Posto orribile, '' arredato'' male con quadri vecchi, rotti e usurati e cipolle per terra. Abbiamo preso una pizza ed era alta ulta e stantita. Personale scortese e non pratico. Il menù di solo 2 pagine era grosso come una televisione 52 pollici. Se la pizza era così scandalosa non oso immaginare il cibo. Forse la cosa più buna era la coca cola sempre se non la trovate scaduta. Mio padre è stato male il giorno dopo. Se per caso vedete questo ristorante scappate!!

Muy caro para la poca calidad de los platos, el pan viejo e incomible, el antipasto: un poco de lechuga y 3 lonchas de embutido. Todas las opiniones negativas que se han publicado son verdad, lástima no haber consultado antes de ir.

Expensive, personnel not very nice, and afterwards 15% extra service charge. I didn’t feel like I got any service at all. This restaurant was my worst eating experience in London so far.

Nous avons eu le malheur de manger dans ce restaurant, n’y allez jamais !! Le service ainsi que l'accueil est déplorable, la nourriture est à vomir et beaucoup trop chère pour ce que ça vaut, niveau ambiance c’est bien simple, il n’y en a aucune. Et la note de service est juste une énorme arnaque, 15% pour ce qui a été annoncé en haut. Si vous avez le choix entre ne pas manger et aller là-bas, privilégiez le fait de jeûner, ça sera plus économique et surtout moins mauvais !!

Unser Besuch ist schon länger her und normalerweise mache ich kaum Restaurantbewertungen, aber hier muss ich einfach. Unser Essen war mittelmässig, das Böse erfolgt aber dann bei der Rechnung. Es werden unerklärliche Spesen verlangt und der Preis für die Pizza entsprach auch nicht dem auf der Speisekarte, absolute abzocke von Touristen. Die Dame hat auf Nachfrage unsererseits sehr unhöflich reagiert und hat uns nach dem bezahlen quasi aus dem Restaurant geschmissen. Es war wirklich ein sehr schlechtes Erlebnis nach einem eigentlich wunderbaren Tag.

Probably the worst Italian meal I have had for sometime. Really the other reviewers have summed it up. I ordered a Pizza and had to send it back as it was so hard. The service was unfriendly and terrible and they had the audacity to charge 15%. Recommendation: Avoid

This is not the best place to eat. If you are wanting ambience, a nice greeting, this is not the restaurant to go to. Noisy because a door was open on to Cromwell Road (a busy road). Tightly packed for couples. Over priced. Service was not overly friendly. Her clothing was stained and not acceptable for front of house I believe. Our food tasted okay but was oily. We will not return.

We should really have turned on our heels and left on arrival at 8:40pm as greeted with (or grunted may be more accurate) with “we close at 10pm” The place looked like somewhere you would get nice authentic Italian food however our starter of garlic bread was just very greasy fried pieces of baguette with a very slight hint of garlic. For main I had pizza, ok not great but edible my friend’s carbonara was not. The taste of black peppercorns were so over powering it was almost like it was done deliberately. When we told the waitress she just shrugged and awkwardly smiled. Did not offer an alternative. I must say my other friend’s meal Seafood Linguini was delicious and we all tried it. Throughout our time in this restaurant countless people tried to get a table and were barked at that that they were closing soon. One poor bloke came in to ask if they did takeaway, she didn’t even speak to him just pointed at the hand written sign stating no take out. Just to top the meal off when the bill came we were made aware of the 15% service charge? There was no service we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. I really wish we had been turned away!

The food was amazing! We shared 2 different pasta dishes and a house salad. Everything was homemade. It is a unique atmosphere. Chianti bottles in baskets hung from the ceiling, tables were tightly packed in, service was very few words and fast but the food was beyond expectations!

Pedimos un bruschetta de inicio, cuando llegó, era una rebanada de pan de supermercado, tostados, tomates en lata con la punta y queso rallado encima. En esto pagamos por nuestras bebidas y huimos, teníamos una muy mala vibra del lugar cuando lo íbamos pero lo estaba arruinando con la lluvia, así que pensamos en arriesgarnos.

decidí probar este lugar como una opción de último minuto, entró y el hecho de que estuviera completamente vacío debería haber sido una señal de advertencia. El lugar olía fatal. Pedí el vino tinto que sabía que había puesto 1/2 agua y 1/2 vino barato en mi copa. Mi compañero pidió un peroni y trajeron una Stella. El pan y la mantequilla de cortesía estaban fríos y rancios. La comida era horrible. La pasta de mariscos de mi pareja apestaba a un olor horrible a pescado (no a lo que debería oler el buen marisco) y el plato que pedí parecía y sabía como chef boyardee. Sin mencionar que había tanta sal en nuestra comida que solo podía tragar un par de picaduras.

