The best restaurants serving Indian food in Sutton Trinity Birmingham West Midlands

A* food, service and management from start to finish, some of the best food I've had for a long long time and an absolute brilliant array of drinks to complement the great food at a very respectable price considering the area. Would highly recommend.

I can’t even explain how awful my experience was. Like someone else previously leaving a review, if I could give 0 I would. Let’s start with timings, it took 2 hours for my food to arrive despite ordering before 6pm on a Saturday. I’m vegetarian and my mixed veg curry basically consisted of peas and sauce - not to mention it was the blandest thing I’ve ever tried. The naan bread was about an inch thick and was too doughy. Would never order from here again.

We hired Veerus as our wedding caterers. We went for a tasting and it was so good, the flavours were all there. Fast forward to the wedding day the canapés and the evening food was spot on HOWEVER the main food for the sit down meal was a huge let down. It was not what we tried at the food tasting, the rice was watery, the roti was burnt! The curry had no flavour and the sauce of it was so watery! the dhal was not buttery like when we had tried it and to top it off they used the most ridiculous serving plates ( you literally couldn’t fit anything in them) we had to ask for more food to be put in the bowls as there wasn’t enough to go around the table. Overall we were very disappointed especially as the sit down meal was not what we expected. We tried to raise with to Shevy ( the owner) but he wasn’t having none of it, and we have chased and chased and yet had no response! I wouldn’t recommend Veerus as wedding caterers ,so disappointing and they even turned up late on the wedding day!

Service was awful to be honest young lad who served us had no manners, food wasn’t the worst but nothing special. Definetly wouldn’t go back

Poor Ambience, cold and draft coming from door, no central heating on, as snowing out side! Table service unpleasant, asked for water 6 times and 3 different waiters! Food bland and lukewarm, not enough sauce in curry, so dry! Dirty plates left on table a long time and had to ask for them to be removed. Asked for bill which came, but never came back for payment, had to pay on way out. The couple we went with told us, it was usually good and even there said, the whole experience was really poor!

Went with some friends to watch the euros , we had pre booked a table for 8 of us and all ordered drinks and some food. By the time the football started the manager came over and told us to leave as we were not spending enough. They then let another group waiting at the door have our table and we had to leave our drinks and food that we had all paid for. Absolutely disgusting. Will tell everybody I know to stay away
