worst service ever and can't deliver on time

Made an order at 4.30 for 6pm delivery - food arrived at 7. Despite phone calls to the restaurant. Some of order was also missing. Phoned the restaurant who promised to refund some money.. but did not! Food was ok however half went to waste as I ordered it for a certain time so that my partner could eat before he left for work. Restaurant said they were very busy tonight which i understand but I had specifically ordered for a certain time for a reason.

Was a little bit late coming but was worth the wait. Food was lovely. Compliments to the chef

I ordered the biggest Kebab in Stockport. I ate half and am full to the brim. I'll have the other tomorrow. It was full of meats including shaslik and was very tasty. I had chilli sauce and mint sauce with salad. I will definitely order again but not too regulatly or I'll pile on the pounds.

Asked for a text and they moved it back to 01:25, from 01:10 which said it was the latest delivery option. My food arrived later than 2:10pm..

Ordered food at 7pm and food didn't arrive until 9pm, more than an hour after expected delivery time. Very poor custome service, look elsewhere if your time is important to you.

Ordered from here once before a year ago, was really great. But must have got new owners as the food today tastes crap. Tasteless food just slapped together for the sake of it, not even any effort put into it. Specifically said mild spice in both notes for the takeaway, they completely ignored it and made it as spicy as you possibly can get. Never going there again. Better places elsewhere.

food all cold.. keema nan no meat innit.. oil all over the bag.. curry full of onions n cold.. 3 pieces of meat in the lamb curry.

The monster kebab had no lamb , very little chicken like a piece was chopped up into little pieces to make it look more it was basically a doner kebab at twice the price because there was nothing else in it . Very disappointed with order

Food ordered at 6.35, turned up at 8.25. Nothing from the restaurant to say it was going to be delayed, would’ve appreciated that instead of me chasing it up. Got one of the items wrong. Food was ok.

driver said it was delivered when it wasn't. called much later to say he wasn't allowed near the address so had to meet him nearby

the food was late then when contacted with new time was still late and stone cold wondering if the driver just drove round with it for a hour

the delivery driver was very polite. the food was amazing. the lamb in my kahari was so tender an tasty. I couldn't fault anything I ordered. worth every penny. I look forward to our next order with you. thankyou.

First time ordering from here - price was great. Food was 10 mins late but it was coming to Denton so I get that 👍🏽 food - there was loads!! Got the big kebab which was fully loaded and tasty. Pizza was approved by daughter and they listened to our requests. Spot on..will be ordering again for sure!! Just maybe not as much as we are all stuffed

I decided to go for the biggest kebab as that is a bold statement. I’ve tried many Biggest kebabs and all have failed. This was different it was the biggest. The way the onion Bhaji’s are put on there make it really nice and gives it a good layer. Considering I live 20mins away the food was still very hot and was 20mins early. Definitely going back again for the kebab

Great food and excellent service. only issues was the chats had to much spice in them. they are normally quite mild.

The food was excellent, but the restaurant only contacted me 10 minutes after the estimated delivery time to say they were just starting to make my order but didn't have bananas for my waffles. I said I'd ordered an hour previous and was asked "what do you want me to do about it?" they refused to apologise for the delay and when they handed the phone to their manager he hung up on me. The food arrived an hour after the estimated time.

I had the lamb byriani and chips full of flavour it was 20 mins earlier than estimated and arrived nice and hot would highly recommend them

Over hr wait after ringing 3 times to be told it was on its way and it will be a couple minutes and then another 40mins went by I rang and they said they were cooking it, it will be 10mins and I said 40mins ago you said it was on its way and he couldn’t say anything. Another 30mins went by, I rang again I said I’m getting frustrated now my kids are hungry and it’s going past there bedtime, he again said it’s on its way..20mins later it arrived. There was no apologies nothing and the food got her

My delivery has not arrived, should have been here 6.45 at the latest. Rang the store, they said it will be here in 2 minutes, irs now 6.55pm. I think it has been delivered to the wrong address

had to wait nearly an hour and half for our food when it was supposed to be 20 minutes I was very angry when it arrived as all the food was cold me and my husband had not eaten all day and was looking forward to the meal, I have ordered from here before a while ago and the food was always nice and tasty I have told the restaurant to come and pick it up that I want my money back in full one of the guys is getting in touch with just eat, I have now ordered from elsewhere unhappy customer

Order food from here a few times usually okay tonight I’ve ordered got a kebab asked for chilli and mayo got only mayo ordered a milkshake they didn’t bring it rang the restaurant and they said it’s been sent out for me waited for half and hour and rang back to be told it’s been sent again nothing has been delivered yet

The delivery Driver phoned up at 6.40pm asking for me to come down from my 5th floor flat to takes the delivery off him from outside the building. I'm disabled and this is not possible. I waited 5 minutes then phoned the takeaway only to find out the driver had taken it back. I complained that he had not followed the clear instructions on the receipt of how to enter the building.. Then we had to wait a further 10 minutes before a different driver came to our front door.

The order took 2 hours to come from ordering. The curry had leaked everywhere in the bag, the food was stone cold and the doner tasted like it had been sat there for a week, more like flavourless beef jerkey.

I ordered before 9pm. by 2220 it still was not here! I contacted just eat and 10 minutes later still no food so I requested a refund. they refused and blamed it on the weather. when it eventually turned up at 2248 it was cold and I was way past eating

1st kebab tasked fir mint sauce, it had mint and chilli. My son n hates chilli sauce so wouldn’t eat it. What a waste. 2nd kebab asked fjr chilli and mint sauce, only had chilli sauce on. Far to hot. Hardly any salad in it. What a let down

This was the best kebab I have ever had. It ran a bit late but it’s NYE so that’s expected. The madras sauce was delicious. Kebab lovers need to try this place, the monster kebab was epic. Although it beat me 😳👍🏻

Biggest kebab in Stockport? Feel sorry for Stockport for the price not worth it the biryani was shocking sent in standard rice container only half full not the round biryani container this is my first and last order feel ripped of shocking

The food was lovely and the portion sizes were a lot bigger than expected such as the mini monster kebab, it has made us curious just how big the regular monster kebab is. The workers were lovely and we even received some free poppadoms and dips which was a fun surprise when our food arrived will definitely return.

The food was too oily, taste burnt and the sundae was a milkshake. Won't be ordering again.

I really hate having to leave a bad review but this couldn’t be ignored. Food was an hour late, I appreciate it’s Saturday but the delivery time was inaccurate and should have been updated if it was going to take an hour longer. The food arrived and it was all stone cold. The curry tasted like it was from a jar and the naan bread tasted like it was from a supermarket. Not what I’d expect at all, the curry was also very greasy and oily. Wouldn’t recommend at all

absolutely awful forgot half my food chicken was chewy pizza was stone cold and looked like it had been out for about a week and chips were still frozen with cold rice

Food was off very poor quality. It arrived Luke warm because it was late. The wrap was soggy and I wouldn't feed it to my dog. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering from there again
