Coppa Club - Tower Bridge in City of London, Westminster

Amazing location with incredible views and a beautiful restaurant but the service was very, very slow. It was just too busy for the staff to manage. We waited a very long time for drinks, the tables weren’t cleared and the food was very bland and average.

Jayda served us and it was just BRILLIANT all round. She is gorgeous! Coming to Coppa is A MUST when you're in London and Tower Bridge will never be the same for me now that I've experienced it the Coppa way 🥰🇬🇧🥰🇬🇧

Fabulous and delicious lunch by the river - great atmosphere in the sun! Our waitress, Camilla, was really attentive and friendly.

F ood was OK, maybe a bit overpriced for standard food. We asked for an extra plate to come out when we ordered. When the food arrived the was no extra plate and no steak knives. We asked 3 different waiters/waitresses for the extra plate and steak knives and no one came back. In the end after 5 minutes of waiting and unable to eat the steak I had to go to the kitchen and ask a server there for the bits I needed. There was many staff there just standing around not doing anything. Views were good along with the beer other than that food standard and service poor

Food is terrible. The calamari or squid that I ordered was tasteless. No salt, no spice, nothing. And it was soggy on top of that. My son ordered a steak medium which came under done and was like rubber. My batter fried fish seemed to have absorbed all the oil of the pan in it because eating a bite was like drinking a gulp of oil. And we paid almost 150 GBP for this for 3 people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant to anyone.

Some of the dishes were great and others weren't.. Also meal came before dirty starter plates were taken away.. Rookie error in my book.. No cutlery and lack of attention... Although the bill was paid we decided not to leave a cash tip.. The tip is.. Go back to hospitality training

The atmosphere is great but the food is nothing special, with few options and high prices. The service left something to be desired. It was not the experience I expected.

Nice views from the pods. Breakfast was good, but Yoghurt bowl was expensive and a 1 out of 10 for taste and presentation. The Matcha tea was not better, with lots of bits, as it wasn’t sieved properly. We have booked agin for dinner and hope we are disappointed again🤞🏾

We went for a small birthday celebration and booked an igloo. Despite the weather being a bit dull we thought it was lovely. We were a bit early but the staff were very accommodating and we were soon sitting down. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Service was attentive and we never felt ignored. The food was very good and all arrived hot to the igloo. The igloos themselves were nicely kitted out with soft piped music and blankets for colder weather. The location is very special looking towards Tower Bridge in one direction and HMS Belfast and the Shard in the other. Great place for a meal and a cocktail or two. We will definitely be back.

May 27, 2025. A month before, I booked on the official website for 4 people. We showed up and they told us that we were wrong and that we had booked, not at the Coppa Club Tower Bridge, but at the Coppa Club The Bath Townhouse, while I was sure I had booked at the Tower Bridge. The same thing happened a few months before to one of the girls who was with me: she had booked at the right place (Tower Bridge location) but the reservation was at the other location. When we asked to have dinner in the igloo (as per reservation), we were told that the igloos were all booked, but during the evening at least a couple of igloos were always empty. They didn't have the foresight to tell us to call the other restaurant to cancel the reservation, we had to remember. On the phone, the other restaurant seemed to be expecting this. We decided to have dinner there anyway since it was late. Regarding the food, the first and second courses were mediocre, the wine immediately went to our head so it wasn't good quality. The couches we sat on were dirty and broken. The bathrooms were dirty and there was no toilet paper. What a disappointment.

Great location, the service was very good, attentive with an appropriate length of time to serve the food. All the food was very good, high quality, even the simple sourdough starter was tasty and delicious. The wine was also very nice. I am quite particular but cannot fault anything, very satisfying meal.

A very nice welcome to a lovely, relaxed, chilled out area which was so nice on an holiday to hectic London. Service was prompt, efficient & friendly, despite being extremely busy and we were only there for coffee. (Feedback Form is forcing me to give Stars for Food - we didn’t have any so a N/A would be more applicable). The only reason for 4 Stars was that the domes were so dirty, we couldn’t appreciate the view over the Thames which is one of the reasons why we had gone there. The rest of the place was clean. The others being being that it looked “classy”, the atmosphere & vibe

Not had a great experience here on each of our visits. Lovely location by the river but staff look like they don’t want to be there - we were not acknowledged for ages when we sat at the bar which was not busy at the time. Breakfast on our first visit was frankly underwhelming. We gave it the benefit of doubt to visit a second time but nothing had improved. There are much better friendlier places to visit. Feel sorry for tourists visiting - this is not the impression we want to be giving our guests.

