Good food, great view and atmosphere, excellent service although portions are a little small.

Lovely bar right by Thames and tower of London. If you book a pod you won't be disappointed. Lovely cocktails and cocktails. Also love goring and streatley coppa club which has even more chilled out vibes less than an hour away

Go here for the atmosphere mostly. Food is decent. Small portions, high prices because of the ideal tourist spot you're in. The Tuscan sausage pasta was wonderful. The pizzas are so-so. Service can take a while because of it being busy. The outdoor igloos are cool. Try to get one for the best views.

Walked by on vacation, Igloo looks good for a dinner...was told to book online but it seems that only breakfast is allowed. Not sure what's going on...would love our last two nights be memorable here in europe. So my rating is only for the staffs and atmosphere, not food coz not able to have any yet.

An amazing spot for breakfast and brunch, right on the river! My friend and I are visiting for the weekend, and we stumbled across Coppa Club on our way to the Tower of London. We ended up going back every morning we could before the end of the trip because we loved it so much! It’s in a perfect location, and is utterly beautiful inside. They also have acclimatized pods that you can sit in!! (We definitely suggest this, it was so cute!) The food was amazing and still affordable given that we’re study abroad students, plus our server was so friendly. 5/5 stars, go if you can!!!!

I wanted to commend our server, Anna, for the incredible service we received on Saturday, October 26th. Her kindness and attentiveness truly elevated our experience. Anna was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her generous spirit and warm demeanor made the evening special.

Super cute and delicious breakfast place right by Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Service was great here, as was the amazing food, and if you’re lucky you might be seated in one of their amazing climate pods!

Terrible. Maybe my expectations were too high- I reserved weeks in advance and was under the impression the view was indeed stunning but the reality is, you can barely see the Bridge from the igloos. Took forever for the waitress to actually acknowledge our presence, food took ages. Never coming back.

The dishes are good but a little expensive, but the service is deplorable. The waitress comes to the table with the credit card machine and waits for us to pay without saying a word, and then clears the table while the glasses are still half full. Knowing that the tip is included in the bill, such behavior is unacceptable

We sat at the “self-service” place but waiting 25 minutes at the bar when there is only 1 person in front of me is a bit long. Then I order a St Germain Spritz, the bill is “Prosecco £7.50 + St Gemarin £9” I find that paying £16.50 is very expensive when the mojito is only £12. Next time warn the customer before doing it. + the place is not smoking but ok for puffs, without having seen any sign of non-smoking.

Ok we were having an enjoyable time until we seen a mouse run across the floor. We mentioned to staff when paying the bill and her reaction was oh yeah many ppl have complained tonight sorry pest control are coming tomorrow!!!! WHAT !! Could t believe it !!! And still charged full bill which I thought was disgrace. I was disguised and terrified I got out of there !!

There were three of us and we would have liked to have an igloo, then we were told that we would have to pay the price for four people at £45 each, which we refused When eating out I have to say £20 for a mozzarella, 3 slices of ham and 2 slices of sausage. My wife's salad was so poorly cleaned that it was full of sand. Make up your own mind, we won't be going there anymore.

While sitting in the igloos with the great view of London is a cool experience, this was not matched by the food quality. All the food we ordered was very lacklustre and either average or below average in terms of taste. I also bought a cake and candles to surprise my sister with for her birthday and the staff forgot about it. When reminded, barely any care was put into it as they spoilt the surprise and did not even light up all the candles properly. You’re basically paying for the experience of the igloo and the view, rather than for the food or service.

don't go. it looks nice and they play decent music. but if you're there for food and service... there are MUCH better choices. the food was ok. but the service was total crap. they were slow to help us. some servers seemed bothered to help, and they messed up an order of a starter and two mains. stay away.

We went to Coppa for lunch for my sister's birthday. We were taken care of by the amazing Dhruv. I had arranged with him to have a dessert plate, with a birthday candle, come out as a surprise for my sister - and he managed that so beautifully. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the chickem salad and the fish cake. Both dishes were delicious, well flavored and beautifully presented. Dhruv suggested the sticky toffee pudding, which was an excellent choice for dessert. Thank you Dhruv. The only negative to the experience was the cleanliness of the toilets.

