The carbonara I ordered was very greasy and the bacon was terrible. Come for a drink, but don’t waste your money on food.

We had lunch in one of the igloo’s, first of all the place looks nice and the idea of the igloo seating is nice but unfortunately the tables are dirty with cumulated food in between the wood. I gave 3 stars because of the view and its still partially covered from all the plants around it which disrupts the view if the city and river. The food was not that good i would say its average and nothing special we ordered the burger, pizza, Caesar salad and a cheese ravioli pasta all was average except for the pasta which very bad. unfortunately the service was not the best. Finally, on the phone we were told that there is a minimum of 150 pounds per igloo but when our bill came we were only charged for the order’s which was less. And i dont thinks thats very smart to do from their side.

My first visit to this restaurant, though my wife has been here many times before. We had dinner at 18.00, perhaps not the quietest time to choose to eat there, and it was deafeningly loud with voices and terrible acoustics in the place, where all the surfaces reflected and amplified the noise. My dinner choice of pizza was fine and not difficult to get wrong, but my wife ordered a salad with quinoa and chicken, which was very disappointing. It was more a series of green leaves with a thimble of quinoa, so little that she felt rather cheated and had to ask why there was such little quinoa. She actually had to search for the quinoa to show me it was even in there! 🥺 The waiter kindly brought over the tiniest little cup with more quinoa which did little to add to the feeling of disappointment unfortunately. The service was great, and the team working there friendly and helpful, but sadly a most disheartening first visit

First of all, they brought all the table food before the drinks. I ordered a pastry and a tea because I couldn’t get avocado &eggs with boiled eggs instead of poached eggs. I wanted that because Im pregnant and they couldn’t make a little exception. And they brought me the tea after the pain au chocolat. 🤣 and it got cold before I can eat it with tea.

Service and ambience is very good. The food is perfectly fine but nothing special.

The food is not spectacular, the meat was not so warm when it got to the table. But Kale was such a great host and funny that it doesn’t matter. He was really patient and kind. Hope I go back soon

We had a great day out and popped in for a late lunch our order was taken and we explained our food allergies the children’s starters were brought up then the mains and I asked if my salad was ok for me to eat and the plate was taken away to check with the kitchen which it wasn’t then another waitress came over and we explained again I was then brought a plate of lettuce leaves and told well you can’t have the other items in the dish ? Another waitress came over and said tell me what the issue is and I can help ? Again we explained I tried to explain what I could have and was told the beetroot dressing has oil “it’s a dressing” but I wasn’t advised of this when ordering and not all Dressing have oil the other items in the salad I could have? By this time the rest of the family had finished their food finally my salad came When your have food allergies the chefs are either really helpful or not in this restaurant they are not. To take the salad off the bill isn’t the answer.

Nice venue but beware- they will automatically add a ‘service fee’ tip when ordering drinks from the bar (no table service). This is optional and you can remove, as I did.

Unimpressive. Took ages to get our drinks. Brought the wrong food and there wasn’t time to change it so had to eat what they brought, which really wasn’t very nice. Leant across us to put the food on the table. Charged us for an item we didn’t order. Put a large tip to the bill automatically despite the awful service. Would definitely not recommend or return.

Absolutely a lovely and wonderful experience. Went there for a birthday celebration. There were five of us. Lovely food no time wasting between the courses.

Came here for eid defo a must visit ..went with our 3 , 4 and 1 year old and there was more then enough space . So warm in the igloos and loved you could adjust the temp and volume of the music. The food was okish but desert was lovely . Kids food was good.

wonderful location in an igloo, view of the river and London, postcard style. Very kind staff, the domes are heated and it's very comfortable, the food for breakfast is super. The price is appropriate for the location, 10/15 pounds for breakfast. Highly recommended!

At first, we thought ok’ maybe it was just the first server/FOH who showed us to our igloo that seemed off… maybe she was having a bad day. Then the 2nd lady who brought the drinks in didn’t smile nor said anything… no interaction… the 3rd guy was rude and defensive when he first came to us - we spoke about a drink that was in a dirty flute, that ended up “flying” when the igloo door opened… the 4th lady who brought the replaced drink was the only one who smiled, apologised for the service and made sure someone would take our food orders… from then on… we were put off with the service already… but i’ll give it to 3rd guy (who looked like he happened to be the server for the outside section) he came back OK when he checked on us mid service, gave the bill and took our payment. The food.. let me say was cold. The steaks are never served hot anyway but the chips and sauces were cold. And to make it even better I was served with “leftover fries” “bottom of the bag fries” *picture attached - more of those little fries hidden under the steak :( We didn’t want to complain as we already felt that the servers were not having a good day. And plus the guy server said to us “once it’s on the table- that's on us” The place and the ambience made up for the not-so-good experience. Maybe we’ll try their other branches.

