Was great to be back near the Uni I studied 9 years ago. Staff was friendly. We had the Sicilian lemon spritz. It tastes good on a warm summer day and after the ice melts. It was quite annoying to sit between people who smoke constantly. But I guess that’s normal in Britain. Every time someone left a waiter came to clean the table and adjust the chairs who were placed almost on top of each other. Perhaps they should remove two chairs so people can sit comfortably.

Their coffee is strong but nice

Nice but I noticed that the employees do not clean the tables even if the tables are super messy and all three employees have nothing to do and seem super bored...

One of the most wonderful cafes in London. The outdoor seating is very elegant and their coffee is excellent. In fact, I am tired of finding good coffee in London.

Baked leavened products are not good. Coffee is a sacrilege. The rudeness of the cashier on 25.07.2024 at 2pm was unique! I don't understand how they work!

Amazing coffee and delicious muffins. They don't have a great variety but what they have is of very good quality.

Coffee is good quality but gave only two stars because the outside sitting area is left unattended. There is rubbish on the tables, plus always random people sitting, not customers and you purchase your drink but there is no spot left empty to enjoy. They only have the sign for the use of toilets that it's for customers only and you need the code and no indication for the outside sitting area.

My go to Caffe Nero, wonderful design and I always order a caramel and espresso frappe creme then I ask for it to be thicker and this one lady she always make it the best. No other location makes the drink how I like it like this place does

I saw employees throwing the garbage in the garbage room at the side of the store using a key attached to a milk pot used in making the drinks!! Not just once but many times!! This is gross people! 🤮🤢

Worst Nero ever visited! Filthy & shabby: takeout cups strewn all over payment, dirty tables, no lock on toilet door, missing mirror, chipped sink..list goes on…

Good coffee and friendly staff. Less busy than other places, for this reason you can sit inside, or at the tables outside, and drink a coffee far from the confusion of Oxford Street.

Food and drink is good, just like any other cafe but more expensive that others. I'd prefer having the same things at a cheaper price.

Friendly and helpful staff, but in a very busy tourist area, so paper cups only (even if dining in) when I visited, and very little space. Standard Caffe Nero drinks and food, but not very relaxing unfortunately.

Typically a positive reviewer but Cafe Nero was poor. Coffee was burnt and food tasted so strongly of baking soda it went in the bin. Tried to tell the staff but they were run off their feet. A real pity - Farmer J a few blocks down is a good alternative :)

I really loved the ambience of the place, which is why I gave this place a try. On contrary, they were careless with the requests. I asked the guy at the counter to add soya milk to my caffe mocha because I'm lactose intolerant however, he still made it with the whole milk. I could say that because I've been having soya milk coffee since ages as a solution to my lactose intolerance. This time, I had to visit their toilet twice because it occurred that the reaction was caused by the usage of whole milk in mocha. He seemed absent minded at that time as well. As he confirmed thrice about the addition of soya milk in mocha and I inquired as well after he handed over the coffee and he had to look back to reconfirm although there was no soya milk behind him. Anyway, my birthday was ruined very well because of them. So, thanks alot.

The toilet was not working and the downstairs bathroom is very small

Diese Filiale war sehr sauber. Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich. Heiße Schokolade hat ganz gut geschmeckt. Preise sind hier auch gut.

Goed kopje koffie gedronken. Was een sterk bakje en een beetje extra warme melk in de Machiato was geen probleem.

Try the luxury caramel latte. It's fab! Didn't have marshmallows on the day I went though :(

Sometimes good and sometimes worst

The staff there is very good and the coffee is also very good.

Bit crowded and the seating area downstairs was mostly filled with people sitting,no cups just using the space.No crockery when having a drink, just disposable cups which is a waste? The staff serving me wasn't very attentive or a good listener.

Went here yesterday and ordered 2 flat whites. They came out and both had milk that had clearly gone off. The smell and taste was terrible. We took them back and the server tasted the coffees himself and agreed the milk was off. He duly did two replacement flat whites and unbelievably these were also done with off milk. We go to many Nero branches and have never had this problem before. Absolutely awful. Avoid.

Always my go to place when visiting Oxford Street. Most importantly, always a great coffee. 👍

What's the point of having a click and collect station if the orders are never ready and the staff just ignore you and will only serve those in the queue. The whole point of buying your drinks in advance is for them to be ready for collection. I always shave to wait around 10 minutes to get served even though I'm waiting at the till. Next to the click and collect point.

