The best restaurants serving Italian food in Leicester East Midlands

Wonderful restraunt, we have been here as a couple many times but first time as a family with our 6 year old. It was a great meal which we all enjoyed for a reasonable price. The staff Sunny/ Mebin were fantastic and very attentive.

I visited this pizzeria for the 1st time tonight and the pizza was excellent, i ordered a 12inch vegetarian and it was freshly prepared and ready to eat within 10 minutes. The price was very resonable and i will definitely visit again in the future

Amazing value. Jacket potatoes were large and generously filled and were excellent value. Smashed avocado was really great and again good value. Latte was lovely, and the cheesecake was polished off very quickly. The gelato was also very very nice. Staff were very friendly and polite. Wish we lived nearer as I would definitely be a regular customer

This is an authentic Italian place that does great home-made food at very reasonable prices. The pizzas are delicious, with a good range of toppings, and the home-made Tirumisu is highly recommended. Either eat-in or take away.

Lovely little gem! The decor is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. We popped in on a whim and both enjoyed the pasta with salmon - really delicious. Service was a little slow but we didn't mind because there was some musical entertainment which also added to the atmosphere. A nice intimate restaurant - would be perfect for a date. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing afternoon with pizza and fizz at veeno, the customer service was brilliant I did not catch the name of the lady but she was ever so good, and could not forget the chef Patryk which made sure we were happy with our food and provided top customer service definitely will be returning soon!

The gelato was average, shame there were few flavours available. Also I had coffee and it was burnt.

Had an amazing experience at OGGI for Valentine’s Day! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was packed with incredible flavor. The atmosphere was romantic, and the service was top-notch. Starter: A beautifully presented prawn dish, served in a delicate, flavorful broth with a hint of herbs and seasoning. The prawns were perfectly cooked, tender, and full of taste. Main Course: A stunning fillet of sea bass, pan-seared to perfection and served with a rich, buttery sauce. Accompanied by fresh vegetables and a side of citrus for balance, this dish was both elegant and satisfying. Dessert: A silky panna cotta with a perfect wobble, drizzled with a fruity berry coulis and garnished with a crisp red tuile. Light, creamy, and the perfect way to finish the meal.

Lovely Restaurant with ample space for our family. The food and service was excellent with a varied menu and the usual suspects on the menu for those with more conventional tastes. The range of drinks was good. It’s on a busy main road but drops and pickups by taxi are no issue. Would gladly return.