So the pros: Location is lovely, really nice to look out over the Thames. The Igloo table is very novel. Management apologetic and happy to help were could. Cons: .Food was missed off the order and once it arrived it was the wrong portion size and described as "slimly and disgusting" by the person eating it*see the seafood linguine photo below* The steak was tough and when they asked if I wanted it or pink or well-done I didn't realise that both options are just well-done. .staff seem really over worked or they sort of just didn't care, kind of couldn't figure out which one it was. The first to serve us was clearl very distracted and came across as frustrated at us ordering (even kissed their teeth when we questioned were some drinks were)... The second was rude beyond words, lots of questioning us and when admitting that the previous member of staff had missed the food off of the order simply said "soooo... Yeah" and walked away? Once the plates had been cleaned away She then brought the bill over to us twice and the card machine on the third trip to our table without anyone asking (still drinks left to finish) and told us that despite our booking saying that we had the take till 6pm we actually had to leave by 15:20 so she could get it ready for the next group and also told us off for being late to the booking, we advised we were early and she replied "well I don't know anything about that" now I know the US and the UK do handle service very differently but maybe being a little less like her homeland might have helped make for a more enjoyable time out. .Drinks arrived late (30mins) or just not at all Now once the manager became involved (at his own volition) he did try and smooth things over, the very late round of drinks was given to us free of charge and the seafood linguine was taken off of the bill as well as the service charge (which actually wasn't we had to send the bill back to amend) so I cannot fault that they did try and help where they could but honestly we'd all of rather it hadn't needed to get to that point. The 2nd star on service is all because of him.

Location wise is good, food is bad and over priced, service is horrible and stuff has an attitude.. restaurant floor is dirty and you will step of leftovers on tbe floor.. even the waiter when she cleaned our table she throw everything on the floor.. highly doubt On thier hygiene.. all glasses served can see clearly its not clean and we had to changed it twice. Not recommending the place unless if you are welling to eat somthig over priced...

We came to the restaurant at 12 with my friends who came visiting London. I asked at reception if we can just have drinks and some snacks as the kids just had breakfast not long ago and we were told it is absolutely fine. We had ordered a round of drinks and some snacks to share. The waitress for our table has kept on asking us if we would order more food and mains while we have told her we are not really hungry. She gave us the look and she was talking with other team members a little away from our table while pointing at us and I also overheard she said we are not ordering any mains. We felt unwelcome and upset with this rude gesture and we left the restaurant as soon as we finished our drinks and we have left in around 30 mins. Would definitely not coming back.

An interesting place with a view of Tower Bridge. The interior of the restaurant is not that spectacular, but if you are lucky enough to get a pin, it is a special experience! I definitely recommend!

Considering it is right in tourist Central, the food, atmosphere and service we’re very good.

Unfortunately, we got a table in the hallway, asked if we could move, but then had to move the tables ourselves. The ambience is certainly better than we rated if you get a nicer place. In our opinion, the igloos are recommended, as we could see from inside. Very tastefull. Portions were a bit too small for the price.

The pods were booked but empty for the 2.5 hours we were drinking there. Why we couldn't have used them until no one turned up is a mystery. Grumpy staff but reasonably priced drinks

This place gets a four star purely for it’s ambiance. I love a restaurant with good seating and great views which Coppa provides. The food, however, is overpriced and not very good. I had their winter salad which was okay but I did not think it was worth 12 pounds. Their mocha was amazing though, probably one of the best coffees I’ve had in London! I definitely would come here just for the views and the atmosphere - I guess that is what you’re paying for with the overpriced menu!

Great experience food and drinks

View is amazing, food is normal, I can not say you will have something very special here, however, the staff don't make you feel welcomed whicb really puts you off. They did not treat us by respect.

Food was very basic, and cold as it's brought outside to you if you are in a pod without a cover over it so I wasn't that impressed, however I was with a great group of friends and being in the pod in the evening was very nice and we had a nice evening.

