The Dal Palak was too spicy! Your food never used to be this hot! Why have you suddenly changed?

Cooking is really slow! (Took one hour for our curries). They were nice though. The blonde waitress is very unfriendly and inattentive (she got our orders wrong and then made out we were the problem for mentioning it).

We were introduced to Indian Tiffin Room by our car salesman, and it's the best place ever. It's understandable why they are always busy, the food is always fresh and arrives timely. It is one of the few places we can literally pick anything on the menu and know we will love it. It's guaranteed to be tasty and a mouthful of flavour explosion. Our faves are ITR Dossa, chicken lollipop, the tandoori broccoli, there are so many I'd end up listing the whole menu lol. Thanks so much guys.

We ate here for the first time this week and it was delicious! We had the chicken lollypops, butter chicken and onion Kulcha. All was amazing and the service was brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Food arrived luke warm, curry carton had been crushed and half the curry had spilled in the bottom of the bag I was also missing a portion of chips

Food was good the mixed tandoori grill was excellent the Julay wasn’t spicy enough 🌶️🌶️🌶️ the staff were superb couldn’t have been more hospitable
