Coppa Club - Tower Bridge in City of London, Westminster

Really pretty location! Beautiful igloos!!! Amazing food and drinks. Prices were affordable too! Really friendly staff. Ladies toilets could be cleaner/smell nicer.

Went to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary after being recommended this by a relative and despite us telling them twice it was their anniversary and could they do something (like write happy anniversary on one of the many desserts we ordered) they forgot. They were more interested in rushing us to get the table back but they could have had it back earlier but they forgot about us and service was terrible. Staff are rude and unprofessional given the prices and the food is below average but the location is lovely so I would have let it go had they bothered to honour the anniversary like we asked. The manager made out she was doing us a favour by taking the service off but it is not mandatory to pay in the UK so she could have offered a drink or something instead but nothing. Don’t waste your money here and instead go to the Ivy.

Had a nice experience as always. We prefer this place for its location and ambience! Feels great every time we visit! Good hospitality !

Expensive yet somehow flavourless beef burger.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday here and had an amazing time! The ambiance was elegant and serene, making it ideal for the occasion. The food and drinks were excellent, with high-quality ingredients and a great selection, including options for various dietary needs. The staff was warm and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, adding to the overall charm. I’ll definitely be back!

A beautiful location, lovely indoor area and a great selection of outdoor booths to sit in. However beyond the staff who meet and greet on arrival, I can only report an underwhelming experience. It was my wife's birthday and we were looking to cap-off a lovely day out. On arrival, the staff were friendly and explained that the last orders for food were in 15 minutes time. We were fine with this. Unfortunately the waiting staff were not, and they made comments and seemed to argue as to whether we should be served. I very nearly decided to leave. We ordered pasta dishes. Mine was the crab (£26) and hers was the ravioli (£18). Both dishes were small and I received just a sprinkles of crab meat. Having said that, pizzas coming out of the kitchen looked very good. After what was a disappointing meal, we received the bill which has a hefty service charge. I would not return here.

The Coppa Club is amazing I am a regular here and take the Thames Clipper up to Tower Hill every year in January. I come for early birthday celebrations and have breakfast this time though as I over slept I decided to have lunch instead which was amazing and spot on Hannah who works here was looking after me, she was amazing too and the little birthday surprise she did caught me off guard as it was something I never had before and got me all emotional but happy tears plus the prices of food is just right. On that note the Coppa Club is situated in a good location with tourists stuff to do like Visits London Bridge, Go Tower of London, Go over to the War Ship and so much more. So thank you and see u again this year.

I had seen the concept of the domes of this restaurant on Instagram and I found it very nice without necessarily taking note of its location. During my visit to London last week, while I was getting ready to take a cruise on the Thames, I came across it by chance! So I asked if it was possible to have lunch in a dome, especially as I was there to celebrate my 50th birthday and to my great surprise, it was possible! We had a great time, away from the world, the fish and chips were incredibly delicious, the view of Tower Bridge with the snow falling above the dome, a magical moment that I will never forget.

Wonderful breakfast and amazing views. Very Clean and the food is just super. Will be back again soon. From Ireland

I reserved a table in November for the beginning of January at 9 p.m. I received confirmation of my reservation. The day of my reservation I arrived at the restaurant on time and there the gentleman at the entrance told me that it was not possible because the kitchen was closed. I said that it was very strange because I had my reservation the gentleman assures me that it is not possible that they no longer serve I had just traveled 30 minutes to pay an expensive taxi for this magnificent restaurant I was disgusted then he told me that he would called to tell me it's my fault because that I booked in November and that from January the kitchens would close earlier but I never received a call nor a message nor an email nothing it was not possible at all to dine here we were so looking forward to it and we left disappointed... Why accept my reservation at 9 p.m. if that's the time when the kitchens would close? And why not send me a message, an email or simply a call I don't know how I could have known about this inconvenience if they didn't warn me..

Special note to Anna our waitress who was perfect, smiling and welcoming who was kind enough to bring a plate with happy birthday for my daughter even though it was not planned The setting is great, we had the chance to eat in the igloos with a view of the exceptional tower bridge. I highly recommend

The truth is, the place is nice and pleasant, you can sit outside in the bubbles and see the Tower Bridge, which is beautiful while the boats go by, but the food is expensive for what it really offers, I ate a pizza for 18 pounds, I was with hungry and it wasn't the best I ate, honestly, there are better places to eat well and a little cheaper, maybe it's better to have a glass of wine or something like that but food is not its forte. Of course, I must be grateful that they gave me a huge bottle of water as soon as I entered, and it was very good. In conclusion, it is good if you have a lot of budget and want atmosphere and views of the tower bridge.

Visited this place for the first time and I must say that it was really good. The food was 10/10 The overall vibe was really nice and I would recommend this place to anyone who’s visiting London Cheers to Abir for being such a good server he was really nice and polite.

We had a large party here and to be honest it was a bit of a mess. Three people ordered chicken and all three were pink (undercooked) inside. It took nearly an hour for the starters to arrive and nearly another hour for the mains after that. Two people's starters were forgotten and arrived 10 minutes after everyone else's. The team seemed both weirdly over-attentive (lots of questions) and weirdly disorganised (requests going unaddressed for a long time). The location is really good but there are clearly some issues to sort out.

We had a great time in their Igloo. The breakfast was very tasty and Julina was very smiley and her service perfect.