Great atmosphere but mediocre food and slow service. Loved the ambiance- the igloo and the view of the London Bridge were fantastic. However, the drinks took a while (they arrived after the food) and the food was unremarkable - it was our least favorite food in our entire vacation in London. Go for the ambiance and maybe just get drinks and apps as the entrees all needed work.

Called in a few times for drinks. Coffee is great. Seating and environment comfortable. Service is welcoming and swift. Toilets pretty good too!

I love this place but I have to leave a horrible review for the Seasonal Cruidites. Do not get this item, it’s 17 pounds for 2 dips, 1 piece of bread and literarily a cup full of raw veggies. I’m super disappointed. I’d honestly love a refund. Such a shame 😢

We dined in an outside dome on Christmas Eve and it was an unforgettable night. The food is not the best we have had but it is not bad. In the end you pay for the experience and the atmosphere, and that is worth every euro you pay.

Honestly, I expected more from the place, I couldn't see the bridge/tower properly, I thought it was on top of a building, but it was on the ground floor, so I didn't think it was anything special, I expected a lot, I had high expectations, and it wasn't It surprised me, besides the seats were horribly dirty, I didn't think it was worth the hype.

I got hired at this restaurant, after refusing other options! Honestly, I have never seen so much indifference to customers in my life! Mess everywhere instead everyone brags about their qualifications, but in practice they are 10%! It's a shame that a so-called top restaurant is run by such incompetent staff.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at this lovely restaurant in London and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Nestled in a convenient location, I was immediately greeted by warm and attentive staff who really added to the friendly ambiance. But what really captivated my senses was the incredible setting of the restaurant. With a captivating atmosphere and magnificent decoration. In summary, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy delicious food in an exceptional setting.

Lovely food, immediately when we went in it was an amazing atmosphere with some comfortable seats sit in before going into an amazing igloo with welcoming music and and amazing view of all sorts.Food was great and was even presented with caramel words saying happy birthday to me! Abdullah was an amazing waiter so props to him for an amazing first experience.

One star because you can't give zero! Rude, arrogant, stupid, arrogant and unprepared attendants! I was there on 03/05/2024 and the experience was bad from start to finish, except for the receptionist who was the ONLY concern! The waiters didn't take orders correctly, they brought everything half-finished and with a bad intention! I went to use the bathroom and the waiter who wore pink eyebrows asked me where I was going and that same waiter in the end was mocking, arrogant and didn't care about the evaluation I said he would give! He charged for the service even though it was terrible and even lied saying he was the manager of the place! The place is really beautiful, however I don't recommend it to anyone! ESCAPE this unit, unless you want to be mistreated and poorly served! In London there are many other better options to go to with friendly and impeccable service!

DISGUSTING SERVICE! RUDE MANAGER! 😡 🤮 I ordered a bottle of wine and when I was going to pay they said they would bring it to the table, so I was unable to pay on the bar. They arrived with a wine that apparently wasn't the one I ordered, but didn't tell me about it. At the end of my dinner I went to pay and the price was not the one expected (because they gave me the wrong wine!) Not only they didn't apologise, but made a whole scene about it. I had to speak with the manager who was also rude and was only saying "but you drank the wine". Absolutely atrocious service. Shameful. This was the Saturday evening shift by the way, they should have someone with some manners and decency working on that shift. I won't come back here.

The dishes weren’t great, the steak was not tender at all and not cooked according to how was requested. The food was there in like 5 minutes which was also strange. The service was a bit all over the place to the point that we felt very uncomfortable. There was also vomit in one of the toilets which didn’t seem cleaned for a while already. We did get a small dessert after they asked us for feedback.

We've been here for the 3rd time, I would say to book in advance a table as is very busy due to it's location. The food is good, they have really good pasta, the drinks we had were good too.

On my way to an adventure, while walking around the London Bridge area , I stopped at an awesome Restaurant: Coppa Club ... The building is located close to the Tower of London next to Paul Le Cafe and with a view to a Shard, the highest building in London. Outside the restaurant are available seats , and seats in the cozy , bubble clear or Dome dining house :) So even during the rain you can enjoy your friend's company while eating your favourite dishes , serving there . To get to the entrance you need to go through a beautiful aisle , created with wood, flowers , lights and as I assumed vines plants . Inside the restaurant , there is a lot of space . Various colours of tables and chairs. Available sofas to sit on, in a lovely orange colour. On the ceiling are unique chandeliers . I love them . Walls are decorated with images, somewhere you can also notice flowers. I was in a rush , so unfortunately I ordered only a drink and pasta. Cocal cola been served in a glass of bottle , including an empty glass with ice n slice of lemon. To eat I ordered Bucatini Carbonara. It has melted in my mouth. Perfect temperature, I could eat it straight after I get it. Customer service, very professional, friendly and fast. I was waiting for an order less than 10 minutes. I assumed is depends of what we order , but anyway was faster than I expected. Music was on perfect volume. Open kitchen. A Bar with various choices of alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks. Hot drinks available. Dessert are just a heaven for my palate. Also toilet looks very tidy and clean. I'm glad that my spontaneous walk brought me to this place. I will definitely come back !!!!