Det såg trevligt ut utifrån men det var så trångt och omysigt inne. Personalen var sur och tråkig. Minestronesoppan var okej men man undrar om inte tomatsoppan var en burksoppa. Helt smaklös. Dessutom var brödet torrt. Aldrig mer går vi dit.

La comida es fría, insípida, sin sabor, los espaguetis son peores que una comida preparada de Islandia. Yo era la única persona en este restaurante el lunes por la noche. El servicio era bueno, pero la comida y el vino eran justos. Cuando me ofrecieron un cuchillo para un plato de pollo, me preocupé con razón. El pollo estaba duro, las papas asadas fueron hervidas y solo vieron un horno brevemente. Esperaba las deliciosas patatas asadas con romero que he tenido en Italia. Estaba sobrevalorado con un cargo por servicio del 15% agregado. No volveré allí.

Nous sommes allés en famille pour nous restaurer après une bonne journée de marche dans ce restaurant proche de notre hôtel. La serveuse nous a placé immédiatement ce qui est plutôt un bon point. Mais la première surprise est arrivée lorsque la serveuse nous a demandé si nous voulions boire quelque chose, nous avons réclamés uniquement de l’eau. Elle nous a retiré les verres...Les plats sont quelconques et plutôt chers pour de la nourriture « familiale ». À peine avions-nous terminés nos assiettes qu’elles nous ont été retirées. Lorsque nous avons souhaités payer en divisant la note en 2 la serveuse est repartie en grommelant. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Maten var väl okej, men ingen höjdare. Vitlöksbrödet var lite vidbränt och man hade faktiskt använt för mycket vitlök för min smak. Huvudrätten var gnocchi med potatisdumplings, en kombination som gav rätten en konstig konsistens. Men det smakade inte illa.

Non andate mai, per nessun motivo, in questo ristorante. Piuttosto digiunate! E’ in assoluto il peggior posto che abbia mai provato in vita mia! From the outside this place looks warm and welcoming. On entering the EMPTY place (2 of us) we asked for a window table but were refused as they were for 4 people and were allocated a tiny table no bigger than a chess board.

Das Essen war grundsätzlich in Ordnung jedoch überteuert. Es wurde eine obligatorische Servicecharge von 15% verrechnet, welche für einen Gast auf der Speisekarte nicht gleich erkennbar ist. Auf Nachfrage, was die Service Charge ist wurde ganz wirsch auf den Hinweis auf der Speisekarte verwiesen.

We only saw one person working here so service was very slow. Seemed okay from the outside and we had not read reviews. Had pizza which was good. Several other tables got up and left after they were seated but not waited on. Strange place.

Pedí un marisco linguini y creo que olía tan mal que no podía comer. La señora que nos enseñó la mesa me dio el agua que solicite y ella sólo paquete encima de la mesa sin abrir y me dio un cristal sucio. La decoración no me molestó, pero el grosero/blunt servicio y comida normal no era estupenda. Pedí un pizza, que era un poco sosa. Quizás es más auténtico, sin embargo, también era muy quemado y porque era llevar, no había mucho que hacer. Buena lección para leer las críticas antes de ir a un restaurante de dudosa procedencia.

I wish I have read the reviews before, not after being to this place. Such an unpleasant place. The food was so-so, not great (hopefully will not be poisoned), the waitress very rude and added 6 pounds to 34 pounds bill by herself. Then did something strange with my card - processed transaction twice, then reverted it, then processed again... and what can you do? Still haven't seen my bank account charge. Please never eat at this place keep walking, there should be better places out there!

Late on a Saturday night we passed by this place as they were closing. They were gracious and let us stay for dinner. We had a very fine bottle of wine from Chatenauf du Pape! To top the great wine, we had wonderful pasta cooked with the sauces we requested. Service was good and we ended our vacation with a great dinner in a small, quaint place.Only issue was bill was not correct. Once they corrected it ... it was still not correct but in our favor. It was late, so we just paid the correct amount and said good night.