Greeted with a mumble, service was abysmal, and the food was horrible. One of the worst burgers I've ever had - the bun was cold and hard, the chips were cold and tasteless. Outside looks nice and was busy - inside was a different world. Absolutely appalling experience!

Overall this place gets a star. We arrived in London on May 14th. We walked around a bit and we were hungry. We read about Coppa and decided to go as it was near our hotel. The atmosphere is excellent and there is no denying it. The food however was brought into question when my wife ordered a steak and I ordered Fish and Chips. The Fish and Chips were ok and while the steak looked good, it was God awful. My wife was extremely hungry so she choked down about 6 bites before just eating the fries. The steak was chewy and the flavor was off. She did not want to return it as it was our first day in London and she didn't want to start her trip out that way. The Fish and Chips were ok. Nothing wrong with them, but the batter was kinda soggy which isn't normal in my experience. This was probably the most expensive place we ate at and it's because of the environment and location - simple as that. Total bill with 12% gratuity they automatically ad was $66 (pounds). In USD, that makes is around an $80 meal. If you want to have drinks and a appetizer, I say go... just stay away from the steak.

I asked for a glass of rosé blush. I was given a glass of wine which cost £21.70! Pino Grigio blush at £12.50 was also available, but I was not I offered this. I feel they took advantage of me without offering alternatives. I will not be revisiting. Following posting this review, I am following it up as the company has contacted me and resolved the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner. They obviously care about customer service. As a result, I will probably revisit this venue. Thank you Coppa!

Nestled along the Thames with picture-perfect views of the Tower Bridge and city skyline, the riverside igloos on their terrace are an experience in themselves. We were fortunate to have one of the nine exclusive igloos – a cosy, intimate space with warm lighting, plush seating, and gentle heaters, perfect for a private evening with loved ones. We began our evening with Warm Seeded Sourdough – beautifully crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. The accompanying miso & poppy seed butter was rich, nutty, and slightly sweet, offering a unique twist to a traditional starter. For my starter, I went with the Seared Garlic Prawns – a standout dish. The sustainably sourced king prawns were perfectly cooked, juicy, and soaked up the flavours of the tomato, feta & wild oregano sauce, which was both tangy and fragrant. The toasted sourdough focaccia served alongside was ideal for mopping up the delicious sauce. My wife opted for the Burrata, which was wonderfully creamy, paired with a minty courgette pesto and a refreshing ezme-style marinated heritage tomato salad – a fresh, vibrant dish full of summery flavours. For mains, I had the Coppa Fish & Chips – a classic done right. The fresh haddock fillet was encased in a light, crispy batter, flaky inside and piping hot. The minted peas were bright and flavorful, and the triple-cooked chips were satisfyingly crunchy on the outside and fluffy within. A dollop of homemade tartare sauce and a squeeze of lemon brought everything together beautifully. My wife chose the Devon Crab Linguine, which was light yet flavourful – the hand-picked white crab meat was sweet and tender, brought to life with a touch of chilli, garlic, chives, and lemon. It was a refreshing and delicate main course that didn’t feel heavy. To finish, we indulged in two stunning desserts. The Chocolate Mousse with hazelnut praline was velvety, rich, and decadently smooth, with a delightful crunch from the praline. The Tirami-chou, a creative play on tiramisu and choux pastry, was served with a warm chocolate sauce and chocolate crunch – an absolute delight that blended textures and flavours perfectly. To accompany our meal, we enjoyed two alcohol-free cocktails. The Popstar Martini – a vibrant mix of passion fruit, pineapple, vanilla, and Blanc de Blancs 0% sparkling – was tropical and refreshing without being too sweet. The Crodino Spritz offered a more citrusy, slightly bitter profile, making it a lovely alternative to a traditional aperitif. The service throughout the evening was fantastic – attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly. Every team member made us feel welcome and well cared for. If you're planning to visit, I highly recommend booking one of the igloos. They offer a unique and intimate dining experience with unbeatable views, perfect for special occasions or simply making an ordinary evening feel extraordinary. Unfortunately, this is one of those classic tourist traps. The views can be great if you manage to get a good seat outside, but the food is honestly terrible. I actually tried this place during the COVID pandemic when there were no tourists, and it was decent back then – quieter, better views, and a more relaxed experience. But on our recent visit to London, we gave it another go and left seriously disappointed. The carbonara was cold, the pasta was tasteless, and I didn’t even end up finishing it. Definitely not worth the price. Avoid this place and opt for something more local and authentic instead.

