caring 😊

As trusts in London, never having visited Zizzi's before we were tremendously impressed. During the busy lunch period the team, service and food were second to none. Great selection on the menu (for adults and kids). Thanks to the fabulous Danny at the Tower Hill restaurant! Professional, helpful, engaging, great sense of humour & knows his stuff! Thanks. The food was beyond amazing in particular the Chicken prosciutto salad. The restaurant itself is very beautiful with colorful decorations and natural lighting. If you visit definitely ask for Danny he was amazing and made sure all are need where met and exceeded.

The food is a bit salty, but it's a taste that keeps you going. Because it is a tourist destination, there are a lot of people. Still, it was nice that the restaurant was very spacious and had lots of seating.

What a lovely place we came across during our holiday in London. We absolutely loved everything about the restaurant - the romantic setting, the excellent service and the comforting and tasty food 😋 The highlight of our evening was our mild-mannered waiter called Rahman who was a real joy to talk to :)

I had the most wonderful experience at Zizzi's in Tower Hill last Friday evening. The atmosphere was lovely and my family and I felt so wonderfully looked after. The food was so delicious- I had the king prawn linguini, garlic bread and the zillionaire's fudge cake, which has to be the most delicious dessert I have ever had. Everything was mouth wateringly delicious. I recommend it all. Chef François is a kind and beautiful soul and made our family feel very welcome. We will be going back very soon- I highly recommend Zizzi's at Tower Hill!!

I went there with my child. There is a kids menu, but I just went with the regular menu, and the food and atmosphere are all good. The food is a bit salty by Korean standards, but this is something that can't be helped. Anyway, it's a restaurant worth going to.