We came here for my brother’s 18th birthday. Emailed & rang to confirm they would put a ‘happy birthday’ sign on my brother’s plate (so no birthday freebie, just a sign in icing), but when the plate arrived, this was not there. I saw our booking notes on the screen when we arrived did have it noted, no waiter even wished him happy birthday. Doesn’t seem like a big deal, but when you’ve paid way over the £35pp minimum spend per person, that little touch would have been nice. The food itself was quite mediocre, chips were lukewarm. We each got a main, dessert, 1 alcoholic drink each & 1 starter to share between us all. My dad asked the waiter if a beer was a lager, the waiter said it was, but it was actually an IPA. So when it arrived, he didn’t want to drink it, and no swap was offered, he just paid for a new drink. The booking confirmation said we had the table from 5:30-7:45, but at 7:10, the waiter came asking for the bill and said we had to leave as they had back to back bookings. Now usually these little things I wouldn’t usually mind and wouldn’t have thought about leaving a review, but after spending £172 (inc £19 service charge), I just don’t think the service matched the price we paid. It was a £35 min spend pp, which looking at the website, has now gone up to £45pp. The igloo we had also was quite chilly, I knew this would be the case, but in early October it was bearable, I can’t imagine what it would be like in the winter! You definitely pay for the beautiful setting, the view was incredible and we loved having our own private igloo. I went to the coppa club in Putney two years ago for another birthday and had the most incredible experience, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and another spectacular view. But this time we left with a bit of a lukewarm feeling, and wished for such a special occasion like an 18th, we went somewhere else. Other places like the Ivy, Harry’s dolce vita, flat iron etc offer far better service, food and value for money in London than here.

So we were there on a Monday around lunchtime. It's in a great location and has a great atmosphere. But I find it a bit disappointing to tell us that you can't get a burger or steak at that time. What we then changed was butter chicken and a pasta dish. But the portion of the noodles was really small. Especially because the waiter also recommended big ones to my brother. I don't want to know what the small plate looks like. Otherwise it was about the prices. Nice local and to spend some time

The location is amazing just next to the river and close to Tower of London. Great service from friendly, welcoming, polite and smiling staff, which can be rare these days. Decoration and vibe are great too. Portion sizes could be better and the food whilst good is not mindblowing. Good cocktails- will happily visit again🙂

We were mistreated by the host at the Coppa Club when we went. If not for the breakfast items we did enjoy, I would’ve rated this place lower. The seating inside sits low and if you don’t make a reservation you’re mishandled in my opinion, because I watched the differences between us and others that walked in. In all fairness, I did try to make reservations but it’s best if you call since their online services weren’t allowing me to confirm. It was an ok experience… if you want an igloo book in advance.

Location is really good with a nice view but expensive prices for mediocre quality. Service is confusing. Different menus for inside and outside, the bubbles outside get service but other tables have to order at the bar. The bubbles are only for reservations no matter if they’re empty. Litter and trash bags on the deck that attract mice and the toilets are also very dirty and smelly.

After a huge morning exploring the Tower of London, our party of 3 decided to stop here for lunch, so glad we did, the service, food and atmosphere were absolutely amazing! Wish we had similar back in Australia!

Our reservation was in igloo, they ask us to spend 35 pound for each person,, the food was nice the place wasn’t clean, there was pig stain in the chairs.

Being able to sit in your own little igloo while it rains is incredible! Vincenzo was a phenomenal waiter - very kind and helpful and engaging. We felt like family here! Everyone loved their meals (carbonara, steak frite) and the drinks were equally delicious. Phenomenal atmosphere that made a rainy day a positive instead of a negative!

Reserved an igloo for our anniversary and it was beyond our expectations!! Absolutely gorgeous interior, staff were fab and helpful, the door was closed throughout our meal which A- kept the warmth in, and B- made it feel very private and lovely!! Food and drinks were excellent, cannot recommend enough.

Loved the pods and the views here and also loved the fact that we didn't have to pay any extra for them, it made it special for our group of friends. Both drinks and food were good prices for London. I have just knocked a star off for my food as while it tasted nice, the chicken was a little fatty in places for me which indicated it might not have been the best quality.

After a somewhat disappointing morning, we decided to take a table here and review our options for the rest of the day. The cheerful, pleasant way we were welcomed started to turn our experience around, actually. Not only did we get a nice window seat without reservations, everyone just about bent over backwards to make us happy, and it worked. Mainly because there was such sincerity there, and then we hadn't even been served the stunning food yet. (I know, I ordered a salad and felt a little like those stock photography women who look happy as a clam to be eating a salad, of all things... But it really was very, very good!). All in all we had an excellent experience. Great food, comforting drinks, cheerful and friendly service, clean facilities, and the added bonus of new gusto to face the afternoon ahead of us. (Which turned out wonderful!). To the people who served us that day, as well the back of the house, thank you. When our morning went wrong, it really threw a wrench in. And you didn't even know it, but your efforts made it possible for us to do some carpe-diem-ing, after all.