The restaurant is located next to the river with a fantastic view and a luxurious feel. We chose to sit in one of the pods where it was warm and comfortable. The staff were service-oriented and pleasant. The food was very good but perhaps not quite up to the price. To eat here you had to spend at least £35 per person and they added a service charge. But overall I think it was worth it as it is right next to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

I discovered Coppa when we went to the jetty at Tower Bridge because we had booked afternoon tea on a boat. I noticed the shop because you could also sit outside in an igloo. It looked so nice and cozy, it would have been an experience, unfortunately we couldn't make a reservation there. It also looked nice and cozy inside. My cousin had a burger with fries and I had chicken with red cabbage slaw and truffle fries with parmesan. We also had something called pizzetta or something similar with garlic and mozzarella. Since the chicken really just came without anything, I ordered aioli with it and then it was good. The pizzetta was a small round bread and very greasy but tasty. Personally, the chicken wasn't dead enough for me, which always makes me feel disgusted. The fries were thin and crispy, that's how I like it. The burger looked filling and my cousin didn't complain.

A great dinner, in a really good spot by Tower! The atmosphere was spot on, and the service couldn’t have been friendlier. Most of the food was delicious—especially the crispy fried squid and the winter fungi pizza. A couple of dishes could’ve been a bit more flavoursome, but overall, it was a positive experience with excellent value for money. Great service considering there were 15 of us - it could not have been easy! Definitely worth a visit!

A really nice restaurant on the Thames/Tower Bridge. We had reserved our New Year's Eve dinner here. Reserved via Google and everything worked perfectly. Location not far from Tower Bridge on the Thames. Admission control asks for a reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant, everything went well with the reservation. We were immediately shown to the table. The service came quickly and drinks and food were served quickly. Both very tasty. It was pretty full and we sat at a table for two right in the middle of the larger tables. I found that a bit unpleasant but it was New Year's Eve and it was full everywhere. Nevertheless, that's why I have one star - because there were also a few nice places. The balls look really pretty in the outdoor area - but here you probably sit in a slightly larger group. But it's a great decoration and apparently it's warm enough in there - because it was windy and very cold outside that day. I can recommend the restaurant both culinary and visually - it is worth a visit.

CHARISMATIC COPPA ❤️ I simply do not no where to begin from the amazing food to the amazing staff. Honourable mention for Bernadette, Shorna, Kheesha AND THE MAIN MAN NILOY ! This place was perfect and I already have booked to come back ! The igloos were magic, scenery magic, service magic. The staff all had beaming smiles on their faces they were so caring and the service was out of this world. It wasn’t over kill or didn’t feel like a checklist for them to do it was sincere and genuine and that’s why I will be back !!! I am in love with this place it is perfect for all ranges of occasions. A SNOW MACHINE ?! Music was incredible and offers that private and romantic vibe with a partner and also for a group. Hats off to Coppa you really were a dream ❤️🙏🏼. Niloy was simply incredible please can you thank him kindly and never ever let him go haha !! 10/10

I had a delightful meal recently that completely exceeded my expectations! The kefir pancakes were an absolute treat, well-priced and bursting with flavour, while the crushed avocado on toast was spot on in terms of taste and freshness. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcomed and well looked after throughout my visit. The atmosphere was vibrant, and everything was spotless, creating the perfect setting to enjoy my meal. I can't wait to return!

Had an outside pod for lunch just before Christmas and it was super. Good service, great food and not too pricey considering the location. The snow every 30 minutes was a nice touch too.

What a wonderful experience we had! I made a reservation in advance to guarantee the igloo, we got it at lunch time it was perfect, but at night and the lighting its charm must increase! The service, the food, the place was all impeccable! Oh and the price is very good For how much they deliver.

Ate breakfast here for my birthday morning, was excellent. Lovely location too, right next to Tower Bridge and the pier where we were getting the Uber Clipper. Really nice vibes and great service. Would definitely come back!

The food was overall decent. I got the carbonara and burrata. The burrata tasted like water. The food was overall decent but this review is to say my family did NOT feel welcomed at all at this restaurant. The waitress had a horrible attitude problem and was so impatient. Honestly however the food tasted, her tone, attitude and clear dislike definitely threw us off on our appetite and the food. She made it obvious she did not want to be serving us. After we finished our meal my family were talking together and the waitress came and said we had to leave due to a reservation - which was not true as we continued our conversation outside the restaurant and no one came. PLUS after she said there was a reservation we saw her go to the other waitresses and laugh. Yes maybe she wasn’t laughing at us but because of the context of the overall vibe and situation it felt as if we were being laughed at. This was a horrible experience and personally it just put us off our day. For a restaurant to be rated highly, not only does the taste of the food have to be good but the service and connections shared between one another. Coppa has lost this intrinsic value.

Best dining experience I've had in London!! The food was delicious, and I loved the scenery! The pornstar martinis were especially to die for!! Special thanks to our server, Prapti, who elevated our experience by being very considerate and professional!! She was super attentive and always on top of things, but more than that... she was just delightful to talk to, and that helped me and my party feel very welcomed. I'll definitely be recommending this place to anyone I know that's planning to travel to this area. Thanks for everything!!

Appalling customer service from their management team! Gift cards expiry dates are falsely advertised, they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it. If you purchase online they claim you get 1 year 30 days to use them, but they don’t honour this. They expire much sooner as hidden in their T&Cs. Avoid!! My emails were met with an arrogant response from Pasar their Reservations Manager Management team who it seems couldn’t care less about customers, or about acting in line with their sales claim. Thankfully I have managed to get a full refund and compensation back via my banks credit card. Seems others on TrustPilot have had the same experience.