I was desperate for Italian and this was close by to where we we staying. On first glance I thought OK so it's not the best decor but the waitress looks Italian and I've eaten great food in less spectacular places so I'll give it a try - BIG MISTAKE. I ordered a glass of red which was delivered in a grubby glass by the now abrupt Italian waitress. Food was terrible, I didn't finish it and I couldn't wait to get out of there so I got up to pay but was quickly snapped at to sit back down to pay at the table. Even the other diners were embarrassed and a couple who were contemplating coming in walked out in a hurry!

Saturday night, a few customers already dining. Decor was hideous but gave it the benefit of the doubt as I am a big fan of Italian food. We ordered the Lasagne and the house special Ariabiata - both were Luke warm, pasta was very powdery and food was overall tasteless. We had two mouthfuls each of the dishes and decided to get the bill. This was absolutely the worst dining experience I've had in Central London. The restaurant does not warrant to be in the location it is in. Definitely not Authentic Italian food. Please avoid.

So sorry I didn't read the reviews here first. I was starving and it looked ok. The lady, an Italian... was dry but ok, didn't want to strike up a conversation with her. The Pasta e Fagioli soup was very good. The pizza sucked!! Avoid at all cost!!

Uno de los restaurantes que mas me ha decepcionado el servicio bastante pesimo y la comida nose muy bien como explicarlo pero por 3 trozos de pan con queso y ajo, 4 champiñones con queso fundido y tres pechugas de pollo con dos botellas de agua 100 libras me parece de broma, no vuelvo a ir!!

Es un restaurante caro (por la calle en que está situado) y de calidad de comida baja. Realmente no vale la pena entrar. El servicio de camarero es lento y poco profesional. Lo demuestra que solo había dos mesas ocupadas cuando nosotros entramos. A unos minutos hay otras opciones.

Avoid this restaurant. Food is barely edible and then they whack you with a 15% service charge. Ordered garlic bread that came out burnt and dry. This was followed by mussels in what tasted like a can of chopped tomatoes warmed up in a microwave. main was a sea bass which is why they receive the 1 star. It wasnt bad. with no vegetables on the plate we were forced to order the sides. The roasted potatoes were more boiled than baked and the fresh vegetables consisted of a bowl of peas with a couple of pieces of zucchini.

Food is OK, but overpriced. Wine was OK but overpriced. Service was ordinary and to top it off there is a 15% service fee even though the service is poor. When asked about it the waitress was both rude and dismissive. She didn't care about a poor review, so I would recommend walking past this place.

Mysig och genuint italiensk mitt i larmiga London. Lite udda glas. Inredningen har kommit till under de senast 60 åren och lager på lager sättet. Udda glas och mycket god hemlagad pasta. Skaldjurs pastan är ett mirakel av goda smaker till ett bra pris.

A quick meal was required as off to a gig and this pizzeria is over the road from our hotel - what a bad move.Surly woman who was almost impossible to understand was the only waitress and she did didn't smile all evening.Restaurant smelt of mothballs / damp and the service was slow as the miserable woman kept disappearing into the kitchen for ages. When we walked into the restaurant the waitress was very gruff and offhand and this was the experience throughout the meal, which was considerably better than the way she treated the numerous potential customers she left standing in the doorway or told "not now" or seated in the doorway. When we told her there were people waiting when she was out of the room, she replied that she only had one chef and he was old and tired. It was like a scene from Faulty Towers and the waitress was like Manuel without the sense of humour. When the meal arrived it was average at best, but the problem arose when the bill arrived. We were charged for bread we did not order, an extra vegetable order and some other items we could not read on the menu. For two of us we paid 88 pounds for one course each plus salad and vegetables which did not come with the meal and 3 glasses of wine and a coffee. We had a similar meal the night before just down the street for considerably less and it was a far more congenial experience. Do not go to that restaurant

There was a terrible smell when we walked in, very dark and an unfriendly miserable untidy lady was only one there! would have walked out normally but my mum is unable to walk very far so felt would give it a go! So wish we hadn't stayed, the carbonara was uncooked in places as hard and the wine choice was red or white, no rose and small glasses!!! When the bill came its was £41.00!!! For 2 microwave meals and some awful wine! When I queried the bill their was a 15% charge on which was unbelievable as the service was horrendous! We waited ages for her to come back out of the kitchen to pay! Was such a bad experience from beginning to end, I would warn anyone not to eat there!!

