The best restaurants serving Italian food in Richmond upon Thames London

This restaurant is no longer in business at this location- which is why I gave one star. I was very much looking forward to eating here since gluten- free options are often so limited. I had heard very good things about this restaurant and was disappointed to see it gone!

Several Italian eateries have opened in Richmond in the past few months but this is the place to have a really good Italian meal. The owner and chef Hercules is always in the kitchen and patrolling the restaurant to make sure everything is shipshape. We have been a number of times with friends outside Richmond and they are all envious that we have this local Italian. My wife and I have been through the entire menu and we have never had a bad meal here. The place is small and intimate but by no means cramped. There is the beautiful St Marys Magdalene church within 2 minutes walk and that is worth a visit before or after lunch.

Llamamos por teléfono y tenían lugares disponibles, así que lo hicimos. Hay un amplio menú para elegir y mucho espacio por dentro y por fuera, por lo que el distanciamiento social no fue un problema. Iba a comer entrantes, pero mi don me dijo que no me molestara, ya que dijo que la hamburguesa del padrino sería suficiente y tenía tanta razón, que los tomates secos que contenía realmente le daban algo extra. Mi esposa tenía el pollo en salsa cremosa de hongos y mi hijo la lubina. Todos estaban cocinados a la perfección, tuvimos que esperar un rato por la comida, pero la espera valió la pena, créanme. Con el esquema del gobierno, este lote solo llegaba a 24, pero incluso sin él, valdría la pena el precio total. Regresaremos, definitivamente.

Whicker touring the Yorkshire Dales, we visited Richmond. This was a lovely busy little town with lots of shops and an indoor market. Everywhere seemed dog friendly.

Proper Italian coffee, freshly made Sicilian pastries and a friendly atmosphere. Lovely friendly staff and the bonus of a large screen television which shows Italian street and beach views. Now moved onto winter scenes. Will make pastries to order if you want to take to friends if you give them notice.

Such delicious, well made cakes and even better that they’re vegan and all natural. Also plenty of options for gluten free folk! I’ll be ordering my birthday cake from here in a few months and sending them as postal gifts to all my friends. Thank you!!

Me and my partner came here on valentine's day and it was quite busy. Our server was running around and working really hard on what I can assume is a stressful shift and he did it all with a friendly smile. The food is super tasty with generous portions. I will definitely be coming here again

First time visiting this delightful cafe. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere. And the service was brilliant. It felt like a family business. We were all impressed and can't wait to go again.

Nice food! I’m italian and was excited to see if this place would be worth it! ordered as takeaway and got the Parmigiana, 10/10 the flavors were amazing ! the Calzone (nice dough but weird ingredient combination: spinach, aubergine, salami, cheese) so that would be a 7/10. The fritto misto was quite nice, especially with the sauce they gave us 8/10, the pappardelle con capesante were also lovely 8/10, i wasn’t a fan of the lamb shank, and the green beans and mash that came with it, 5/10 for me. However, the food does taste well, and I would recommend because they have a big menu but still curate it quite well.

The food here is very well presented. Don't be fooled by the word tapas as the portions are generous and very tasty. Service is very friendly and there is a nice local buzz about the place

A hidden gem in West London. Warm, cosy atmosphere, food is excellent, service is is perfect! Do go try it out and enjoy!!

Fuimos a la celebración de cumpleaños después de buenas críticas, no nos decepcionó. Restaurante italiano auténtico y acogedor. Personal encantador, buena comida y claramente frecuentado por un montón de clientes habituales, que siempre es una buena señal. Definitivamente volveré.
