Coppa Club - Tower Bridge in City of London, Westminster

Fab location, great service and lovely food. Made a fuss of my daughter for her 21st, lovely touch!

It was a walk in decision & it was the right decision. I felt I was in Italy, the day was sunny , found perfect seats outside. Victor really looked after us, very friendly, polite & charming. He made me buy drinks twice 😂. Great place definitely recommend. You can reserve these igloos especially at night it’s gorgeous.

Even though it was quite crowded they managed to sit us outside since the weather was good. The staff was friendly and fast. The food was decent but nothing special and a bit on the pricier side but considering the location of the place that was expected.

Very happy and satisfied with the services and a big thank you for the service from Nidhi which made this moment very pleasant. I recommend this restaurant and its service.

The location is really very nice and does what it promises. The view of the Thames and Tower Bridge is very cool. The menu is manageable and was very tasty. Unfortunately, we have to make some compromises in terms of staff and service. We were greeted nicely, but then Served by different people and perceived or “ignored” in very different ways (what a shame). We had booked a table in one of the domes.

Ive come her tonight to show the perfect London diner experience to my French family It did not disappoint from the beginning giving us a table outside while busy to the fabulous dessert Our waitress nidhi was the kindest one , showing us her French skills explaining all the dishes I recommend , come and enjoy this amazing place

Our visit to this restaurant in March was super-accommodating, friendly waiter who was very attentive and even took the time to take photos for us 😊 Delicious food, good options for gluten-lactose intolerances. The views of the Thames and Tower Bridge were incredible. 😍

We had a good time in the restaurant. Very nice waiter, very good food. The only regret was not being able to eat in an igloo overlooking the Tower Bridge.

To be honest hanna has gone out of her way to accommodate us and had been smiley and loving the whole time everyone has been brilliant but shes out proved what id expect from service. Food is absolutely beautiful and bill cooked had an excellent time for my birthday thanks to all the staff 🥰🥰

It was a success and above all Jayda's attention did everything to understand us and was very attentive in the service. Igloos are a great way to have a good time in peace. And the food is all very delicious.

Kane was a fantastic waiter - we were well looked after. The salad I had was delicious and the food was served quickly (we were a group of 10).

limited menu choice. Food was ok not good and not bad, just average. Only special place are the outdoor dining dome’s, but….you need to make a special reservation for these ❌❌❌

The setting is incredible in the igloo on the banks of the Thames with a view of Tower Bridge. Inside we had music and heating available if necessary. It really is a beautiful place and we booked for the setting and location. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant but what a shame that no one speaks French in London, especially in restaurants and hotels. As for the food, it was good but nothing exceptional and the price was quite high. Despite this, we do not regret it since we had reserved for the place above all. It remains a very nice experience. We visited the place yesterday, April 19th at 8:00 PM. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived. Excellent service, and one of the better restaurants we’ve dined at during our trip to London. Great follow-up from the staff and very good food. Beautiful interior and a great view from the resturant. Not too crowded and not too loud music. Highly recommended!

The management, administration and communication at this company is an absolute shambles! Never again. After a truly appalling experience at another Coppa Club site, I was granted a voucher for two to use at any branch by way of apology. I booked the Tower Bridge restaurant. Firstly the reservations team booked it at the wrong time, which luckily I noticed ahead of time and corrected. I then emailed the Tower Bridge restaurant directly to share the voucher as well as the correspondence I'd had with the regional manager that granted it. A manager responded on email to confirm that we could use the voucher at that booking and that they would look forward to welcoming us. However when we arrived we were made to feel very unwelcome. Despite the fact I had been conscientious enough to email everything over ahead of time, the team on shift were completely unprepared. Upon seating us the host took my phone away from me without asking. A manager then came to the table and told me we could not use the voucher. A) They should have seen the email about the booking and not asked me to present the voucher at all. B) Even in the event that they hadn't been prepared, at the point they took my phone away, they should have checked then, before returning to the table to reject us. So disorganised and ridiculous! It tarnished the whole meal. Under the cirumstances it should have been quite the opposite – you'd expect the restaurant to go over and above. I told the manager I was unhappy and he apologised, but offered nothing to make things better (e.g. didn't offer us any drinks). The host had made it clear that the apology voucher did not include any drinks, even soft drinks (and even made a point of saying she still expected us to pay service charge!). The cheek of it!! The waiters were really nice but the manager and the host need a lesson in organised, professional hospitality.

Great place. View was stunning. Food was good. Staff Abir was very helpful and went out of his way. Would definitely recommend.

Great place, has to be one of Londo's better locations. Book yourself a table outside in a dome well in advance, and arrange to be picked up by taxi for the return to the hotel. Recommend dessert, watch video 🎯

The atmosphere is quite relaxed and comfortable. They did us the great favor of bringing us the table, which literally made our day. The food was very good: the burger was good, although the salads were a bit lacking if you don't add extras, and if you add them they become quite expensive. I recommend booking in advance if you want the domes.

Went there few weeks ago and was lucky enough to go there on sunny day. The atmosphere in igloos was lovely and cozy. Only thing I would change is sofa’s inside igloos were very stained. I preferred to sit on a chair. Food was warm and delicious.

came to your restaurant for my 5th anniversary with my wife, the atmosphere was just amazing and the igloos really gave a sense of privacy and coziness and not to forget service was extremely professional and made us feel very special. So a very special thanks to dhruv for his service.

Nice food, but small portions so not great value. Your paying for the location, which is nice if you're in one of the igloos. Service was good, although a little, especially considering they weren’t especially busy.

Small and expensive portions, beautiful location but you can't rely on that alone.

Sorry for giving them a poor rating 😕. Please keep in mind that you have to spend minimum £140 on foods to sit inside the pod 😞. During our visit, we found an empty pod and sat inside but one of the staff came and confirmed the fact. Alas! later we had to sit outside and become the victim of British weather 😢. I am recommending them to add some heat stands around the tables in the garden.

I had high expectations based on the reviews, and the truth is, they weren't met. The place is beautiful, has good views of London Bridge, and if you book early, you can eat inside one of the igloos. The service was decent, nothing out of the ordinary or remarkable. The food is small for what you pay, and as other reviews say, it's nothing special. It's not particularly delicious, but it's not bad either. We paid €60 for a two-course breakfast and two coffees. Which seems like a huge price to me for the experience. Honestly, we won't be returning, nor do I recommend the place.

Came on Saturday for a mother's day Treat after reading some reviews wasn't expecting much on the food but it was pretty good! The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was very attentive just very expensive. Recommend for the experience but I have had better food elsewhere.

A very nice place to sit on the river bank to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply drink a good glass of wine, yes, London is expensive, but it is worth it👌