We knew as soon as we walked inside there was a problem, an awful smell lingered around the restaurant, similar to an old grandads 10 year old slippers. One staff member the whole time. Our starter was garlic bread, my local Sainsburys proved better, and within 10 minutes we had our main, probably with the help of a 800w microwave. We went into a dark smelly restaurant to be greeted by the most miserable waitress ever She gave us the menu and when e asked for a glass of Rose were told RED or WHITE £6.50 for a glass of vinegar (That's how it tasted ) Ordered meals which looked pretty unappetising and were not very tasty.The waitress walked around looking miserable and when we asked for the bill we were told there was a 15% service charge (in small writing) We left disappointed and when we checked menu outside Service charge was covered by an "open" label AWFUL

DO NOT go to this restaurant. I walked in alone tonight during the height of dinner (there were only 3 parties of 2 each at the time with all the other tables empty) and the hostess/owner says very rudely, "Sorry, there's no space." There were two tables for one person directly in front of me. I said excuse me and she repeated herself and walked away. This place clearly does not value its customers or making money. If this restaurant only has 6 people at 8 PM on a Tuesday then they better take all the business they can get. Please spend your money/tell your friends to spend their money elsewhere when in Kensington since you very well might be turned away for no reason. If you will be dining alone, it is especially not worth it. Absolutely no excuse to be treated in such a way. The place smelled bizarre anyway, which is probably a good indicator of the food quality. If they don't care about having customers then they probably don't care about how their food tastes either. If you read a few of the reviews below, you'll find the same thing happening to other people. Let's see how many reviews it takes for this place to get the picture.

I would not recommend this restaurant. We went here for our last meal in London, and I'm not sure we could have ended our tour on a lower note. There was nobody there when we showed up, which should have been a clue, but we figured we were just eating earlier than most people. The service was so slow we wondered if the waiter was also doing the cooking. The food was unremarkable. Our biggest problem came when we were trying to pay our bill. We asked for separate checks, since we all had our own credit cards. They refused to do it and would only split the check five ways evenly, and suggested if we had paid more than somebody else, they should buy us a drink later. We hadn't encountered this issue anyplace else, and this person was quite rude about it. I don't recommend it.

Fatigué de marcher , on s'est posé ici parce qu'une personne sortait en nous disant: "c'est très bon allez y"! Alors d'accord. La déco est chargé ,des anciennes bouteilles de chianti pendent de toutes part .Une dame d'un certain age nous place . Elle n'est ni aimable , ni désagréable (en tout cas pas avec nous, d'autres ont eu moins de chance).Le repas était un peu long à venir , mais ça allait , les portions étaient corrects . Ce n'est pas inoubliable!

Vi var tre stykker som var og spiste her, og da vi spurte om noe i menyen ble vi besvart på en frekkting vis av ei sur servitrise som var alene jobb. Mens vi satt der og ventet på maten kom det flere inn, men de ble avvist på en frekk og utidig måte endå det var flere bord ledig. Maten vi bestilte var biff og stekte poteter, noen av potetene var kalde mens andre var svidd. Biffen var i motsetning veldig bra perfekt stekt og veldig mør. Dette er en plass jeg aldri vil spise på mer.

The pizza romano was appetizing. This restaurant is a typical Italian place, which when it's the basics, is hard to mess up (in my opinion). We ate there on a Monday and aside from a business man and his work partner, were the only ones there. The only waitress, who probably owns the restaurant as well, was attentive but she was difficult to understand. I was weary about using my credit card there but had run out of pounds. So far, no weird transactions but still made me nervous.

Frozen, burnt and expensive pizzas. Don't go ! We bought a dessert at the supermarket outside... Funny memories, at least....

