very very average food, but my main problem with this restaurant is when it came to the bill, I found a cover charge of ?7.80 and a 12.5% added service charge for not that particularly interested staff and on top of that when using my card I was asked if I then wanted to add a gratuity...these folk arent in the real world.Get real, serve decent food at a decent price and you will still be in bus. next year, otherwise carry on and you will be gone..

We went here one night for dinner, they asked if we had reservations and seemed annoyed that we didn't when the place was empty, it was early too. The apps - calamari with some sort of very fried/dried fish with it & my husbands risotto (green sauce with rice, not risotto) was not good. He got meat ravioli, they didn't have the truffle oil with it - which is fine but that probably increased the price and they didn't take anything off the price (not that we asked). I ordered a ravioli dish but they didn't have ricotta cheese (on a thursday night!), fine I ordered another ravioli dish with king sized seared scallops. The scallops were dried out and tiny - not king & this was one of the most expensive dishes on the menu, oh & it came with 4 raviolis, they were okay but not for the price. The waiter was not good either. The place looked nice inside and the menu looked good, looks are deceiving. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Me and my wife ate here on 31st May. It was part of "Theatre/Meal" type deal that had been booked through Red Letter Days.

In fairness, it was part of a theatre ticket package... Even so, the food was below average, the service was slow and they got our drinks' order wrong... How wrong can you get an order of "water please"?!... If you have the option, go elsewhere!

So I came to this restaurant last night. I actually went there last year as I was passing to get a takeaway whilst working. I thought it was one of tastiest pizzas I've had. It took me a while to find it from memory but eventually found it online and then looked at the reviews. I was in shock at how poor the rating was. I went there yesterday with a pizza connoisseur of sorts. I was very sceptical to go after reading the reviews. I thought surely they've changed ownership and it's gone wrong now. If your reading this don't listen to reviews. All I can say is wow. The pizza was AMAZING, just how I remembered it. I think their secret ingredient is magic. I highly recommend this restaurant. Ok it wasnt busy, probably due to the false reviews I read. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The place was clean the atmosphere was nice. I can't think why anyone could give this a bad review after having a pizza from here. It is definitely worth trying, well worth the money and just opened my eyes to the fact that people complain about everything. I cant comment on the other food but go for the pizza and you'll leave with a smile on your face and that is a promise.

I came here for the first and the last time. We arrived late afternoon and the restaurant was half empty but the service was still slow, I expect they had a very busy lunch rush but doesn't explain really why they had to be so slow now with fewer people in the restaurant. I had never been here before so was very new to the menu and didn't quite know what I was ordering since some of the items on the menu I had not heard of before. I decided to try something unknown however when the food came my plate had, what can only be described as, glorified chicken satay. It was very disappointing and did not satisfy my hunger, to be honest it left me feeling very hangry.