Beautifully situated on the Thames wirh great views overlooking Tower Bridge. Stopped by for brunch and was not disappointed. Eggs on sourdough with avocado, chilli and lime was delicious. Great setting, lots of plants and pod features with beautiful flowers. What a find!!!!

The best thing about this place is the location and it's absolutely a tourist trap. Multiple tables in our section outside went into the bar to order because our waitress couldn't be found, and then when she was around it definitely came across like she would rather be anywhere else. I didn't have high standards for the food, but even then, I was still disappointed. The beef ragu tasted like chef boyardee canned sauce, and the carbonara wasn't much better.

It's always a cozy place with amazing view and nice decorations. Food is really nice I had an amazing started of king prawns And a fresh pasta with prawns as a main that wasn't what o expected but It was still nice Staff weren't very friendly but everyone was polite, I guess they must have massive amounts of clients daily and are worn off.

Very nice restaurant on the banks of the Thames and with a view of Tower Bridge. There are cool igloos outside that you can sit in. The service was good and friendly, and any special requests were dealt with confidently. The food was very tasty and it was good value for money!

The breakfast options are very limited. I ordered eggs with toast, but they didn't even bother to add salt and black pepper. Also, the toast was very hard. The only nice thing is the view, which is beautiful in the morning. ‏Additionally, the oatmeal was acceptable because the fruit in it was good and fresh.

3 of us came in for dinner based on good reviews. We were asked whether we were there for dinner or just drinks and then seated at a small table in an initially quiet and quaint corner near the front of the restaurant, where a few couches were pushed up against tables flanked by club-style chairs. Servers were prompt and attentive early on. Food didn’t take long to arrive but we were all pretty underwhelmed. It wasn’t explicitly bad, but it wasn’t good either, especially for the price. Steak was a bit tough and under-seasoned, chicken was pretty bland, chips were nothing to write home about. Even the garlic aioli and sriracha mayo were both somehow lacking in flavor. Not long after arriving, a group of 5 or 6 was seated nearby for drinks. This group doubled (at least) in size and volume in short order and eventually split to take over another table and set of couches nearby while still gradually gaining numbers and growing ever louder. They all abandoned their seats, instead preferring to stand in the space between tables. By the time we finished eating we couldn’t hear each other without shouting like we were in a night club. Another group of 2 next to us was clearly annoyed and left before we did despite having arrived after us. Even the staff seemed to avoid pushing past the crowd for a good while until a couple other small groups were seated nearby and had to be served. Stuff happens, I get it. That said, it seems reasonable to imagine that these frustrations could have been avoided with some better floor planning and/or seating management. As for the food: honestly, I don’t really know what went wrong. The ingredients seemed decent and most things seemed prepared well enough - there just didn’t seem to be much in the way of flavor. All in all, disappointing.

The last time I ate something that good, I was in Roma 🙇‍♂️ Really delicious pastas! I'm french, so asked for bread. I get an amazing roasted bread with seeds 🤤 Note: this place looks amazing by night, book the bubbles earlier in the day or try inside, that's a warm place to rest a bit!

Very good restaurant with lovely views and ambiance. Cuisine is detailed and tasty. Fish and chips was very good. Upon request instead of fries they were kind enough to add a small salade that they offered for free. Briefly, food is délicieux, place is worth trying.

This is a beautiful restaurant with some huts overlooking the river. Perfect patio for almost, every season. Menu is large and has many vegetarian options. Lots of cocktails and beers. Definitely a place to share with friends and fams!

It has beautiful restaurants and cafes overlooking the river and London Bridge, elegant indoor and outdoor seating, and modern huts suitable for family meetings or privacy. I recommend visiting it.