Hi Team, I adore Coppa restaurants (Tower Bridge & Putney). This lunch, same wonderful experience. You offer beautiful riverside views, lovely service, gorgeous decor, consistently delicious food. On Saturday, your Concierge Team were very helpful in arranging a sun-drenched table for two where we could see dazzling Tower Bridge. Our table was small oasis for long-overdue power catch-up. Our waiter, Joseph, is a treasure! He made sure we had what we needed. Lovely relaxing day. Thank you!! Meals were 1/ side salad & King Prawn linguine and 2/ Coppa Beef Burger. We shared Ice Cream. Loved it xx

The waiters were so bad, they took so long to attend us. Bring us wrongly the drinks ordered, and took so long to bring us the correct one, included after the food. I didn’t wanted to pay the service because it was not good. The waiter said that I would need to pay the service or he would go To the manager and I would need to pay a minimum of 35£ each one. THE WAITER TRY TO TREATENED ME. I went inside and try to talk to The manager and say my indignation, the suppose manager said: it ok, that is the political we can’t do anything. It was the worse treatment that I already had in London’s restaurant! 😨

Not impressed. I booked an igloo for breakfast with my wife and three children. Upon arrival, the waitress said there was no children's menu available - which we found strange. We subsequently found a children's menu on their website and had to show this to the waitress ourselves before we could order from it...... Unfortunately, by that point we had already purchased three adult sized drinks for our children - when smaller (more reasonably priced drinks) are available on the children's menu. The food was nice enough but poor value for money. The portions are VERY small - and charging £1.50 for a single, small (and cold) button mushroom as a breakfast extra is outrageous. We won't be returning. If you're heading that way for breakfast, I'd recommend paying a little bit more and visiting the Darwin Brasserie or the Duck & Waffle instead. We've had far better service and a more substantial meal at both.

I booked online 2 months in advance, specifying that I wanted a nice view of Tower Bridge because it was a surprise for my partner, only to end up being installed in the last bubble with a non-existent view. No matter how much I explained myself, I was told that it was not possible to change, OR ALL THE FIRST BUBBLES OFFERING A SUPERB VIEW were free! I give 2 stars only for the service of the waitress who was very kind and available and the food which was still quite good. Extremely disappointed, I will not return.

This place is over rated. Had the vibe of a diner and the waiting staff were dressed like it’s a fast food chain. Hair messy and bad English…for a place in the centre of London near one of the most popular tourist sites, this place was soooo bad. The food was bland and like a 15 year old had cooked it. Uploaded a pic for proof! The presentation was less than amateur. The drink was watered down and we had to send it back. Igloos look nothing like the pictures in real life looks a bit tacky….dont fall for their online marketing. Go to ivy round the corner. That place is a lot more refined

Worst experience!! Ordered a grilled chicken with herbs and it came with much oily and no flavour at all !! Also the pasta was just average. They serve the cocktail without any alcohol in it . Spent more than £90 and not worth at all !! Not recommendable!!

This restaurant is all show and no substance. The food was OK. Service was pathetic, unattentive, unprofessional and underwhelming. Waiter brought all food out at once despite us asking him in advance to bring food in courses, he served dessert without clearing our dirty dishes from starter/dinner and sides. I could go on and on. We raised this with the Manager who became defensive vs apologetic. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money or time on this terrible establishment. I will never return.

Fantastic dinner with great views and amazing service. Kabulai provided excellent service and the igloo dining was fantastic. Food and drinks good, recommend steak frites and the carbonera. All of the desserts were excellent. Highly recommend for a nice evening dinner.

the food was terrible (we ordered a pizza and a salad). The brunch is served until 11.30 and they don’t make it clear at all when u make a reservation. Still while we had to order lunch almost all the other tables were ordering brunch. the panoramic view is non existent. super expensive for nothing at all.

