Awful place, not welcoming, rude who just said, I told you on the phone you can’t understand me, I don’t have staff it’s only me & no kitchen staff to serve more than 4 of you? Then we’ll gladly take our business elsewhere, your loss because you’re awfully RUDE. When our friend went the day before to book, it was all okay but this particular staff (maybe the person running the place) even asked what was the nationalities of the group booking? Does it matter? Regardless if white, brown, black - it should be the same service?! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Rude and looks down on certain individuals if not white or of colour! And to top it all up, the restaurant was half empty!

Popped in for a late lunch/snack for the kids. We were the only people in the restaurant . Asked for a pizza for the kids to share. Owner ( I assume ) said not worth the trouble to cook one pizza and asked us to leave. I could understand if they were rammed with customers , but we were the only people there. Best of luck to them.

The worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant, rude and aggressive waiter, I am very glad I was not alone I was quite frightened by his threatening behaviour. He threw us out of the restaurant because I asked how long our food would be as we had been there for 35 minutes and needed to return to the hospital next door. He said they were very busy, which they weren't as there were only a couple of occupied tables. I wonder what there purpose is as it is clearly not to serve customers.

went with my 15 year old daughter and had great bruschetta and pizza.The place lacks a bathroom but the waiter opened up one of the shops next door which had one. I see its had bad reviews but I thought it was ok and we then went next door for an excellent milkshake !

Ahórrate una miseria y no vayas allí, el personal es el más grosero que he experimentado hasta ahora. No están interesados en su negocio y me hace preguntarme si están llevando a cabo una operación de lavado de dinero allí porque el lugar siempre está vacío. Es mejor ir al Market Restaurant de al lado, donde la comida, el ambiente y el servicio es muy bueno y el personal es amable.

Amazing juices! Prices are high but Chelsea is an expensive area nontheless. It is a farmers market setting with an outdoor environment. Bring cash. It is old school.

Surprised at the high prices as there has been no money spent on the place. Scruffy place. Not recommended.

My disabled wife and I stopped off here for a coffee, had some issues getting the wheelchair in. Having negotiated the furniture and asked for some coffee, were promptly told we couldn't have it unless we had food. The place was empty, other than one other couple. Clearly not interested in customer service, helping the disabled or in the business. Wont be going here again.

£50 for 2 plates of terrible pasta, water and juice.. they don’t have WiFi , they don’t take cards and they don’t have a bathroom! They pasta was sooo spicy it was unbeatable but they didn’t care . £6 for a glass of juice. Spoiled evening. Never go there

It is dirty, I saw people in kitchen eating their nails and then cooking ... prices too expensive ... sorry, in upper case: TOO EXPENSIVE for the tiny plates ... It doesn’t deserve at all... They don’t have toilet, it is a common one in thr market which is probably the worst (shared) toilet I have ever seen in London.

The place and its staff are dirty, dirty, eating less than normal, the price is very expensive and very expensive, we paid za'atar, prata, tea, shakshuka, and tea for 80 pounds, so I recommend not to go to this restaurant المكان والعاملين فيه وسخ وقذر والاكل اقل من عادي والسعرزمبالغ فيه وغالي جدا ، دفعنا قيمه زعتر وحبنه براتا وشاي وبيض شكشوكه وشاي مبلغ 80 جنيه ، لذلك أوصي بعدم الذهاب لهذا المطعم

Espresso for 3 £? Pizza 16£? All of the food was bad and overpriced. Service was friendly but this didn‘t help unfortunatley. It‘s a shame if the farmer‘s market will have too close but if this restaurant disappears it‘s not a problem.

The place is well over price . Our bill came to £55.00 for one pizza with extra toppings (charge £4.00) for each topping and 3 small glass of white vine . They charged £15.00 for pizza £20.00 for toppings and £20.00 for vine.and they only take cash to avoid the tax man .

Visited this place as fancied pizza. Place doesn't look very appealing but we decided to stay. Pizza was nice but for the size and toppings overpriced. They serve fresh juices but charged 1£ extra for mix of orange and grapefruit; never came across anything like that before. To be honest, not worth visiting again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Will save you a lot of time and nerves. Chelsea is full of lovely places with nice welcoming stuff. Their service was just terrible.. stuff is so rude and you can get so much better service someplace else.

We stumbled upon the pizzeria as it started pouring. The waiter advised us that they only accepted cash. We decided to sit down and order lunch. When the bill arrived, we realized that we could pay it and give them a bit of of a tip, but not the full 12.5%.( the 12.5% was inserted into the bill without being labeled service charge). We left all our cash which covered the bill and about 7% tip, but the owner called us back that £1 was missing and started yelling at us. I explained to him that we covered our and we gave them all the cash we had for the service. He persisted in yelling at us in the restaurant! It was very embarrassing and uncalled for. We will never go back?