Thanks to Instagram and my friends visiting Coppa Club just for the igloos, it was a love at first sight. Been trying to book this place for a meal, regardless whether it was breakfast, brunch or dinner. Always booked! Finally got a booking after years later, so I booked it! We had a good experience at this lovely restaurant right beside the Thames and not far from London Tower Bridge. We had an ‘igloo’ booked for brunch at 11am and it was not busy. I had the vegetarian option with sourdough, eggs, butter, halloumi and spinach. The halloumi wasn't my favourite (it was very chewy like rubber) but eating the eggs and bread with the spinach was very scrumptious! The cappuccino was delightful and my best friend also enjoyed his earl grey, he said he's had the best breakfast with earl grey in many years especially being a Londoner. Best time to book is for brunch and lunch as it's very quiet, I guess for the dinner time the igloos are fully booked. Due for that main reason that's why everyone loves Coppa Club at Tower Bridge. The igloos get all lit and sparkly. Brunch for two was around £42-£45 so it will be around £21-£23 per person. My only wish is that the booking system needs to be all year for the igloo's not just for a limited time (i.e Oct - Feb), I guess these igloos are way too popular that outshines the Coppa Club brand. Would definitely come here again. Must recommend for any meal for anytime for the day.

Really wanted to get an outside pod here but they’re always fully booked (!!) so we settled on eating inside. The interior is lovely along with the food. Their cocktails are yummy too.

I am grateful to them for ruining a very important day for me. Even though I made an appointment and said that it was a special day for the business, please help me. It was not nice at all because every staff member who came asked how many people there were. We will never come to your restaurant again.

Our son has gluten allergy (celiac) and this place had a separate menu for it. He loved his food. My wife and I really liked our too. We had an igloo and it was cozy and comforting. However, don't expect crazy views over the city or the Thames. Solid 4 out of 5 - and yes, we would come here again given the chance.

The place is set well along the river. Great views. We had a pod which was a lovely setting right at the end. The food was rather expensive but it tasted lovely and I guess you pay more for the view. Overall a lovely place and I would go back.

Booked a table for three for a birthday dinner 3 months in advance so we were absolutely able to get a reservation without any hassle. Day of the dinner comes, we’re starving having been out all day and my sister rings to see if they can move our booking up, only to find out they’ve lost our booking. Ended up making a bad day worse and we decided go just go home and order a pizza. They probably have nice food and good service but we’ll never know now.

I booked for a meal after a treat day for my daughter's 16th birthday. The location was great and staff friendly initially. Had to ask several times for water and condiments, food went cold waiting. Table not cleared, did it ourselves, despite lots of staff walking back and forth and standing by reception area. Pizza very dry other food ok, but service was shocking. Several people having to get up and ask staff for things. I paid the service charge only because I didn't want to make a fuss and ruin a nice day out. Very. very disappointing, a real shame, was thinking I'd take my mum for the views, but will go elsewhere.

People who claim that London has bad food don’t know what they’re talking about! Either that or they only pick terrible food/Pubs. I’m shocked by how good this was, honestly one of the best I had in my 1 week stay at London. This is right by the Tower Of London and the river cruises. The seafood is amazing, and properly flavoUred with species (isn’t that what the British had the empire to acquire after all?). The seating and perfect, the sides are top notch, and fish itself (themselves?) are of excellent quality. And the service staff are high class, as in properly trained, experienced and well mannered. Finally, the Sticky Toffee Pudding… and no you don’t know what it’s like unless you’ve had the real thing! The beer selection and the decor/ atmosphere was stunning (as you get to look at the historic skyline over the river Thames. What more do you need mate!

We reserved an igloo for lunch over the bank holiday and it did not disappoint. It was spacious, had beautiful interior and was comfortable. The food menu had plenty of choice and the fishcakes were delicious. Service was friendly.

A few years ago we were eating at this Restaurant and having some soft drinks. We liked both the atmosphere and what we ate. We would have liked to eat in one of the Igloos, but since there were only two of us that day it couldn't be. We have good memories of that day.

Really nice restaurant in a fantastic location right on the river. It never feels too busy either as it’s tucked away past Pret and Paul’s. It makes for a quiet coffee with space and good views a must compared to the packed tourist ones farther back.

Food was cold, small and simply not very nice. No offer was made to exchange the food or give a discount to the bill when this was raised.

Attitude of the staff, gosh! Avoid the place. They don’t disclose booking policy such as minimum spend and cancellation timeline unless specifically asked and extremely rude staff. The views are good but not worth the mediocre food and staff interaction.

Early doors drink and food, great service and well looked after, we booked one of the cabanas, just kept the wind off with great views. Well worth visiting but do see if you can book a cabana, definitely worth it.