We had the igloo booked on 25th of March at 3pm. At first we were served by a very nice young man. His name was Zed and we were very happy with his service. Around 16.30 there was a changeover and no one attended our table for quite some time. We finished our main course and the plates were not cleared. A different male waiter came to serve us. He had a very poor customer service and attitude towards us. Name on the bill is : Martin Nyenya. When we’ve asked for the bill he mentioned to us that we need to give the table back as there’s another booking waiting but he will “let us finish our desserts”. If the service was provided appropriately and we didn’t wait so long to be served we would’ve been gone long time ago. We’ve waited at least 10 minutes to have our payment taken and we had to go out and ask the waiter to come with the card machine. We’re absolutely appalled by the service and approach of the second server. It seemed that he didn’t want to be there or serve us today.

I originally booked an igloo for my birthday dinner and was very surprised when I turned up and was told the minimum spend is £150! For only two people, that is a ridiculous amount of money to spend. No mention of this in the confirmation email, nothing. I told them we couldn’t meet this without wasting loads of food and they offered an inside table. I didn’t have a view of the river but rather a view of a mouse running around the deck near diners. Our wine glasses were dirty and my cutlery was bent out of shape. The food ranged from mediocre to simply bad. Starters were over £10 and measly portions. The burrata wasn’t served with bread, crackers, nothing and the prawns tasted like stale oil. The pizza main course was worse than a takeaway. Mostly crust and a tiny drop of nduja. For £16, we expected more. The only dish we somewhat enjoyed was the carbonara. On occasion of my birthday we were offered a single scoop of vanilla ice cream. The only reason I haven’t left 1 star is because our server was kind and helpful. Very disappointing experience and I wish I had picked a different place for my birthday dinner.

I had a dinner in Coppa Club Tower Bridge tonight. My booking was at 6pm and the restaurant wasn’t busy. The food was nice and the cocktails were excellent. Unfortunately the service was rather poor. My mains were brought up to the table while I was half way to my starters. I was shocked and looked at the food runner. He didn’t bring my mains back to the kitchen and instead he quickly left my mains at the corner of the table. I needed to rush myself to finish my starter and my mains was just warmish. During the time of my stay, no one came to my table doing the check back or asking me anything about the feedback. Most of time I saw three to four staff gathering around reception and chatting to each other. After I finished my mains, no one even noticed and came to clear my table. I needed to wait until the staff finished chatting to each other. It’s such a shame. Very very disappointing indeed.

I was eating here with a group and we only ordered smaller starters. The fried chicken was delicious but I wouldn't have paid £9 for 5 small chunks. The sweet potatoes weren't anything special considering the long wait. We waited in vain for croquettes. The drinks were good even if the prices seemed exorbitant. Unfortunately, communicating with the staff was also problematic because they had a strong accent and couldn't understand us despite our relatively good English. Despite that, a nice atmosphere.

it's really not easy to get lost at a table, and when we finally managed to do it, we were very happy! however, when we came to this bubble we immediately saw a dirty table, it was cold and only got warm when we asked for something to be done. The staff was different, some were friendly and some just tried to serve you as quickly as possible. The food was not the best. Overall, our expectations for this place were way too high, and despite the beautiful photos, I wouldn't recommend spending time and money there!

The restaurant accepts walk-ins but it is best to reserve in advance, especially if you want seating outside in the igloos, however the seating inside is more than adequate for a lovely dining experience. We were welcomed warmly and seated quickly upon arrival. A few minutes later, we were asked for our order and we ended up ordering 2 garden breakfasts - 2 fried eggs, halloumi, sourdough toast with butter provided, a grilled tomato, kale and portobello mushroom - with 2 english breakfast teas. Unfortunately their cinnamon spice tea was not available. However the meal itself was substantial and rather satiating. It was delicious and paired with the tea, there were no complaints! The total came to just over £35 with the service charge included which I think is more than reasonable for the efficient service combined with nourishing and tasty food. I will definitely be returning to try some more items from the menu, especially the all-day selection. Thank you!

Great location on the river and very reasonably priced for London. Food, drinks and service were all good and it's a plus being so well located to some of the highlights we were there to see, ie. HMS Belfast, Etc.

It was very bad, the employees were sullen, the service came very late, they did not bring a fork or a knife. They brought fried chicken instead of grilled chicken, I wouldn't recommend it.
