What an amazing Italian restaurant! I’m so pleased with what we’ve found! Will definitely be going again! Ordered 3 different meals and all 3 so unique to each other and delightful! Very impressive! So much so that I thought they couldn’t top it with a decent tiramisu - surely that would be too good to be true. And it was!! Full marks! Highly recommended!

A great new addition to Twickenham and highly recommended! The food was delicious and fresh, and the portions were generous. We especially enjoyed the nduja/burrata pizza, as well as the scallop and pasta/scallop dish. The waitress was also very friendly and attentive. Thank you for a lovely evening - we shall be back!

Really really good food! Sadly the place was a bit empty when we arrived (maybe because the location is situated away from the nearby collection of restaurants in a quieter street) - which is a shame because this place deserves to be fully booked ! Jacquie was our waitress and was really attentive and friendly.

We’ve visited this fantastic restaurant a couple of times but hadn’t realised the chef was Portuguese. We had the most amazing special Portuguese dish this evening which was one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten.

Found this restaurant while down in Twickenham for the rugby. Excellent service and food on the friday night meant we had to return on the saturday night. Staff were very friendly and even recognised us when we went back on the saturday. Food is excellent. The calzone and Pizza are huge so make sure you have worked up an appetite. Bruschetta is a lovely starter and tasted so good. Would thoroughly recommend visiting this restaurant.

Excellent food one of the best Italian meals we’ve ate. If u get the chance to go here do it. You will not regret it.

Visited yesterday for lunch and had a truly fantastic meal. My husband and I shared the Gamberoni and Melanzane to start, followed by the Linguine Mare for me and Fusilli Sorrentino for him. All dishes were absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavoursome, good amount of chilli where chilli was promised in the description. The house prosecco was also lovely. Food aside, the service was also standout. Very professional, friendly and attentive. Even though we don't live in the area, we would definitely consider making the journey for another excellent meal.

I think we’ve tried every Italian restaurant in Twickenham and this is head and shoulders above the rest. Fantastic food and wonderful staff and if you’re really lucky you’ll catch some wonderful live music.

I’ve lost count of the number of Italian restaurants in Twickenham and we’ve tried the all . Locanda Luna surely has to be the best. The food is excellent. The wine is excellent. The staff are beyond excellent and to cap it all there was the most brilliant Brazilian band playing tonight. I truly felt as if I were on holiday. Loved it😍

My fiancée and I had the perfect date night here! Great service, delicious food, and topped with fantastic live music that had some diners up on their feet dancing. Even the chef looked like he was having a great night! We're looking forward to our next visit!

Had a delicious dinner here, lovely starters, arancini and goats cheese and beetroot salad. I had pappardelle capesante for main which was delicious . Friendly staff and reasonable prices. We will be back!

Tried Locanda for the first time a month ago as a new spot in Twickenham and it is now our favourite place to go! Amazing from start to finish. Our favourite dishes are the Caprino starter and the Fusilli Sorrentina. Highly recommend :)

Had a nice Italian meal at lunchtime. It was quite nice but the place was empty, which was a shame.

We are so pleased this restaurant reopened after the fire. The food and service are excellent. The only criticism I would have is that the menu has been somewhat reduced (I assume to be more financially viable), so once you've been here a few times there isn't much new to try

Stumbled upon this restaurant on a Thursday night after work as many other places were full. Thought me and my partner would try a new place so we gave this a chance. Little did I know that it would turn out to be one of the best Italian spots in London that I have ever been to! Me and my partner had the lasagne and one of the pizzas, and both were so tasty, well priced, and well cooked. Also a special mention to Jackie (our waitress) who was extremely welcoming, helpful, lovely, and even got my terrible jokes. Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner with a loved one or family, OR friends!

I dined at Locanda Luna last night, it exceeded my expectations! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best dinner. The restaurant was sparkling clean throughout. The food was 10/10 and one of the best italian foods i have had in this area. I highly recommend to everyone. If there is a higher star to vote i would click it. This kind of friendly and warm atmosphere is the kind of place i prefer to bring my family.

I love this restaurant - I've been a couple of times with my daughter. The staff are so welcoming, the pasta is amazing and it's very good value (we've done the weekday lunch deal).

What a lovely Italian, we’re not from the area but in middle of the sunny afternoon were looking for something substantial to eat, this place looked so lovely from the outside so went in, no-one else in there but such a lovely place with a warm welcome, the windows were open wide, it was just perfect! Great menu, loved the food we ordered, lovely service, no hassle. Italy would be proud!

Shambolic. Table not ready on time, or even 20 mins later. Had to prompt repeatedly for every part of the meal from drinks, napkins, food orders. Would recommend you give this a wide berth. We weren't the only ones waiting for pre-booked tables. So, the strategy is just to over book - annoying the customers and presumably giving the staff grey hair too.

We were looking for an easy lunch option with 4 kids aged 7 to 13. The staff was ever so welcoming and the food was tasty and served in generous portions. But what made the experience fabulous was that the chef invited our youngest and his friend to make their mini pizza on the counter whilst we waited for our mail. Thank you!!

We visited this lovely Italian restaurant for my wife's birthday / our anniversary. We were so glad we did, the staff were all so friendly and helpful and made our night special. All the food was exceptional and well presented. We both said that it was one of the best Italian meals we've had for a long time. The restaurants interior was very clean and tastefully decorated. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want an Italian meal with more than just a choice of pizzas (they do pizzas though in a wood fired pizza oven).

The desserts were beautiful, the chocolate soufflé was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted !! Complimented my starter of margarita pizza nicely 👍👍

Fantastic staff very polite patient and friendly. I had the Ribeye steak which was succulent and delicious. Veg/potatoes had to be ordered separately which I did and they were Devine.

We visited Locanda Luna Ristorante and it was the best restaurant experience that we’ve had. My family and I travelled all the way from Saudi Arabia and stayed in London for 10 days. We ended our trip with a bang with this one. Absolutely amazing Italian dishes the best pizza, and best pasta. If I visited London again I would definitely drop by again. I also have to mention the wonderful service. Just amazing over all. Would 100% recommend visiting this restaurant. Totally worth it!

I recently went to Locand Luna and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend it! Great for Family lunches, dinners or even gathering up with mates.

What to say about Locanda Luna... first things first, we were welcomed by the very friendly restaurant manager who gave us a choice of table. What struck us is the fine taste in decoration, with the nice art paintings on every wall, modern art table and chairs. Every now and then you see a big fire coming from the open kitchen, which shows Alex the amazing chef at work. The pizza oven is big and fully open to customers. The food served was to high standards, the presentation is excellent, which is important, but the taste and flavours are what you would expect from a high-end restaurant. Everything has been thought through, even the prawns that are peeled for the customer to make it easier. The cuisine is authentic, the chef has made sure that little chilli pieces are added in dishes that should have them, as you would have them in Italy. The house wine, which I had, was probably better than more expensive wines on the menu. The cocktails were also very well made, with a lot of attention given to presentation of course but also the quality of the ingredients. This is probably the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. This will now be a favourite restaurant that I will go to countless times.