Estábamos tan molestos por el personal, pedimos un vino de la casa a los 18 años como en el menú que te dan, cuando nos presentaron la factura nos cobraron 55 por la botella, estábamos muy preocupados de que la botella venía sin un sello y como nosotros pedí rosa y el vino parecía vino blanco y parecía vino casero, no nos quejamos en ese momento porque no queríamos causar una escena, pero cuando llegó la factura le preguntamos al gerente por qué habíamos estado allí. cargó 55, se enojó mucho y dijo que debido al día soleado, ¡compró gente estúpida en su restaurante! ! ! ! ! Nos cobraron 88 por 1 pizza 1 botella de vino y una ensalada. Mantente alejado si no te gusta que te timen

I never write reviews and i created an account just to be able to write one on this place! The food is below average and absurdly over priced! They charge £25 for burrata, £25 for a Zataar pizza, £5 for tomato and basil, £5 for a plain pizza dough, and £30 for 4 eggs! First of all we ordered the burrata and the waiter led us to think that it comes with the Zaatar pizza and tomato and basil but apparently he charged everything seperatley! Not to mention the bread he charged...

Acaba de terminar mi pizza Quattro formaggi y nuevamente fue muy bueno (la última vez hace 3 semanas). Corteza crujiente y mezcla de queso. De acuerdo con otras críticas que no deberían venir aquí para el servicio, pero no es mi experiencia desagradable. Sin frivolidades. Se informó sobre el único efectivo y encontramos el servicio eficiente.

I agree with the other reviewers. Have never been made to feel so unwelcome at a restaurant - this guy is unpleasant and rude. As a group of four, we were initially told we had to have a table inside even though half the tables in the sunshine were available. After we reached an agreement on being allowed to sit in the sun, we ordered a couple of jugs of Pimm's before deciding on pizzas to share - at which point we were told that everyone at the table had to order a main. I understand why restaurants have rules like this and we would have happily complied, were the message not delivered in such a hostile, angry way. This guy has issues. We asked for a bill for the drinks we'd ordered, and then since no-one came to collect it we left the cash on the table and walked away - at which point we were accosted by a raging lunatic who accused us of doing a runner. Very Britishly, we simply pointed out that the cash was on the table rather than saying what we really wanted to say to him, and went up the road a couple of minutes to the wonderful Sydney Arms where we got a table in the sunshine, some great bar food, and Pimms that were twice as good, twice as big and half the price.

Nice end March sunny day. Looking for an outdoor lunch in Chelsea we stopped by La Pizzeria, reminiscing how much fun we had with friends there.First bad sign, there are no customers.Second bad sign, pretty aloof manager tries to up sell our order.I requested a very crispy, thin pizza. Thin it was, crispy not at all. A soggy preparation of industrial cheese, topped by 8 olives and 6 anchovies was my lot.2 bad pizzas and 2 beers GBP41 ($65). Do not, under any circumstance go there.

Horrendous service, food pretty poor. The owners are basically unfriendly. A real tourist trap. There are so many good restaurants in Chelsea so just do not go there.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Service is terrible, food quality is terrible and it is outrageoursly expensive. Definately not worth the price and trouble. I felt completely rip off by the owners.

Went here with my sister and brother in law for lunch. We ordered two spaghetti carbonaras and a tomato based pasta. Between the three of us we have NEVER sent food back to a kitchen and we sent all three. The carbonaras were nothing short of truly inedible - I tried my sister's carbonara thinking her complaints were exaggerated and found it truly disgusting. It also had packet ham cut up with scissors on the top rather than bacon or pancetta cooked in the sauce. My tomato pasta tasted like tinned tomatoes with no cooking or simmering at all, totally tasteless. We were all sitting there staring at each other in astonishment. Not only was the food terrible but the service was terrible (we had to sit there for 10 minutes before we had to ask to be given menus) and we also had to ask them to turn down the radio which was blaring ads so loudly that we could barely talk to each other. Rethink your pizza choice. Go to Made In Italy up the kings road a bit instead, same prices, better service, rooftop terrace.

I concur with the other reviewers. Not only is the food mediocre, but the service is the worst in London. Do not plan on setting foot in there again.

We went here at 11:30 in the morning, there were about 8 other people here, and plenty of space. The owner said we couldn't come in (two adults and a pram carrying a toddler) because there was no space for the pram. What about there, I said, indicating a vast empty space by a table at the side. No, no space, he insisted. What a disagreeable man. Can't say what the food is like as he wouldn't let us eat.

Though the food here is actually uncluttered, simple, good Italian it's actually not worth tolerating the abrasive staff, especially the owner. We waited around for 20 minutes and were shuffled around, eventually we were told that they couldn't serve us and we should leave. Too much attitude from a place that draws no crowd through 95% of the year, despite the amazing location and high potential of the space and cuisine. Closure seems impending.

This place has received numerous bad reviews on other sites, so I felt compelled to have it listed on tripadvisor. First of all they only accept cash, this would not be a problem if you were made aware of, instead it is printed at the bottom of the menu in a very small print. We ordered Italian mixed Italian antipasti and spaghetti with clams. The antipasti was ok, there is very little that can go wrong with some pre-sliced cold cuts and some olives. The spaghetti was overcooked, a good proportion of the clams remained closed, these should never be eaten, and the chef definitely used far too much pepper but did not salt the water in which he coked the pasta. The service is ok, although only some waiters can take your order, this really can slow things down. One last point, the owner can come across as "rude", personally I just think that he is not a restaurateur.
