The best restaurants serving Indian food in Stockport North West

We ordered a take out to be delivered. Excellent service, outstanding food. We had onion bahji, poppins, boiled rice chicken tikka masala and chicken balti jalfrezi… so so good can’t wait for the next one!

Pretty good biryani… lots of good quality chicken. Delivery was good (to canal tow path!). Would eat again there. Thanks for a great meal guys!!!!!

Ordered a chicken and lamb kebab what a great disappointment Bonani has really gone down hill never again

Good quality food and few things on the menu you don't normally see dosa's are very good. Back of house could do with some tidying up but defo worth a try.

Had a takeout with the family and every dish hit the spot. Tasty and quality food and good value for money.

Place is a joke! Ordered food with a request of if it’s gonna take to long don’t worry I’ll order somewhere else 3 hours later no delivery f**king fuming and to late to order from somewhere else. Useless. Avoid!!!!

went in around 11:30 and they said they was not serving food when they are open till 12no point in advertising if you are not going to serve food

Came to try this indian takeaway for the first time last night. The chef was very friendly and the service efficient!! Had the most wonderful chicken patia which was a first time for me!! And I think this will be my new go to Indian takeaway my husband had garlic chicken. I will definitely be back.

Been to the Purple Pakora three times over the last month and unfortunately it’s been virtually empty. The reputation of the place had gone down over a few years but seems like they have a new chef and staff and the service and food is now really good, probably the best curry available in the Stockport’s area. I’d certainly recommend a visit as am sure you will not be disappointed.

Ordered this through just eat. The food came all spilled and ruined in the bag. I did not get my veg spring rolls, or my iron bru this order cost over £33. The food I did eat made me violently ill. When I spoke to them about a refund, they said as I did not take pictures, they cannot help. Will be contacting public health regarding the hygiene standards of this company, I have never felt so ill before from food. Awful food and even worse service.

Take-away, ordered ahead, 20 mins, food ready and hot. Excellent Indian Railway curry (lamb) and roti. Good lamb chops to start with.

A wonderful and unforgettable weekend family and friends dining . We spent a lot, but it was worth it !! Hope we get s good discount in our next visit as promised by one of the staffs !

The biggest kebab in Stockport only had donner meat on and it was cold. Chicken tikka kebab had 5 small bits on chicken and was cold .

Just bought 2 wraps for lunch, we ordered and paid for extra salad we didnt get extra salad. my wrap had bacon on it which wasn’t what I ordered, I cannot eat bacon I’m allergic. It wasn’t wrapped properly at all…. I have thrown what was a poor excuse for a wrap in the bin.. was the worst food I have ever bought