A superb location. Enjoy the view of Tower Bridge in beautiful weather. Very good value for money. The staff was exceptionally friendly; even though it was late in the evening, everyone was in a good mood and very accommodating. We recommend reserving one of the igloos in advance.

Why is the service so bad? I don’t know. No visible service at all outside despite there being a vast number of staff so went in an ordered at the bar. Chaos in there too. Multiple staff standing around doing nothing other than struggling to operate the till. To be fair, the man who made and charged me for the drinks (having been entrusted with this by someone else who probably didn’t know what they were doing) was nice and made decent drinks. However, back outside again and the carnage was restored - other tables trying to flag down staff to get cutlery and water etc. Also one lady who apparently wasn’t able to take orders but also wasn’t collecting glasses from the tables full of them. Her role appeared to be roaming around holding nothing, very very strange. Ultimately I think the trick with this place is to go in, order at the bar from the nice man, and then sit outside without having to endure/attempt further interactions. This swerves the service minefield. As mentioned above too, the drinks are actually pretty nice and the prices (excl service charge, which you probably wont want to pay) are not nearly as bad as you might expect for the location. I think if this place had decent service it would be great!

The service was poor. The server didn’t come back once to help us after taking the order. There was bones in our chicken and the other chicken we had was dry and unacceptable. Another person came to the table and asked us how our meal was and we had to tell him there were bones in the chicken. The atmosphere is loud and it smelled like dead fish. I will never come back.

Kane and Tauhid, along with every single staff member we encountered, made sure that we, and seemingly every guest, had a memorable evening for all the right reasons. From the online booking and reserving an igloo, the meet and greet, cocktails in the lounge through to the food. A fully relaxing and enjoyable experience. Suggestions and menu advice along with attentive, personal and not 'in your face' staff made for a very pleasant evening. Kane went above and beyond to ensure our evening was a perfect end to and amazing day. I was a little reserved after reading some of the reviews, but please discount those... And get yourself booked in!!! You have to have the mezze sharing plate!!

What an amazing atmosphere at Coppa Club, situated almost right next to The Tower of London just opposite the HMS Belfast. We were lucky enough to get an "igloo" what a clever idea. The service was out of this world, Dhruv was incredible, super polite and very attentive. He made sure we wanted for nothing. Food was very good too.

Went to Coppa Club as a group of 8 ladies for a Hen Do, and we were given one of the cute igloos to sit in facing the Shard. We were taken care of by Druv who was very friendly and attentive all evening. The service was great and the food was delicious, I would recommend coming here for a special occasion

Breakfast taken this morning at the Coppa Club, it was flawless! The welcome is pleasant and warm, the service attentive, the atmosphere with it. The little music in each igloo (you can adjust the sound), the bench is heated and the blankets are there for everyone's needs, and the view of the tower bridge... It's perfect!! The breakfast is plentiful for a simple plate, everything was very good and the cappuccino was also great! For us it is flawless and we warmly thank the Coppa Club team who knew how to seduce us 🙏

Niloy did a great job. Very few waiters understand the timing to be at table when needed but not a pest. Niloy was perfect!!

A very pleasant place next to the Tower of London, with magnificent views of London Bridge and the Thames. It has a magnificent terrace with igloos to eat or have a drink and a very good atmosphere. It also has good wines, good beer and a good menu. We were there twice and we didn't return because we were too far away.

Even though it was quite crowded they managed to sit us outside since the weather was good. The staff was friendly and fast. The food was decent but nothing special and a bit on the pricier side but considering the location of the place that was expected.

It was a walk in decision & it was the right decision. I felt I was in Italy, the day was sunny , found perfect seats outside. Victor really looked after us, very friendly, polite & charming. He made me buy drinks twice 😂. Great place definitely recommend. You can reserve these igloos especially at night it’s gorgeous.

The location is really very nice and does what it promises. The view of the Thames and Tower Bridge is very cool. The menu is manageable and was very tasty. Unfortunately, we have to make some compromises in terms of staff and service. We were greeted nicely, but then Served by different people and perceived or “ignored” in very different ways (what a shame). We had booked a table in one of the domes.

It was a success and above all Jayda's attention did everything to understand us and was very attentive in the service. Igloos are a great way to have a good time in peace. And the food is all very delicious.

Didn't know much before coming here for lunch. Everything was good, but the service from Jayda was exceptional! 10/10. She was attentive, gave great recommendations, and was very personable! Would definitely return just for the lovely service 😊
