The best restaurants serving Italian food in London

So I came to this restaurant last night. I actually went there last year as I was passing to get a takeaway whilst working. I thought it was one of tastiest pizzas I've had. It took me a while to find it from memory but eventually found it online and then looked at the reviews. I was in shock at how poor the rating was. I went there yesterday with a pizza connoisseur of sorts. I was very sceptical to go after reading the reviews. I thought surely they've changed ownership and it's gone wrong now. If your reading this don't listen to reviews. All I can say is wow. The pizza was AMAZING, just how I remembered it. I think their secret ingredient is magic. I highly recommend this restaurant. Ok it wasnt busy, probably due to the false reviews I read. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The place was clean the atmosphere was nice. I can't think why anyone could give this a bad review after having a pizza from here. It is definitely worth trying, well worth the money and just opened my eyes to the fact that people complain about everything. I cant comment on the other food but go for the pizza and you'll leave with a smile on your face and that is a promise.

Dreadful food,dreadful service & foul language from the aggressive management so avoid !! It is now called LITTLE ITALY & the Italians would be disgusted in their food & attitudes towards their paying customers.

The food and service are a match made in Heaven. Appalling. Myself and three friends all ordered different dishes off the menu. When the food arrived which took an age, two of the dishes were completely wrong - both cold. The waitress had no interest. We explained the error. she removed the dishes and then avoided our table. We were ignored by other staff so we asked for the bill and had to be asked for the two dishes to be taken off. It was hard to believe that places like this still exist.

Horrible lugar, no acogedor, grosero que acaba de decir, le dije por teléfono que no me puede entender, no tengo personal, solo soy yo y no hay personal de cocina para servir a más de 4 de ustedes? Entonces con gusto llevaremos nuestro negocio a otro lugar, su pérdida porque es muy RUDO. Cuando nuestro amigo fue el día anterior a reservar, todo estaba bien, pero este personal en particular (tal vez la persona que dirige el lugar) incluso preguntó cuáles eran las nacionalidades de la reserva de grupo? ¿Qué importa? Independientemente de si es blanco, marrón, negro, ¿debería ser el mismo servicio? ¡EVITA ESTE LUGAR! ¡Descortés y mira hacia abajo a ciertos individuos si no blancos o de color! Y para colmo, el restaurante estaba medio vacío!

If I could rate a zero then I would. Turned up for late lunch to be served by a girl who didn’t understand any English so my bacon sandwich order she fishy understand, So another server took over and paid, waited 20ish minutes for my sandwich, everyone who came in after me got their food and I was still waiting. So asking another server where my lunch was apparently order got lost somewhere over the rainbow I guess, then 5 minutes passed and a complimentary fresh tea arrived took a bite from my very late bacon sandwich and it was dry as a bone no butter, so took up sandwich and owner/manager said apparently about allergies that’s why they don’t butter them, ridiculous why not ask customer first instead of just not doing it, so I asked for a refund of my money which they did and I left, I really should’ve read the reviews first before entering, your loss della continental!

Este restaurante ha perdido su licencia kosher ya que es totalmente no puedes confiar en ellos y tiene el peor nombre en las inmediaciones.

miserable, grosero, brusco, lento, mala actitud personal!!! Evitar lo contrario dejar sin una sonrisa en la cara y extremadamente molestos!!! Tardamos 20 minutos en un tranquilo día de conseguir un café! Tuve que usar el menú yo después de esperar 15 minutos!! Y el camarero era más allá miserable y grosero! Él simplemente parecía odiaba todos los clientes y no podía ser molestado! pésimo servicio horrible

Tuvimos un gran almuerzo en Family Kitchen y sin duda recomendaría las pizzas! Es un gran restaurante para niños con un servicio rápido y amable.

I live very close by so its easy to pop around. Lunch has special meal its such value for money and with no exception all the staff are amazing. So many places serve different food on Lunch specials not here it wonderful . Thanks James your manager and all your staff. Not forggeting your chefs. Jan and Ronnie Joyce.

Been going here for a few years with success but today is the land time, total rip off. Did a telephone order for a medium pizza...turned up and the guy gave me a 9 inch and was 6 pounds. 2 years ago this was 3.50. I know prices have gone up..but nearly double is talking the mick. Also don't tell me 9 inch is a medium

Worst Pizza! sauce was to sweet and veg was not cooked, dam expensive. Service was so bad! Did not even get the basics right, such as drinks. Told me to rate the place to get a free drink... Blackmail

Cuisine très fade sans saveur , risotto sans parmesan c est juste du riz blanc avec petits pois , pâtes sauce tomate de supermarché sans goût , vin de basse qualité . Par contre 15 pour cent en plus sur l addition !!! Honteux !!! C est du vol ! Et avec ça le personnel ne vous dit même pas au revoir !! Le pire restaurant que nous ayons fait pendant une semaine à Londres .

A service charge of 17.5% was added to our bill without us knowing. Wouldn't have minded so much but the prices were high anyway, and service was terrible. Waited ages, then when the coffees came they were not what was ordered.

Pizza never arrived, just 2 milkshakes which were basically water and ice cream and not even the flavours ordered, half full plastic cup of slush. Was told by delivery driver that the restaurant had told him they’d phoned to let me know that pizza would not be arriving. But they did not. made no attempt to let us know that the food wouldn’t be arriving. Horrible service.

Sí, he dicho 'peor comida 'algunas veces, sin embargo, la comida aquí es el peor. El servicio era un poco lento, que no estaba mal, pero siguieron recibiendo las órdenes y bebidas equivocada, así un montón de tiempo perdido. La comida era peor que eso. Fue todo (o casi todo) no servía fría, o fresco.