It's the attitude of this restaurant' management to its customers which concerns me. The night that we chose this restaurant we, like many other prospective customers perused the menu on display at the front door. What we could not know from that perusal was that the restaurant imposes a mandatory 15% service charge on patrons. We could not know because the menu on display has this fact obscured by a piece of paper which declares that the restaurant is open. We knew the restaurant was open, it was obvious as the menu display is right near the front door. So, one wonders why the menu on display needs to be partially covered by a small note saying that it was open, and that this note conveniently covers information which would be important for a consumer deciding whether or not to enter this establishment. When we queried the final bill which included the 15% service charge, the waitress was very quick off the mark to produce a menu which stated that the service charge would be included. None of us could recall noticing that wording on the menus that were presented to us when we were initially seated in the restaurant. It's possible that the menus we saw did include this information however that none of us noticed it, and that the waitress immediately produced a menu with the information on it when I queried the charge, did give us cause to wonder. It also led us to wonder how many other customers had the need to query the charge. So what does one get for an expensive menu plus a high service charge? Well, the food was ordinary; if I was a professional chef I would be embarrassed to serve it up. As to the service, the sole waitress was run off her feet. There were lengthy delays in the order being taken and further delays for the food to be delivered. It seemed the owner demanded too much of the waitress. One wouldn't pay an additional 1.5% for the service, let alone 15%. I'll leave it to the reader to decide whether the way in which the restaurant fails to display its "service charge" is deceptive. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place, I'd prefer to go hungry than eat there again!

VecchioMondo is a classic London Italian Restaurant serving straightforward tasty Italian dishes. My Minestrone was full of flavour and the Pollo alla Casalinga excellent. Vegetables were perfectly cooked. Service was polite and friendly. A good place to eat.

Called in after a day in London sightseeing. Ordered 2 pizzas and a seafood linguine for 3 adults. The pizzas were small, thick, hacked into uneven pieces and raw in the middle with no flavour. The seafood was past its best and meagre. Only one member of staff on show who was infriendly and did not ask if our food was good. It wasn't - and all 3 left most of our meal. We refused to pay the 15% service charge but did pay for the food, which we regret since the bill was £60 and we were hungry. Don't even think about eating there.

This place looks like it should be a great little trattoria style Italian restaurant. In reality it's a cold, charmless place with very mediocre food at very high prices for what you get. Avoid this place unless you are desperate.

Tout d'abord un accueil étonnant par une dame qui fait tout toute seule (accueil, service, cuisine). Donc elle a du mérite, mais un abord de rottweiler! Si vous parlez quelques mots d'italien vous aurez alors un léger sourire! Je ne peux pas juger de l'hygiène car je n'ai vu ni la cuisine ni les sanitaires. La déco est un peu hétéroclite (bouteilles de chianti vides au plafond), affiches surranées et apparemment un restaurant qui a dû avoir un semblant de vie.Concernant le repas, pour nous, les portions étaient correctes et les plats relativement bons. Je pense que les pizzas sont en partie surgelées mais dans le doute...L'ambiance très triste... Nous étions seuls avant, pendant et après le repas. Il est vrai que ce quartier residentiel est plutôt désert le soir et en semaine.Le rapport qualité /prix est celui de Londres pour un dîner de 3 personnes, 77£ vin et café compris.

We were four at the table the evening of the 25th of decembre. Only one woman served all the tables. We waited a long time to get our meal. The pizza was extremely small and boring. The tomato soup uneatable. the pasta dishes were average and less. the prices were extremely high for such a dinner quality. We are used to better italian restaurants!

12 of us went there as it was opposite our hotel ( business trip) - much of what has already been said holds true with our experiences. only one waitress/server, very quiet evening, 3 couples were in when we arrived, no one else came in during our meal. I can only speak for my 'mushroom pizza' which was probably the worst pizza I've ever had. Someone has posted a photo of a 'sicilian pizza' and without the 3 olives, it is exactly the same as my 'mushroom' pizza. - about 9 inches diameter, very thick and doughy and burnt black in places underneath. I think there were 2 slices of 'mushroom' on it. Not terrible enough to send back - would any replacement have been an improvement? but certainly not good enough to entice me back or indeed recommend to anyone else.

We went in here as it was virtually opposite our hotel - the food was decent, but I couldn't work out why there wasn't any more than one server. Several times people came in looking for a table and left before being offered a table, then at least one group were turned away from a half empty restaurant, being told there was no room...

We stopped at this small Italian restaurant as we were staying nearby. It is like a little treasure! The atmosphere was old school Italian restaurant and the hostess was amazing. She was not only the hostess, but served as the waitress and although she was very busy, we felt well cared for. I was with my son and a friend and we ordered appetizers, wine, a few different entrees and everything was delicious! In front of the restaurant is a lovely and lush gathering of plants and flowers, and the space felt so cozy, warm and home-like. I would recommend to anyone who wants a long, lazy and comfortable retreat from the crazy streets of London! The next time I am in London I am making it a point to return to this restaurant!

