The best restaurants serving Indian food in North West

Pleasantly surprised! Not expecting much as didn’t such many “brethren” The kitchen staff had plenty of peeps who looked like they knew Indian food and it DID NOT disappoint! Well done for sticking to authenticity, goes to show it really works!

Had a fantastic meal here this evening. Everything was perfect. Really enjoyed the lamb hands and chicken balti. These guys work very hard to ensure their customers have a lovely evening. 5 stars well deserved.

Just had the best Valentines meal at The Viceroy tonight. Great food and service with a wonderful band....amazing sax player and singer. A really lovely romantic atmosphere and left with 2 red roses from the staff. Many thanks to all the guys at The Viceroy...thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

This Indian restaurant is fantastic for groups. I dine here weekly with 25 people, and the staff are always extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious, with a wide range of dishes at very reasonable prices. The portions are generous, and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommended for excellent Indian cuisine and great service.

I do not leave reviews very often but it only seems right to do so given that they have served us since moving to Romiley many years ago. Every member of the team cannot be faulted on their dedication to the role they perform and they always find the time to chat and catch up. And last but not least, the food is always absolutely spot on. If it is busy, you may have to wait a little longer. Simply enjoy the company of the people you have visited with whilst waiting! Oh, and if it is really important to you to have alcohol, it is BYO. I have forgotten on a few occasions but I can’t say it spoilt the food!

First visit here , our 2nd one won't be too far away definitely recommend this restaurant, very attentive lovely food and excellent value.

This restaurant is excellent. If you want food food, a buzzing atmosphere and great service, this is for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The food is spot on.