Best coffee, Best service always

I recently stopped by Cafe Nero for a quick coffee fix, and while the coffee itself was quite nice, I couldn't help but notice a few drawbacks. First, the coffee cups, although stylish, were a bit tricky to handle. Unless you have extremely skinny fingers, you might find them a tad cumbersome. Also, there's not much room for milk, which can be a downside if you like to customise your coffee. Moving on to the pastries, I was a bit disappointed. They seemed a bit on the cold side and not as fresh as I had hoped for. Perhaps they could improve the pastry display. Now, regarding the service, it was a bit lackluster. No thank yous or smiles, and items were just left on the counter without much interaction. Also, there were no trays provided, which made it a bit challenging to carry everything to my table. Speaking of seating, the cafe can get pretty crowded, especially during peak hours, which can make finding a spot upstairs a bit of a challenge. The basement seating is an option, but it lacks the cozy ambiance you might expect. In summary, Cafe Nero is a great place for a quick takeaway coffee, but it can get crowded and noisy quickly, which can take away from the overall experience, especially when seating upstairs is limited. Still, if you're in a hurry and just need a caffeine boost, it's worth a stop.

I love this place because it's always open till 10pm! Even on Sundays. Bless you guys!

A little slow but very friendly, helpful service

Caffe Nero is always been one of my place to have a drink or coffee, but this store was one of the busiest comparing to the other locations. Service and team were good, the store was filled with customers so I had to try with the paper cups. The mocha was so delicious as always.

I have been in two occasions.The customer services was bad one of this time ,because the way the girl served me ,She was a bit rude and rushing and speak another language which I understand ,but must said the second time I have better experience.Well located and nice gentlemen at the door👌

about 2 weeks ago i stepped in the shop with a can of coffee drink of my own property and a guy [don't know if security or what] spoke to me very aggressively to say i couldn't get any cans inside! no cans! he repeated. i used to get there almost everyday, but definitely i don't want to deal with psychopaths anymore

No queue, 5 people behind the counter, still took 10 minutes for service. Coffee fine, hot chocolate all froth, and had to be changed. Penguins would have been at home with air con downstairs. We moved, as did others. Expect better from Cafe Nero. Far better places nearby.

Es ist ein sehr schöner und gemütlicher laden. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Ich empfehle den Ice fraph caramel und pistachio.

Too small, dirty tables, grumpy employees.

A beautiful store lined with bookshelves with a lot of additional seating both downstairs and outside. The baristas were helpful, offering us water with ice on a hot day which we appreciated and also made our drinks very quickly.

Shocking, I have never seen such a team of discombobulated people. They had no clue what they were doing and I waited 24 minutes to get served and there were only 6 people in front of me. I had a fruit scone, without butter or jam as they did not gave either. I could go on but it wiuld be pointless.

Its very busy most of the time. Staff are friendly enough and its a very buzzy environment and street which is kind of cool.

Run out of cream so no espresso con panna. You don't run out of milk so why cream? Toilets also closed.

Quite busy and in my opinion not enough staff, although they were very polite and efficient they were clearly under pressure. The coffee is decent.

AWFUL SLOW SERVICE. They use their trainee baristas before they’re actually trained and it causes the service to be extremely slow. They should train them before allowing them to work.

Caffe Nero vor Costa und Starbucks

Très déçu par ce Caffè Nero J'adore l'enseigne et j'aime m'y poser quand je passe à Londres . Mais j'ai trouvé celui-ci très sale surtout les toilettes . Dommage mais j'adore l'enseigne malgré tout.

Very slow service, barristers constantly chattering while Customers waiting for their order.

Got the wrong coffee even after repeating the order twice. Settled for the alternative, preferring not to get into an argument, it was a good choice as the drink was still great. There's no WiFi accessible in the basement sitting area. Additionally the toilets seem very outdated as I had to wait more than 5 minutes to just flush and there was a queue forming outside.

Good coffee, but a little fraudulent with the payments. They charged the customer after me for my coffee. The poor guy had already left when I realised … and then they wanted another payment from me as well.

I been a regular customer with this coffee bar, collected numerous amount of loyalty stamps for my free coffee. However across most of the coffee bars, there are some very good staff who make exceptional coffee and who actually listen to what you as a customer has ordered. On the other hand, Their are some staff who don't really care, very rude and obnoxious, you ask for none dairy milk due to allergies, and a particular type of coffee, low and behold your having something totally different being pushed on to you. Other than that, as mentioned before, there are some really great staff who does wonders for caffe Nero. I only gave 5 star, only for the coffee not for the staff.

Visited on 28th March 2023 in the evening. Perfectly fine cafe Nero. Loved the Mac & Cheese. My friend and I sat outside. Very lovely gentleman working on the door also. My only complaint and concern is that seeing as I have health issues I usually pick somewhere with a toilet and my friend researched also that this branch was open until 10pm. Just after 9pm having eaten I needed the toilet but the toilet had been closed for cleaning and I was not allowed to use it due to unsafe cleaning chemicals which I understand but it should be cleaned when customers have left and not when the shop is still open. Either that or in the evenings customers should be made aware what time the toilet closes so that they can make the decision or not to eat there. It added a bit of stress for me but the nice man on the door helped me find somewhere I could go to and in the end I went across the road. Other than that all good.