Small traditional Italian restaurant on a busy road, hidden behind loads of flowers and bushes.Two other tables occupied when we arrived.Had to struggle to get food ordered but it was ok when it arrived.Couldn't believe it when the only person serving went in the back for about 5 minutes, and lost two parties who came in, waited for tables, and then left.Food price ok, but 15% service added automatically, probably why she wasn't bothered to talk to us.

Got through the door. At least four tables free with no reservation signs. Waitress/owner extremely rude. Muttered under her breath something we couldn't understand. Couple behind us also missed it. She made up a bill then saw we were still standing there and shouted aloud...nothing at the moment and turned away. Very rude. Wouldn't recommend!!!

Although the restaurant was very busy one waitress controlled the whole show. She ( may have been the owner ) was friendly and efficient. The food was simple but delicious. Very enjoyable indeed

We decided to try some "genuine Italian" food across the street from our hotel (the Park International) and were sorely disappointed. We were one of only two occupied tables in the restaurant and that should have been our first warning. The waitress (owner?) could not have been less interested in us if she had tried. She offered us some dinner rolls, but failed to mention that they came at a cost (as in Italy) and that they had probably been baked a week before. The soup was fairly boring and the pizza was just awful.This is a definite "don't bother". You can find much better, tastier, fresher food in a far nicer atmosphere within easy walking distance of this restaurant.

Why on earth didn't I just check trip advisor - I usually do! Walked past, fancied a decent authentic pizza so went in and was greeted by a very austere woman. Restaurant empty. I should have left. Pizza was small fat and tasteless. Tomatoes were tinned, salami cheap and awful. Fresh chillies as advertised non existent, flaked dried instead. £20 for a pizza and small glass of warm valpolicella. I genuinely write good reviews aimed at pointing people in the right direction. On this occasion it is to recommend avoidance. Rubbish, really awful. An embarrassment to Italian eateries everywhere.

Da fuori ti alletta e sembra un bel posticino, ma poi vi trovate di fronte piatti degni di 'cucine da incubo'! Ma incubi quasi reali.Se proprio ci siete cascati, ordinate una bistecca o un filetto (che lì non si sbaglia). Il resto che abbiamo potuto vedere è spaventoso: fettuccine allo scoglio con pasta scotta, cozze di plastica, gamberetti surgelatissimi, pizza congelata con capelli e mozzarella.Per consolazione arriva un bel conto in caratteri geroglifici (come già detto da altri commenti) ed eccessivo per il livello.

I ran into more Americans here than any other place in London we went. The food is good, familiar Italian, if you are an American wanting something familiar.

Das Essen war ungenießbar und die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich ! Die überteuerte Rechnung unleserlich und die Frau war aggressiv. Bei der Pizza blieb ein undefinierbarer Nachgeschmack zurück. Kein schönes Erlebnis!

This is an Italian restaurant on Cromwell road. Went with my wife and 2 kids for dinner..small restaurant. We were seated on a small table by an old lady who gave us the menus but never came back to take the orders. There was another younger server who alsk never bothered to come to take our orders. I saw the older lady acting rudely when the table next us complained about slow service. I asked the young server if they had a kid's menu (which they don't ) and if she can take our order. She says will do it in couple of minutes. We waited 20 minutes and no one bothered to come to take our orders. At that point I got upset and left the restaurant with my family.I read the reviews about the restaurant today and it seems I was lucky I left!Avoid is my advice to you. ..

I eat at many restaurants around the world and by far this was probably one of the worst meals I have ever had to endure! Everything from the poor service, expensive and mediocre food and terrible ambience let this place down. I paid almost £30 for 2 starters and 1 glass of wine and I was still hungry so went for a dessert at the nearby Sainsburys. I was actually embarrassed by how poorly some US guests were treated when they asked for tap water and separate checks. Unless you want to visit the equivalent of Fawlty Towers in London avoid this place like the plague. And I did mention the terrible service, poor food and 15% service charge to the lady in charge and she couldn't have cared less as she was taking her money!!

I wish I had checked TripAdvisor before visiting this restaurant. Like others I chose to eat here because it was close to the hotel. Food was average, service poor and the bill arrived with a 15% service charge. Not worth the money.

The restaurant is not very large but offers excellent food and atmosphere. A little bit on the high-end with prices but the service is good

A lasanha tinha um cabelo que não era meu.O copo de água estava sujo no rebordo.no fim ainda cobraram mais 2£ de taxa de serviço que não estava indicada em lado nenhum
